The aim of this site is to study and inform. In order to do that I often use images or quotes from videos, books or other websites. I try to do that as careful and respectful as possible by adding the source of the material.

Dear Elena Danaan,

I hope this message finds you well. I appreciate your diligence in addressing potential issues with the accuracy of information. I am committed to resolving any concerns and maintaining high standards of accuracy, as well as compliance with copyright regulations.

I believe that the short extracts used on my website fall within the realm of fair use, which allows for the use of copyrighted material for purposes such as commentary, criticism, and education and I have done my best to provide accurate information with the intention of helping others to learn about your work. However, I am eager to address any specific issues you may have and publish corrections regarding any errors I may have unintentionally made in relation to your work.

Could you please provide more details about the alleged incorrect information or any other issues? I am more than willing to correct any items that are identified as problematic.

On December 21, 2023 I published the following text in my telegram channel ‘Galactic Anthropology‘ :

“Today someone on the Exopolitics group was curious to know what a Ciakahrr looked like, but he or she was denied an image on copyright grounds. He was directed to the book, and Elena also didn’t want to share it. What is going on here?

She used to share if freely in her videos to educate and inform people, but somehow this willingness to inform and share her information freely, including the important drawings which provide valuable insights into the various species, changed. Why is an Emissary suddenly starting to hide her intel because of copyright?

Was this what the GFW had in mind when they shared the images of all those species with Elena Danaan? That she would prevent the spreading of these images, even when they are spread in a way that gives full credit to her drawings? Why is Elena hiding this important part of her intel for humanity all of a sudden? Why did she share it freely in her older Q&A’s?

Is she working in accordance with the intentions of the GFW or did she start blocking her info as if she was the owner and only people who buy her books are allowed to see her drawings now? What about….everything should be available for free on youtube videos?

First she started these webinars, where certain information was hidden, like the Q&A’s, and now she is even starting to hide the drawing, which is an integral part of her disclosure information. Perhaps it is time to remind her of her promise again?”

Let’s respectfully spread this valuable disclosure information, not hide it!

UPDATE DECEMBER 2023
On december 30, 2023, Elena Danaan made clear that she is ok with the spreading of her information. Here’s a relevant part from the debunk section (2):

“I thoroughly encourage free speech and free circulation of my information, that is public and free, for the people of Earth, of course, but the manipulation of my information in the purpose of discrediting my work, as well as the illegal use of my name pretending to be me, consists in a legal offense.” (2).

As far as any allegations surrounding manipulation of her information in the purpose of discrediting her work go, that is far from the truth. The aim of this website is to archive and share the information in an independent way, stimulating people to think for themselves. For more on this see (3).
