Currently there is a lot of disclosure information to digest, and for me digesting means watching videos and pulling out new interesting information and working it out in Galactic Anthropology articles (1).
Ever since Thor Han said that the early testimonies of Corey Goode were trustworthy (3) I also started to watch the old Cosmic Disclosure videos (4).
Both Corey Goode and Elena Danaan mentioned the term ‘milab’ on the same day. That was all I needed to write a piece on these military abductions.
MILAB – Military Abduction
So what are Military Abductions? I came across the next definition that seemed fine to me: “The term milab, short for military abduction, refers to the alleged abduction of individuals by military personnel for the purposes of experimentation and research. These abductions are said to be carried out in secret, without the knowledge or consent of the abductee.” (5)
You might have heard of the awful stories by Tony Rodrigues and Rebecca Rose for instance, who were abducted as a child and then forced to participate in 20-year-and-back programs (6), with cruel methods of turn them into useable assets. These are clearly rather malevolent programs, but the account of both Jean-Charles Moyen and Corey Goode appear to have a much more benevolent tone. Are the latter also part of a Milab-program? Corey does call it like that in the excerpt below (7):
He says that he was taken as a six-year-old into a Milab-program, mainly because of his intuitive empath capabilities. His abilities were enhanced and trained for 6 to 7 years. In the excerpt above he says that one of their tasks was to become part of some Earth delegation to meet with extraterrestrial groups, which first happened at about the age of 12/13.
MILAB AND CLEARING OF DUMBS
In the excerpt below from a november 2023 interview (8) with Jesse Hal, Elena mentioned the term milab as well, but then in connection with the clearing of the DUMBS and the saving of the hybrids (9). She was clearly referring to dark military operations who assisted in the creation of hybrids. Elena also added that even after the collapse of the Nebu in 2022 (11) some milab-programs were still continued, but then only run by the (malevolent) military factions.
SOME FINAL THOUGHTS
A lot can be said about these military abductions and how the military cooperated with all kinds of malevolent extraterrestrial groups. We once paid attention to the US-Telos Alliance for instance (12) for example. Last summer Thor Han said that the following about these programs, including the 20-year-and-back programs by the Earth Alliance:
Thor Han: The programs of space combat have been terminated in the Earth Alliance. They are just only finishing their time. You know, in the Earth Alliance, no one is taken in these programs against their free will. They are offered the work. They accept or not. When they accept, they know that their memory will be erased and they will be regressed in time. And they are aware, they are perfectly aware. These programs have stopped. They are just only finishing their time.
Now, the programs run by the dark military related to the Deep State haven’t stopped. They think that they can still take people and get them ready by breaking their mind. This will stop eventually when the Deep State, as you call it on Terra, collapses irremediably.” (13)
The biggest question that I still have is about how children were taken into the benevolent 20-year-and-back programs, people like Goode and Moyen, with their approval. How can a 6-year old give approval to participate in such programs? What is the connection with MK Ultra? Well, let me know your thoughts on this or related issues (14).

Joost, great find on the cosmic disclosure forever website. I was hoping that somebody somewhere would in fact keep these historic archives alive. I watch them all years ago as they were unfolding, and it really changed my life. I would like very much for you and others researching the topic anf further investigate the 6th density beings who ultimately were in contact with Corey Goode. This of course ties into the law of one material, because if my memory serves me correctly, Corey indicated that Ra Tier Ir told him that he was part of the law of one memory complex.

Yes Larry, I too remember Corey saying that Ra Tier Ir was part of the Law of One Memory Complex. I also remember that when he was being interviewed on Cosmic Disclosure many journalists, those blogging and many you tubers all joked and made fun of Cory and his story of the Blue Avian being present at intergalactic meetings where he was invited to attend as a human representative. This was years before Elena’s and other authors’ books were published depicting images of several bird species including the Blue Avians. At that time the media had a heyday making fun of Cory by talking about his “blue chicken friend”. After reading Elena’s books and watching her videos I came to understand that the Galactic Federation of Worlds is a federation of myriad species of beings from all over the galaxy- aquatic, leonine, bird, reptiloid, various species of grays, winged humanoids, dolphins, cetaceans, insectoids, Mantids, Beetles all of whom are dedicated to maintaining peaceful and cooperative relations among the peaceloving species.
And some thoughts about your query Joost about HOW could these small children be pulled into and trained in these programs at such a small age. Well many, not all, of these kids parents’ were in the military and volunteered their kids into these programs most likely under false pretenses. Max Speer is one example. And I do remember specifically in one of Whitley Strieber’s many books that his father was very high up in the military and he knew that Whitely was being recruited into a military program but he never openly talked about it. They lived near a military base in Texas and Whitely was taken after school regularly and subjected to milab torture and other training methods when he was a child. He was also regularly abducted his whole life by grays and at times by military people even though his memory was wiped and he only began recalling snippets of some of the things that happened to him in his life which he wrote about in some of his later books.
Another scenario would be like in cases such as James Rink and J.P. Moyen. Neither of their parents were in the military and had no clue what was happening to their kids. In James case his parents wouldn’t believe such weird things were happening to him and he was admitted to in a psych ward for a time as a teen because of all the torture and abductions happening to him. In Moyen’s case, he was lucky to have a set of enlightened, supportive and loving parents who accepted his unusual abilities and stories. He was genetically prepared before birthing into a human form and his involvement in the space program was voluntary and agreed to before his birth into a highly evolved many stranded DNA human body. He most likely chose his parents and his wife before birth on earth. If you recall, he has extreme physic abilities, his brain emits gamma brain waves, he has total memory recall of past lives, the ability to time travel, to bi- locate, remote view etc. etc. His was a prebirth agreement with this star ET family of origin and as such he is being protected at all times by them. The positive ET races (and the negative ones too) engage in this practice of birthing designated persons on earth to spy for them and or to work in their respective clandestine programs on earth and in their underground bases too.
