On March 8, 2025, dr. Salla posted a Q&A on his youtube-channel featuring Elena Danaan and JP (1). One of the questions was related to the phenomenon of age regression, and especially to the limits of the technology. This article is built around this question and Elena’s answer.

THE CONCEPT OF AGE REGRESSION AND THE 20-YEAR-AND-BACK PROGRAMS
In one of the classic Galactic Anthropology articles, from December 2021, the idea of Age Regression is described for the first time (2). That particular article focuses on the 20-year-and-back ‘tour of duties’ as part of the Secret Space Program.

People would have served for 20 years in such a program after which their bodies would be age regressed back to their original age, their memories of those 20 years would be wiped, often succesfully, but some people manage to get their memories back despite the mindwipes.

AGE REGRESSION TO ‘IDEAL AGES’
But this age regression technology would not only be used within the framework of the 20-year-and-back programs. Both William Tompkins and Penny Bradley have spoken about technologies that can make people age regress to certain ideal ages, like between 21-35 years old. Tompkins speaks about a certain pill although he also mentions the possibility of an injection. Bradley speaks of a an actual regeneration tank that bodies are put into. Read more details at (3).

THE MEDBED-LINK
Instead of pills, injections or regeneration tanks, medbeds would exist that would alter the constitution of the physical body. Of course this idea of med beds is very popular, since everybody likes to be healthy, especially when the body is diseased in some way. Elena Danaan has spoken elaborately about Med Beds, and, as far as I understand the current state of affairs, they would have been mass-produced in the Moon, and some of them would already have been shipped to underground facilities (4).

They are not being introduced to humanity at large as long as the Deep State is still influential on our planet. Although things seem to be changing fast with the new Trump Administration (5), we would have to wait until the Deep State and their minions are no longer able to exploit this beautiful technology for profit and to increase their power and control. This technology would be meant for everybody and for free.

THE LIMITS OF AGE REGRESSION TECHNOLOGY
Below you can hear Elena Danaan explain that age regression cannot be applied endlessly. She was asked – while referring to a recent webinar (8) – why the med beds would not be able to heal the DNA, that might become degenerated after a number of age regressions.

“When you tamper with DNA too much it works for a certain amount of time but after a certain amount of time you start to infringe upon the cosmic laws of evolution, the universal Cosmic laws, call them Divine laws call them Source Creator laws. It’s a process. You can’t take a mortal body and make it Immortal you can’t do. They Anachim, or Anunaki have cracked the the process but not by age regression: they transmute their cell it’s an it’s a different process that is more alchemical so when you have age regress.

Too much of your DNA starts to not respond anymore to age regression. It starts to to go a bit weird or off, you know, and it doesn’t doesn’t work anymore. So there’s one moment where you have to stop.

Thor Han for instance. His culture and race they improve and repair their genetics a lot a lot but there comes always a moment when they know it is wise to stop because also, they are wise and …. they know how to stop and give back to nature, the natural process of Aging. They are not obsessed by being young young. They like to live young and healthy and strong, but they have this other perspective that they know that these [bodies] are only temporary avatars… so they let it go and they come back in another Incarnation… So it just doesn’t work after a certain time.”

SOME REFLECTIONS
When reflecting on age regression and extending your life, I am reminded of the Hoovid species that would live from 0.5 to 1.5 million years in the same body (9). I think this ‘cosmic law’ makes sense: at a certain moment the soul needs to leave the degrading body in order to evolve somewhere else, probably in another body. In that sense it is odd that the Anunnaki somehow chose to ‘break’ this cosmic law by holding on to their bodies way longer, through some ‘alchemical cell change’-technique (10). Why are they so attached to their physical bodies? And what is all that stuff with gold that also seems to be linked to their immortal desires? (11). Human species like the Meton apparently are able to live for 2,000 years (12).

Artificially Changing Men and Women to Ideal Ages – Bradley and Tompkins

The interview that William Tompkins did with Kerry Cassidy in 2016 (1) is turning out to be a great inspirational source for a number of articles on this website (2-4). This specific article deals with age regressions. First I will show you how William Tompkins talks about ways to alter the age of people to an ideal age by taking only four pills in four months, and then we will pass on the microphone to Penny Bradley who also described ways to reach an ideal age, but in her case it was through using a regeneration tank. What is fascinating in both accounts is that they both differentiate between the ideal ago of a woman, and the ideal age of a man.

WILLIAM TOMPKINS ON AGE REGRESSION
In the following excerpt Tompkins describes how we would already have the means to age regress people to what is considered an ideal age. For women that would be around the age of 21, and for men about 29 years.

PENNY BRADLEY AND A REGENERATION TANK
We mentioned Penny Bradley a couple of times on this website (5,6) and I was reminded by something she said about ideal ages when I heard William Tompkins talk about his topic. Penny Bradley was a Secret Space Program participant who was mostly stationed on Aries Prime on Mars (7). She describes very vividly how the Germans from the Dark Fleet were controlling their Martian underground city (8). For instance she mentioned the German cuisine with sausages that was quite popular up there.

In connection to the topic of this article she said that sometimes people were put in a kind of regeneration tank (9) and then their body would have a certain age that the Germans considered ideal for a human: a woman should be between the age of 25-29 and a man between 30 and 35 years. Below you can hear Penny describe it herself:

SOME THOUGHTS
It’s interesting to note that two different sources both mention this concept of an ‘ideal’ age for people, and that they both think that women should be at least 5 years younger than the men. In the interview with Cassidy, Bill Tompkins said that somehow these Nordic friends of his always appear young. He also added that a lot of resources and people were invested in researching the possibility to make people younger and in ways to study longevity in general. I do wonder what is in those pills that Tompkins described. One of the readers of this website suggested that it might contain a substance that is infamous for making people become younger, starting with an a. (10). Let’s just hope that that is not the case 🙂

In another intriguing interview that was published on December 26, 2021, Dr. Michael Salla talks to Jean-Charles Moyen about his service in the French Secret Space Program (1). I would surely recommend reading or watching this revealing interview. One of the things that struck me was that concept of being age-regressed some 20 years back to the past. Salla says in his introduction on (1):

“After his formal recruitment into France’s military, he served on two spacecraft belonging to a joint Franco-US space fleet from 1991 to 2011 ( the Solaris and the Excelsior) before being age regressed and returned to his point of departure.” (8)

The reason why I was triggered by this period of going back 20 years in time after having spent 20 years in a secret program, was because I had read about this phenomenon before in the report of another whistleblower, namely Michael Relfe. He and his wife Stephanie Relfe wrote a book called ‘The Mars Records’ in 2000 (2). On page 9 you can see the following time line:

The similarity with the experience of Jean-Charles Moyen (JC) is striking. Here’s a quote from Dr. Michael Salla’s (MS) article (1):

“[MS] Explain what happened at the end of your 20 and back program.

[JC] End of the service after 20 years, back in time in 1990, molecular regression (to return physically to 21 years old) and erasing of my memory in a kind of tube sending powerful waves in my brain to make me forget everything. I woke up in my bed in the military hospital, but just before they took me back to my room, I remember hearing someone say: erased everything correctly this time.“

Tony Rodriguez is mentioned in the above youtube-discussion excerpt. I would advise watching an interview Elena Danaan had with Tony Rodriguez on July 14, 2021 (5) and a new one on February 9, 2022 (6). Dr. Michael Salla also had an interview with him on January 9, 2022 (7)

Not everybody is age-regressed 20 years back to their past. Al Bielek says that he was age regressed from being a 37-year-old man with the name of Edward Cameron to a 9 month-old baby with the name Al Bielek. Read more about this at (9). Chris O’ Connor said that he even went through three of these 20-year-and-back programs (10). Corey Goode also talked about this 20-year-and-back program during an interview on Cosmic Disclosure in 2015 (12)

JASON RICE ON HIS 20 YEAR AND BACK
During an interview with Kerry Cassidy (13), Jason Rice, another Secret Space Program Recruit, told us that he had served his mission with the ‘Mars Germans’ (14) for 20 years and a couple of months, but he was returned to his original point of time, only a few hours later. Listen to him talk about it, too. In the interview Kerry also refers to the Relfe case as described above.

UPDATE AUGUST 2023
In a conversation between Dr. Salla and Thor Han that was published in August 2023 (11), Thor Han said that no new 20-year-and-back programs are started for the people in the Earth Alliance. Apparently the Deep State still uses them. Here’s a quote from the interview:

“MS: The US Navy and Solar Warden are known to have developed 20 and back programs. Now, is this something that is going to continue as the Earth Alliance works with the Galactic Federation and the other Galactic Associations? Or will it be discontinued once there is disclosure on planet Earth?

TH: The programs of space combat have been terminated in the Earth Alliance. They are just only finishing their time. You know, in the Earth Alliance, no one is taken in these programs against their free will. They are offered the work. They accept or not. When they accept, they know that their memory will be erased and they will be regressed in time. And they are aware, they are perfectly aware. These programs have stopped. They are just only finishing their time. Now, the programs run by the dark military related to the Deep State haven’t stopped. They think that they can still take people and get them ready by breaking their mind. This will stop eventually when the Deep State, as you call it on Terra, collapses irremediably.” (11)

THE ACCOUNT OF MICHAEL GERLOFF
It was only in June 2024 that I first heard of the testimony of Michael Gerloff. In the excerpt below you can hear him describe the talk he had with a captain on his second day of a bootcamp in a Reserve Special Enlistment program. In it he was proposed to partake in the 20-year-and-back program (in 1978). I love the authentic way Gerloff speaks about it:
