Soul Harvesting and Soul Scalping

In the second article on the Cabal and their surrender on Antarctica (1) Oona (2) talks about Soul Harvesting. Dr. Michael Salla expands on that topic elaborately in that article. I would like to add some additional background on this topic with information from Megan Rose’s november 2021 book and from Thor Han via Elena Danaan from april 2020.

Let’s start off with the december 2021 words from Oona, the representative of the Intergalactic Confederation (1,2):

“We are meeting them to allow them to uncast these dark rituals to set free the minds and the protection they set on the monetary institutions they created. A dark ancient institution. Those of the name, the number 33. Those of the lower numbers, the reverse triangles, and all those who worshipped the soul harvester. Those who worked to separate the soul from the human beings and bodies are about to leave this planet.  Negotiated deals, you must not believe that we agree to their acts. We [are] displeased [at] all that they’ve done…. The rulership of the dark on this planet is over. Those who worked for millenniums at separating soul from the human of Terrans bodies will go. No more soul harvesting.” (1)

Dr. Michael Salla goes on to describe how Alex Collier has already spoken about soul harvesting in the early 1990s, with information from his contacts with the Andromedans. I sure recommend reading that article.

SOUL SCALPING
Megan Rose mentions Soul Scalping – which to me sounds rather synonymous with Soul Harvesting but correct me if I’m wrong – in her november 2021 book ‘Welcome to the Future‘ (3):

” … As mentioned previously, impersonating Terran leaders is a process that is often done by soul scalping. Removing the light body or soul of an individual and replacing the physical vessel with an extraterrestrial presence using technology…Once the human or Terran soul has been removed from its original physical vessel, it is placed in a little box and lives a simultaneous reality for an unprecedented amount of time, in other words, unless rescued, the soul is stuck forever, living in a fictitious scenario, like a dream.

Often, the person who is a victim to this practice is considered property of the deep state, what we call the cabal, and their personal free will has long been relinquished. Once contracted to work for the corrupt Terran government, they are obligated to oblige by the rules of the institution. To inhabit a Terran vessel, the extraterrestrials install a technology into the brain, specifically the cerebral cortex, where the vessel can be operated remotely.” (3, pp. 72-73)

Then there is a quote by Val Nek (4) on the dismantlement of these practices:

“Once their force was greatly weakened, we recovered the list of Terran leaders that were being impersonated, the list was quite long. High ranking officials in the Federation, including myself, were given this information to execute arrests and recover the Terran vessels. Many of these vessels were operated in the headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency. Once prepared, the Federation had a duty to invade and dismantle these remote operating systems and remove extraterrestrial control of this government agency” (3, p.73)

A lot more is written about these practices in her book, together with al lot of other groundbreaking information. Consider buying her book.

THOR HAN ON SOUL SCALPING
In a relatively older video (april 2020), Elena Danaan lets Thor Han speak directly through her (7). On soul scalping we can hear the following:

“The Ciakahrr already helped the reptilians a lot [with] abducting people, especially people in key positions and replacing them. They capture the souls, what you call the souls, the light body the body of light, the etheric body, the immortal body that is not damageable. They separate it from the body. They put the etheric body in a pod because they don’t know what to do with it. They use the substance for different things but this is another topic.

In the envelope the soul of visitor Ciakahrr (probably all the time) is put and the being created so goes back into the terran life, but now it is a different being. It is a Ciakahrr with the envelope. So this woman is somewhere in a ship in an underground, and her body is used by another being.

It is not always happening like this. Sometimes you have real Ciakahrr, real Nagas shape-shifting and taking positions. Some people want to talk – they are killed or silenced. Some people want to flee. They are cold. The best way they do is to silence, they do that very well.

They break the soul, they break the will, they break people. In the entertainment field you have many of them. But as well you have terrans who have sold their souls to the Ciakahrrs in exchange of fame, in exchange of power. They have accepted to give a parcel of their soul in exchange of fame and power, and then they are at service of the Ciakahrrs. They give them suffering, fear, they are drugged with substances, they become addicted to these substances. It’s a very dark story, you know. I’m watching the data sometimes. My colleagues are talking about it. But all this is nearly touching an end. Your governments allied with the federation are just making a big cleansing and you know.” (7, 14′ – 17′)

GENE DECODE ON THE DEFEAT OF THE KIILY TOKURT AND THEIR SOUL SCALPING PRACTICES
In a January 5, 2024 interview (9), Gene Decode mentions how the Earth Alliance (10) managed to defeat the Kiily Tokurt and he connects them to soul scalping too. Hear him talk about it in the short video excerpt at the bottom of the Ciakahrr article (11). In ‘A Gift from the Star’ (12) Elena Danaan doesn’t link soul scalping to the Kiily Tokurt. They would be more into the slave trade and the use of humans for the food market (12, p.292).

Moldovite Crystal Walls

In one of the the interviews Dr. Michael Salla had with JP – a source within the U.S. Army – they talked about a mission on the Moon (1). JP said that after a general briefing three groups were sent out to check out something peculiar that was going on simultaneously on the Moon, Mars and Antarctica. Three huge structures or perhaps even spaceships were not only warming up on the surface of these abovementioned locations, but they were also sending out and/or receiving signals from the mothership still located between Jupiter and Ganymede. This would be the mothership of the Intergalactic Confederation (2).

Imagine that: as if three ancient ships would act as a kind of beacon! Well, JP goes on to describe what his mission was about on the Moon. He was escorting an archeologist into the ship that was heating up on the Moon. All kinds of symbols would have been written on the walls inside of the ship. The focus of this current article is the material of what these walls are made of, namely the crystal Moldovite.

In the interview (3) he says that the moldovite had a very peaceful effect on him. It was smooth and looked like charcoal. JP wasn’t the only one to describe crystal walls. In a facebook post response on this video Elena Danaan confirmed the existence of crystals and its peaceful effect. She didn’t say whether it was moldovite crystals or not, though.

In the interview that she had with Dr. Michael Salla on december 6, 2021 (4,5) Elena talks about her entry into the mothership of the Intergalactic Confederation. I would advice you to listen to her testimony (5). Here’s an excerpt of what she said:

“you know that the ships were big. We approached under the belly of one and we slid slowly under it and we arrived. There was a row of airlocks but they were entrances of tunnels. That’s the the drawing I sent you of one within the tunnels. And the architecture looked very organic. It was what shocked me. It was different. This architecture was different from anything i’d seen before.

When I am in space I always encounter very cold, and you know metal and what’s not necessary on a ship is not there. It’s the bare necessity on the ships, but there it was: the shapes were beautiful it was very organic like vegetables nearly so that was what what shocked me. So we went in this tunnel and we arrived in the belly of the ship in a big big landing bay. Another thing that shocked me was that there were sort of crystals, crystalline walls that were shimmering with crystallizations but that was unexpected but that was there.” (5, 31′ – 34′)

The moldovite we can find on our planet would have originated from a meteorite that made its way to present-day Czech republic some 15 million years ago. Here’s a description of its qualities from a crystal site (6)

“Moldavite is a crystal that radiates energy, and upon first touch, you can feel the warmth it gives off. This warmth is so common that it has developed the term “Moldavite flush”. The “flush” sends vibrations through the body and will imbue the user in a light tingly sensation. Some new users say it is a little over-whelming and will take it off or out of there pocket periodically as they feel “lightheaded”. Its usually recommended to always have a grounding stone nearby when you first start working with it to help avoid Moldavite being too strong. Over time, the strength will be less overwhelming as you get used to the stone.” (6)

Discovery of a Portal on Antarctica?

A portal – apparently the lady in the picture is not dressed for an antarctic portal (source: 3)

The speed with which Dr. Michael Salla continues to produce fascinating articles is nearly unbelievable. On the first day of a year in which hopefully the Deep State/Cabal will be removed from our planet forever (1), he published an article in which JP handed over the exact coordinates of a ‘ruin’ or a building with the size of 830 meters (some 2500 feet)(2)

In that particular article you can read about the possibility that the construction that is found at those particular coordinates would contain a portal. Let’s read along:

“According to JP, the US military is working inside several buildings at the ruins, one of which contains a ‘stargate’ or a ‘portal’ that enables instantaneous travel in our solar system. This is JP’s skype message to me about the ruins:

These are the ruins where everybody meets up. He is one of the officers.  I only saw him once in the rooms that we do the meetings. Came up to me and said to share the information.   He works in the building where the gates are that takes you to different places in our solar system. [12/26/2021].

Significantly, the USAF Lt Col is said to work in the building where the portal/gate is located. An estimate of the ruin’s size, using Google Earth, is roughly 2500 feet (about 830 meters).” (2)

Oona, a representative of the Intergalactic Confederation (4) has probably alluded to this particular portal which could be used to move the Cabal to a place in another Galaxy, after they have given up their codes and frequencies that they have used to suppress humanity. In (1) a message was relayed to Elena Danaan. she said:

“Antarctica is the meeting place because the portal can take them when the moment is here. They will give us the keys [to] unlock their rituals and cast the dark circles, the nine levels of darkness will be collapsed as one and dispersed into dust. It is over. The dust will be scattered to the four winds of human consciousness liberated.”

The Intergalactic Confederation

Triggered by two recent articles from the Exopolitics website (1,2) I thought it was time to dedicate a page to ‘The Intergalactic Confederation’. But where to start? Perhaps by distinguishing them from a few other groups, councils and federations that I have mentioned before in other articles. A key player in current events is the Galactic Federation of Worlds, called the Galactic Federation of Nataru (3) by Oona from the Intergalactic Confederation.

OTHER GROUPS BESIDES THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION
Thor Han, the main contact of Elena Danaan is a member of this Galactic Federation of Worlds (25). They – together with other groups, amongst them our own Earth Alliance – have fought diligently to remove the malevolent alien presences on various spots in our solar system and on Earth. After the defeat in October 2021 a beautiful message was given by Ardaana, the military commander of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (4).

In earlier articles I also paid attention to a few members of the Council of Alnilam (Council of Five) (26), which is another group that invests in creating balance in this universe, like the Ginvo (5) and the Elmanuk (6). Then there is the Asthar Galactic Command (7), a military organisation that is part of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. If that weren’t enough there is a group called ‘The Council of Nine’ with which whom Elena Danaan would have had contact as well. You can read more about them at (8,9). And surely we mustn’t forget the Andromeda Council, or the Zenatae who would have instrumental in all this, because they foresaw what would probably happen some 350 years in the future if the Galactic Federation of Worlds would not have intervened (10).

Perhaps it is now a bit easier to understand the delegation that would have met with the Cabal leaders in Antarctica recently. Oona, from the Intergalactic Federation, a federation that goes beyond just our own galaxy said this about this delegation (1):

“Yes they [the Cabal] are meeting us and the delegation from the Galactic Federation of Nataru, Zenatae—two beings. Council of Five—one being. Intergalactic Founder races—five. Terran alliance—ten. The military forces of Terra, off-world—20 soldiers. They will not be taken straight away because they will need to uncast the rituals, rearrange all the bases of their society to avoid a collapse that will be chaotic. We do not wish for the humans of Terra, a monetary collapse. We wish a soft transition because chaos you have had enough.” (1)

The Intergalactic Founder races, are also called the Seeders (8). The Intergalactic Confederation, however, is not the same as the Seeders; the Seeders are a small set from this huge Confederation (see the section on the difference between the Seeders and the Intergalactic Confederation, at the bottom of this page for more).

THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION
The signing of the Jupiter Agreements (11) in july/august 2021, would probably have led to the arrival of the Intergalactic Confederation and the 24 Seeder Races into our solar system. This arrival is described by Val Nek through Megan Rose (12, 13):

“The Earth Alliance has completed its first mission to Ganymede, one of Jupiter’s moons…. This station was used as a meeting place for the Earth Alliance, the Andromedan Council, the Council of Five and a group of what humans of Terra would consider extremely advanced extraterrestrials. These beings can manifest themselves as extraterrestrial looking species, but in actuality they are more of a consciousness, a super-consciousness that have looked over this galaxy and many others for eons. As coordinator for this mission, I can report on my role and what I am at liberty to disclose.

These beings travelled to this solar system to witness a birth of a new era, an era that includes the liberation of Earth. As the enemy conveniently reports that there are multiple timelines at play, in an effort to confuse the Terrans who are so desperately looking for liberation from hostile control, the truth is that this solar system continues on one timeline together, simultaneously. It is a timeline that benefits the entire galaxy and marks a successful end of war between the Terrans, the Federation, and the Orion group.

…. I can report that I was in charge of the Federation troops and organizing the troops of the Alliance. I must emphasize that while this mission was not one of war, it was equally important in the eyes of our ancestors, the superconscious, which some call an Intergalactic Federation. This name is for us to use, however, these beings operate at such a high level that they do not use words, language or anything of the sort to express themselves. It is by all means a translation of a frequency for our own understanding. This mission was especially important for the Earth Alliance. The leaders of the Earth Alliance and their respective space programs, which I can report will all be federated under a new name, which I will not disclose. The name was chosen after the meeting with the Intergalactic Federation.

… The Terran leaders were deeply moved by the experience. For the first time, their perception of reality, and the meaning, the purpose of leadership and guidance in this galaxy deeply touched their consciousness. The development of the Terran leader’s consciousness is something we have been trying to influence in a positive manner for some time, but especially recently, since plans are being made to hand over the responsibility of defending Terra with the production of the star fleet.

These Terran leaders, I can say with confidence, have been influenced by the consciousness of the forefathers, the fore seeders, in such a way, that the Federation and the Council of Five, along with the Andromedan Council have no reservation in their ability or ethical standards as it relates to being responsible for the safety and positive progression of the planet.

I will reiterate again that this message may be more important to the Terran people than any other message. I am aware that they have been concerned for some time, rightfully so, as to the ethical and moral standard of their leaders. We will continue to move forward. I salute you.” (13)

The Seeders are a small group of scientists within the Intergalactic Confederation (17)

Thor Han (TH) also mentioned the Intergalactic Federation (15) (E=Elena):

“E: What is the next step?

TH: Connecting with the Earth Space Force and evaluation of the potential for a civilian contact. We usually don’t require their intervention but we recently requested their assistance to secure this timeline. You know, Terra is not like one of these stage 2 or 3 civilizations that the Galactic Federation of Worlds rescues from external interference. Terra is special. It bears the seeds they planted.

E: Can you talk about that?

TH: They are our forefathers. They seeded us, here in Nataru. Terra, like a few other places in this galaxy, has been for a long while one of their particularly loved grounds for experimentation about human development and consciousness. Such as in Mana (K62-Lyra). They are the seeders.

E: I understand they are a bunch of different races, aren’t they?

TH: Yes, they are very diversified but not as widely diversified as the life-forms they created.

E: How do you “create” life-forms?

TH: By hybridization. It is a great amusement for them but there is a serious underlying matter. They work in accordance with Source. Of course, they do NOT create all life forms; this is the creation of Source; but they rather play with the material to create hybrid races and populate worlds.” (15)

NAMES OF THE 24 SEEDER RACES
In the Seeders (17) Elena presents the names of the Seeder Races that are part of the Intergalactic Confederation. I will name them here as well. If you want to interact with other people on topics discussed on this website see (22). Below is the list in the order in which they are presented in the third disclosure book (pp 90-132). Only 21 of the 24 seeder races are mentioned. I don’t know what happened to the other three.

TEMPORARY CONCLUSION
For now I hope this article provides some introduction to the Intergalactic Confederation (and many other groups currently active in the awakening of our little blue planet). The arrival of their consciousness would perhaps have led to the activation of certain huge ships buried in the surface of the Moon, Mars and Antarctica. For more on that read (2).

UPDATE 21 FEBRUARY 2022: The French Secret Space Program insiders Jean-Charles Moyen and David Rousseau confirm that there really has arrived a huge benevolent fleet in our solar system (16)

In The Seeders (17) Elena Danaan talks with Thor Han about councils and Thor Han said that both the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Intergalactic Confederation have a council consisting of 24 members (and a 25th Law-Keeper (18)), adding ‘The Intergalactic Confederation also has a council of 24. These are not random numbers, you understand, it is founded on Universal Geometry” (17, p.69)

ON THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘THE SEEDERS’ AND ‘THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION’
In November 2025, the second volume of Elena Danaan’s Encyclopedia Galactica was launched (24) and while reading about the first species from the book I found an interesting part on the difference between the Seeders and the Intergalactic Confederation; until then I tended to use them as two synonymous terms. which obviously turned out to be incorrect.

In order to make it clear for everybody here’s a quote from the book:
“It is important to remember that the Intergalactic Confederation encompasses trillions of cultures spread across many galaxies, and that the small scientific group we call the Seeders, who are responsible for supporting the balance of life, are only a small organizational part of the greater Intergalactic Confederation” (24, p.10)

It also turns out that ‘we’ can be proud to have at least one star civilization that evolved within our galaxy that also is a member of the Intergalactic Confederation, namely the Subaruth Shymuntaian (24, p.9-11)

Mental Booby Traps inserted to secure Mind Wipes (image taken from (9))

The Antarctic articles (1,2) that deal with the Cabal who are supposed to have been given a chance to ‘escape’ to another planet but only if they undo all their spells, hexes, curses and black magic, that they have used to hold on to their power. In the first Antarctica article Elena Danaan (E) asks Thor Han (TH,3) why the Cabal are given so much time:

E : Wait, why give them five months?

TH: For the transition. This meeting is a turning point for them, and for you. If we had suppressed them all at once, the financial and economical systems on Terra would have imploded in a terrible chaos. There are better ways. They are summoned to transfer to the Alliance their keys and tools, in order to make the transition as smooth as possible for the population.

Something else that is worth mentioning, is that they have been taught dark aetherical arts and the spells need to be undone. This will undo their power. It is powerless that they will leave this world. Because they will leave. You know, when I mentioned transition, I meant to say that Terrans need to see the faces of their enemy, in order to open their consciousness to the truth. However painful this process is, it is necessary. (1)

DELVING INTO BLACK MAGIC AND CURSES
As a result of all this talk on black magic and curses that would have been cast by the Cabal, the Elite and probably their alien masters on humanity Dr. Michael Salla went to interview Brad Olsen (5) in order to learn more about this link between the Cabal and black magic. Although the interview was interesting it did not really provide many keys that we could use ourselves to assist in removing these curses in any way.

For me it did trigger the idea of the Perception Switch and Shapeshifting which I described in another article, which you could see as a kind of as a means to ‘fool’ people, even though there need not be any bad intent behind it (6). Perhaps there are ways to counter this switch if one is aware of this possibility?

When I was lying in bed I was wondering about all this: what else can we say about these manipulative techniques, and finally I got to think about Michael Relfe again. I had mentioned him recently because he was one of those people that were age-regressed 20 years, just like Jean-Charles Moyen (7). In the book ‘Mars Records’ (8) we can read about the painstakingly way he and his wife have been working on the removal of a lot of curses or booby traps as they call it.

MIND WIPES AND BOOBY TRAPS
Michael Relfe was abducted and one of the ways that his mind was wiped was with the help of terrible booby traps. Fortunately we hear about more friendly ways to mindwipe people from Elena Danaan’s experiences with her friends from the Galactic Federation of Worlds. In her case the mindwipe was done to protect her from very bad memories, especially when she was a child (11).

But in the case of Relfe the mind wipe was at least partly built on these booby traps. But what are these booby traps? In the book (8) three categories of booby traps are distinguished:

(1) Commands to die if the person remembers.
– “Die if you remember this”
– “Kill yourself if you remember this”
– “Die of heart failure if you remember this”
– “Have a stroke if you remember this”
– “You’ll go insane if you remember this”
(2) Commands to kill the person who helps them to remember (that is, you).
– “Kill the person who helps you to remember this”
– “Destroy the reputation of anyone who helps you deprogram”
(3) Commands that relate to endangering others
– “Kill your daughter if you remember this”
– “Your family will die if you remember this”
– “(name of loved one) will die if you remember this” (8, pp. 12-15)

The book by the Relfes provides ways to deal with these awful booby traps. Can you imagine that many people who have been abducted would have actually have these kind of terrible threats in their unconscious layers? And perhaps some of these techniques are also applied by the Cabal in their secret rituals? In 2024 talked about something related, which she called the insertion of Screen Memories (12). Elena Danaan has provided the names of the stars as they are used by the people that live on the planets around these stars. You can have a look at them in a youtube-video (1), or in the Cosmic Library, page 280 (2).

Shapeshifting and the Perception Switch

When you move around in this area of extraterrestrials with your mind, as I have been doing lately in a more focused way than before, you can come across all kinds of interesting links. It’s like some kind of adventure through a world that most people currently consider as quite insane; my daughter even questions my mental abilities these days, but since I still function normally in daily life she gives me the benefit of the doubt 🙂

INTERVIEW WITH JEAN-CHARLES MOYEN

This story starts off with the interview Dr. Michael Salla had with the French Jean-Charles Moyen (1, 2). In that interview Jean-Charles talks about this greenish guide called ‘Victor’ who appeared in his room. He was taken by Victor to spaceships. You can learn more about it in the interview and in the capsules (video 7 for instance) on his website (4). Even his 3-year old daughter recognized this green guy.

Ever since I have gotten hold on Elena Danaan’s Alien Races ‘Bible’ (5) I try to determine which race belongs to which star system. So I started to look for Victor in that book, but I was unable to determine this race. I shrugged and that was it. In webinar 9, however, in August 2023, we learned about the origin of ‘Vik-Thor’, namely the planet Ultima that orbits the star Antares in the Scorpio Constellation (10).

LACERTA
At least that was what I thought until I came across an interview with a green female reptilian called ‘Lacerta’ (at least that is her alias that she uses for humans) (6). This interview would have taken place in 1999 and 2000 and is quite intriguing. She says that her kind evolved on our planet after the extinction of the dinosaurs some 65 million years ago, to the point that they have developed (cigar-shaped) starships. She describes her kind as green human looking reptilians, but not with red eyes, but green eyes. The females would have light green eyes, whereas the males would have darker green ones. They have brown hair and brown spots especially in their face. She tells many very interesting things about our history and the interaction with off-world races. Would Moyen’s Victor perhaps somehow be related to this race?

SHAPESHIFTING AND THE PERCEPTION SWITCH
While listening to yet another interview on december 29, 2021, this time between dr. Michael Salla and the writer/publisher Brad Olsen (7), I noticed something interesting that Olsen said about shapeshifting aliens which reminded me of what Lacerta had said in that interview more than 20 years ago. Olsen said:

“… so for example frequencies on what we hear of as shape-shifting we would think that they take on a different appearance but if the frequency changes perhaps they are still who and what they are but we’re just seeing it different. I think that’s a big part of it” (7, 16’10”)

This is corroborated by Lacerta. She said the following on shapeshifting and what she called ‘the Switch’:

“When we are on the surface and we meet human beings (even a large group of them, this makes no difference. All of your minds are like one mind). We are able to ‘touch’ their mind and induce them via telepathy the command ‘See us as one of your kind‘ and the weak human mind will accept this order without refusion and they will see us (despite our reptilian look) as normal humans.

I have done this many times and you weak humans generally see me as an attractive brown-haired woman, because I have created this special ‘mimicry image’ in my mind years ago and I can induce it into your minds without problems….

….There is a simple switch (“See us as we really are / See us as we want you to see us”) in your consciousness which was placed there from the ‘Illojim’ when they created your kind and we can use this switch to convince you that you see humans when you look at us (other aliens use this switch too).”

They would use this switch as well to protect their spaceships from our perception, as well as most of the entrances to their underground worlds. The best way to bypass this switch-effect is by taking pictures of these beings or their spaceships. Since a photocamera doesn’t have any conciousness, let alone a perception switch, the camera stores pictures of what these beings really look like. Perhaps this might work for the Kiily Tokurt (9) and the Ciakahrr if they actually use ‘switch-technique’ to ‘fool’ us.

Electrogravity Concerns Expressed by ET-Groups

In Bordon’s The Link (1) from 2007 we can read about all kinds of aliens getting together with various non-governmental organizations on a yearly basis (2). Certain alien groups express their worries about our use of petroleum based energy sources. This is not really surprising, one could say. Another thing that surely was new for me was the problem of Electrogravity. He dedicates a complete chapter to explain this phenomenon.

Below I present an excerpt from an earlier chapter to give you an idea of what electrogravity is about. In layman terms one could say that if certain energy waves come from various directions and they meet each other, thereby canceling each other out, it may not be as innocent as it may seem. He gives an example of laser beams coming from opposite sites to cancel each other out. The energy would not disappear but it could create problems in other dimensions, in other worlds. One of the effects he mentions is that it speeds up time in these other worlds!

“One of the major issues extraterrestrial groups were bringing to the conference table was a set of concerns about ecological issues involving excessive use of petroleum-based energy and complex hydrocarbons affecting Earth habitats and environmental quality. As it would turn out, there were also deeper ecological issues having to do with the misuse of electrogravity generating technologies. Electrogravity abuse is a galactic and intergalactic concern for extraterrestrial groups because it overproduction of electrogravity has a direct effect on the time component of the space/time continuum. We will address this issue at length in Chapter 11, so here I will make an attempt at explaining on broad outline what electrogravity is and why it is an issue of concern.

Electrogravity is a byproduct of technologies that have an effect on the infinite and the infinitesimal simultaneously. It can have an effect on an entire planet, a solar system, indeed, an entire galaxy. Very advanced alien groups have framed the notion of electrogravity as a problem by defining its existence in terms of not just sub-quantum effects but also in terms of yet deeper levels (or cycles), not just in terms of negative energy, which frames the definition of what electrogravity is. These advanced biological life forms have made their awareness sufficiently extended to encompass multiversal or multisuperdomain dynamics and become sensitive to the effects of an overabundance of electrogravity byproduct from the use of such technologies. To understand why electrogravity is a problem, we need to see how it is produced.

When light waves come together in opposition to each other along three different axes (say, x, y, and z), they cancel each other out. In doing so, their energy bleeds into electrogravity. If the light from two lasers were shone at each other from direct opposition, their energy upon canceling each other out (upon destructive interference), the result is electrogravity. To do so, all we would have to do is to vary the energy potential at the point of convergence, and we would then get electrogravity as byproduct. Another device would then “capture” this energy (electrogravity) and do so within an especially constructed “environment” within which this energy would be prevented from doing uncontrolled damage in the larger environment by increasing the rip in space/time through the variance in the time component. This, in effect, shortens the life cycle of the space/time environment in which the singularity occurs, thus reducing the longevity of the space/time in the immediate environment – be this a containment device or the spacetime surrounding an entire planet. From discussion during the annual conferences, there are already indications that this is the case with some applications of electrogravity producing systems available on Earth.

Two physicists, Lawrence Ford and Thomas A. Roman, have reported in the January 2000 issue of Scientific American that lasers can be converged in a vacuum, which causes “squeezed-state fluctuations in the vacuum of space-time.” This means that light waves have an interesting effect upon canceling each other out: they squeeze or compress space-time, causing the emergence of “negative energy,” where the energy is “less than zero.” This squeezing out or compression of space-time results in the sending of electrogravity into a space-time (or level of manifestation) with an extra dimension, relieving the space-time in which it happens of time by shortening it ever slightly. When large amounts of light energies are used, larger time-shortening effects (by speeding up the flow of time) can be expected. In Chapter 11, I will go into extensive detail on what this means to all of us and how its effects touch the existence of all life and life habitats (on planets, star systems and galaxies) in the universe – extraterrestrial and terrestrial.

We are not the only emerging civilization researching negative energy and experimenting with its applications; there are others, in both the Milky Way and other galaxies as well. There are also advanced civilizations abusing the use of electrogravity in the meeting of their needs, imperatives and policies. So it is not just us. Actually, by comparison, our current development does yet not overproduce electrogravity, but there are certain very advanced applications upcoming in the near future, which have raised serious concerns among the Link membership, both invited and observer.” (1, pp. 32-33)

During my breakfast – when there are no kids around – I prefer to read a book (often only a few pages). Since there are many books that I would like to read, I have come up with a system: I have this pile of books and with a random generator (consisting of 5 coins) a book is selected. Today a (pdf) book by A.R. Bordon popped up. A lot can be said about this man, his probable connection with the Wingmakers material (7), the Labyrinth, but that is not the focus of this article.

The book from 2007 is called ‘The Link’ (1) and it talks about meetings between non-governmental groups both from our world and off-world groups. The first annual meeting would have taken place in 1990 in Arizona (see 1, p.31). While reading about another meeting many years later I was triggered by the following excerpt which I will share with you:

“Third, if there is a founding core to the Link, it would be five of the seven extraterrestrial groups and eight contactee groups, including ourselves – roughly a total of 30-plus original members. During this year’s conference, there were fourteen extraterrestrial groups – twelve invited member groups and two observer groups – and fifty-seven human contactee/activist groups – forty-two invited members and fifteen observer members. The total attendee gathering numbered in the low 200s.

This year’s conference was co-chaired by the SAMs and a group from the Pleiades. Extraterrestrial attendees came from groups from our Milky Way galaxy (one from one of the Gliese star systems, two groups from the Reticuli star systems, a small contingent from the incoming, the hosting group from a planet in the Pleiades, another group from another planet in the same system, several extragalactic groups, a small group of Verdant observers, and two groups we have never seen before).”

THE ELMANUK FROM GLIESE 832
Since this site is called ‘Galactic Anthropology’ I was curious to find out more about those visitors from ‘one of the Gliese star systems’ as Bordon described them. This was my first encounter with the term ‘Gliese Star System’ so I immediately went for a search in Danaan’s book on Alien Races (2) and in the star map provided in that book (see pages 332-335) I was able to locate star system Gliese 832 in the constellation of Grus (looking like a crane bird, (grus grus)).

It was the only Gliese star system I was able to find in the book, and the 110 races that are mentioned are supposed to be the ones that have been in contact with our planet, somehow, somewhere.

Constellation Grus would be near the star Alnair. The people living on the planet called Ardamant which circles Gliese 832 are the Elmanuk. In a video on Mating Rites by Elena Danaan from July 20, 2021 (3) we can hear the following. You can read more about these Elmanuk on page 174 in (2).

They come from constellation Gross in Gliese 832. Elmanuk are a very ancient race. Their planet is named Ardemont. They are known as the most peaceful races. They are at the origin and creation of the Council of Five, which was nine at the start before the Galactic Federation of Worlds truly took existence. So they had the purpose to look after the developed worlds and protect them against the Orion alliance and the Ciakahrr empire. They are very tall and very thin. You would think they have only skin on bones, but you would be surprised by their physical fitness and strength. Their eyes are very large and as most of grey races they wear dark protective lenses. They are a species of grays, but they do not have the reptiloid genetics. We say gray to everybody who looks like this. They are very nice. They are a race in extinction. There are not very many left. (3, and 2, p.174)

We have come across other members of the Council of Five before, namely the Ginvo (4). Also take a look at the Emerther from Tau Ceti (8). In March 2023 I wrote a page on the current day members of the Council of Five (9).

There are a lot of Gliese – star systems
In Bordon’s book (1) it is said that a group from one of the Gliese star systems participated in one of the Link-meetings. It turns out that there are indeed many Gliese star systems and I guess it will not be easy to verify if the Elmanuk participated or some other race from one of the other Gliese star systems.

In another intriguing interview that was published on December 26, 2021, Dr. Michael Salla talks to Jean-Charles Moyen about his service in the French Secret Space Program (1). I would surely recommend reading or watching this revealing interview. One of the things that struck me was that concept of being age-regressed some 20 years back to the past. Salla says in his introduction on (1):

“After his formal recruitment into France’s military, he served on two spacecraft belonging to a joint Franco-US space fleet from 1991 to 2011 ( the Solaris and the Excelsior) before being age regressed and returned to his point of departure.” (8)

The reason why I was triggered by this period of going back 20 years in time after having spent 20 years in a secret program, was because I had read about this phenomenon before in the report of another whistleblower, namely Michael Relfe. He and his wife Stephanie Relfe wrote a book called ‘The Mars Records’ in 2000 (2). On page 9 you can see the following time line:

The similarity with the experience of Jean-Charles Moyen (JC) is striking. Here’s a quote from Dr. Michael Salla’s (MS) article (1):

“[MS] Explain what happened at the end of your 20 and back program.

[JC] End of the service after 20 years, back in time in 1990, molecular regression (to return physically to 21 years old) and erasing of my memory in a kind of tube sending powerful waves in my brain to make me forget everything. I woke up in my bed in the military hospital, but just before they took me back to my room, I remember hearing someone say: erased everything correctly this time.“

Tony Rodriguez is mentioned in the above youtube-discussion excerpt. I would advise watching an interview Elena Danaan had with Tony Rodriguez on July 14, 2021 (5) and a new one on February 9, 2022 (6). Dr. Michael Salla also had an interview with him on January 9, 2022 (7)

Not everybody is age-regressed 20 years back to their past. Al Bielek says that he was age regressed from being a 37-year-old man with the name of Edward Cameron to a 9 month-old baby with the name Al Bielek. Read more about this at (9). Chris O’ Connor said that he even went through three of these 20-year-and-back programs (10). Corey Goode also talked about this 20-year-and-back program during an interview on Cosmic Disclosure in 2015 (12)

JASON RICE ON HIS 20 YEAR AND BACK
During an interview with Kerry Cassidy (13), Jason Rice, another Secret Space Program Recruit, told us that he had served his mission with the ‘Mars Germans’ (14) for 20 years and a couple of months, but he was returned to his original point of time, only a few hours later. Listen to him talk about it, too. In the interview Kerry also refers to the Relfe case as described above.

Jason Rice says that he was returned to a point in time only 3 hours later than he was taken (for over 20 years, 13)

UPDATE AUGUST 2023
In a conversation between Dr. Salla and Thor Han that was published in August 2023 (11), Thor Han said that no new 20-year-and-back programs are started for the people in the Earth Alliance. Apparently the Deep State still uses them. Here’s a quote from the interview:

THE ACCOUNT OF MICHAEL GERLOFF
It was only in June 2024 that I first heard of the testimony of Michael Gerloff. In the excerpt below you can hear him describe the talk he had with a captain on his second day of a bootcamp in a Reserve Special Enlistment program. In it he was proposed to partake in the 20-year-and-back program (in 1978). I love the authentic way Gerloff speaks about it:
