UAP Disclosure Act

In an ‘Amazing People’ interview on December 15, 2023 (1,2), Daniel Sheehan gave a valuable analysis of the process that eventually led to the passing of the watered down version of the UAP Disclosure Act. Normally I don’t write about political developments, for the aim of this website is to explore and present the extraterrestrial species and civilizations that we have come to know. However, since this act is quite important in the ET-disclosure movement I decided to make an exception. This act is also generating quite a lot of attention to the reality of extraterrestrial life which I support whole-heartedly, of course.

What follows is a summary of what Daniel Sheehan said about the process leading towards the ‘halved’ variant of the UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, formerly and still known as UFO’s) Disclosure Act. You can add any comments below this article, or you can comment in a study group or on X (3).

LUIS ELIZANDO, CHRISTOPHER MELLON AND DAVE GRUSCH
Sheehan starts off with Luis Elizando who was the head of a top secret program inside the Pentagon. He was investigating the UFO phenomenon and he became growingly frustrated over the fact that he was being shut out of information about the UFO phenomenon and about whatever this nonhuman intelligence was that was behind the UFOs.

Former U.S. Secretary of Defense, James Maddis (5)

He decided to write a letter to the Secretary of Defense, James Maddis, but his letter was impounded by the Pentagon program because even the Secretary of Defense was not to be briefed on this. Elizondo then resigned from his post and brought with him three videos (6). Together with Christopher Mellon (7) Elizondo went to the New York Times.

Lue Elizondo asked Danny Sheehan to represent him legally in case the CIA or the Department of Defense would retaliate against him (and Mellon). Sheehan contacted the Inspector General of the Defense Department and they were shocked to learn that they have been read out of that secret program altogether. Sheehan, Elizondo and Mellon then started to spread this information in the media without violating their clearances.

This led to all kinds of inquiries and the July 26, 2023 testimonies of Colonel Dave Grusch (9) in which he said under oath that the US government was in possession of non-human extraterrestrial spacecraft and was also in possession of biological evidence of non human species that piloted these crafts.

THE 64-PAGE SENATE BILL
This created such a huge firestorm that the day after this testimony the Senate put forth a 64-page bill that ordered all parties concerned to reveal all they knew about these extraterrestrial crafts (10).

This bill was approved by everyone in the Senate Intelligence Committee (17-0), and there was also a huge majority in the senate that approved this bill (89-11).

RESISTANCE IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
The UAP Disclosure Bill was then taken to the House of Representatives where there also was an overwhelming bipartisan majority to make this act into law, if it weren’t for 3 Republican representatives (and two Republican senators).

Sheehan names Michael Turner, who is the chairman of the House Republicans committee and a representative for a district in Ohio where the Wright-Patterson Airforce base can be found. He ‘stuck his thumb in the eye of everyone‘ and said that he wasn’t going to allow this bill to pass. Sheehan says that this was the base where the spacecraft and the bodies of the ET’s of the Roswell 1947 crash were taken to and that Turner doesn’t want any disclosure for it might endanger this Airforce base: they are likely to thrive on this secrecy.

It wouldn’t make them look very good if people were to discover all about these extraterrestrial bodies and the technology that has been reverse-engineered, which was hidden from the public for over 70 years. There is also a company called Radiance Technologies (5) in that district that is suspected of having made all kinds of deals with Lockheed Martin to implement this reverse-engineered alien technology. Instead of informing the public they wanted to produce a new (nuclear) weapon that could reach Russia and China in a few minutes (13)

Mike Turner then turned to another Republican who probably also has special interest and therefore the same motives to keep things secret, this was another Mike: Mike Rogers. He was the chairman of the armed services committee and he represented an Alabama district that was the home base of Redstone Rocket Missile Testing (14)

Sheehan says that these representatives are often caught making selfies with the board of directors of these companies. Lockheed Martin turns out to be the main funder of Rogers’ campaigns.

The ‘Mikes’ would have recruited a third Mike, the new speaker of the House of Representatives, Michael Johnson (16), and he would have contacted Mitch O’Connell from the Senate (17) and together with Thomas Tuberville (18) who is also a senator from Alabama, they would have blocked the Senate Bill from passing, despite a complete bipartisan majority in the House of Representatives. Everybody else wanted this UAP bill to pass to establish a controlled disclosure campaign, to start rolling this information out to the world.

THE 24-PAGES SECOND VARIANT OF THE UAP-DISCLOSURE ACT
Due to the work of these republicans many enforcement mechanisms were removed, like subpoena power. Sheehan says that the Senate originally had the power to excercise what he calls ‘Eminent Domain’ which is the right of the government to take back into their custody the spacecraft that had been handed over to aerospace corporations. But despite all of this, he still thinks this is a momentous event. He has founded the New Paradigm Institute (19) that seeks to explore evidence of extraterrestrial life. It is also the place for people to find information on how to make these 5 Republicans change their minds and allow for a more powerful UAP Disclosure Act. Well, I want to round off this article by giving the floor to Daniel Sheehan himself.

During the interview between Dr. Michael Salla and Dave Rossi on December 29, 2022 (1) they not only talked about how Dave suddenly was able to easily see patterns and understand complicated scientific equations (2), they also mentioned a certain French archeologist. I have taken out that part of the interview and you can watch it below.

For those unable to watch the video, or understand English, I have added a transcript of this part of the conversation, from the point that Dave Rossi starts answering Dr. Michael Salla’s question on Elena Danaan. I edited it a bit to make it readable.

DAVE ROSSI: “Scientists behind the scenes, from various departments not just one, and of various department agencies, you name it, have essentially reached out to me, and other have said essentially that the message and the work that she is speaking on, to a very large degree is quite accurate, relative to what they’re being briefed on and what they understand to be the case behind the scenes.

Now unfortunately, I can’t really go into details in a public regard but it is certainly something that is taken very seriously and she is watched and listened to and viewed very, very avidly. There is in fact a very strong correlation with whatever this incredible lady has tapped into and with what – at least in the west – is being analyzed and understood to be the case in terms of what’s coming from the UFO/ UAP phenomena in addition to what we could call a Galactic Federation of Types.

DR. MICHAEL SALLA: “And of course we’re talking about Elena Danaan and that is someone that is actually looked at as a very credible person and I know that her books, that have come out over the last couple of years have really been rich in details with different extraterrestrial civilizations and some of the Technologies and what you’ve experienced is that these scientists that are in touch with you, those that are trying to understand these equations and the inventions and how they pertain to to their ongoing experiments, that they actually read her books or watch her podcasts.”

DAVE ROSSI: “Very, very avidly. Very much so. In fairness I don’t mean to put myself on a pedestal. I think that a lot of these guys understand my equations they’re just interested to see if maybe I have a different take on them but other than that absolutely, there’s a strong observation, I don’t want to say surveillance, I will say a friendly observation from various elements, departments and groups within such departments, and elements that keep a strong, I guess we could say eye and ear on people like Miss Danaan and it’s not because they have nothing else to do. Let’s put it that way.”

DAVE ROSSI AND THE AEROSPACE CORPORATION
In March 2024 Dave Rossi was part of a Star Nation News episode (4). In that episode we learned more details about which corporations would follow the work of Elena Danaan (and that of others) with keen interest. And although it at first seemed like they were watching her ‘with a friendly eye’, their aims seems to have grown less benevolent. Rossi even says that they would aim to discredit her work on extraterrestrials. What follows is something unique on this website: you will see an excerpt within an excerpt (4, 6)

In the excerpt Rossi mentions the Battelle Memorial Institute (7), BAE Systems (8), Northrup Grumman (9), Lockheed Martin (10) and Honeywell (11). I tried to find a list of those 30 linked companies as they are mentioned on (12), on the website of Aerospace corporation (5), but I couldn’t find it.

SOME REFLECTIONS
It is interesting to see some names appear that were also mentioned in connection with the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (13), like Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman. We have come across these companies before on this website. Take for instance the article in which Daniel Sheehan points out that a few Republicans from the House of Representatives used their influence to weaken the text of the UAP-Disclosure Act in order to protect their space companies in their districts affiliated with Lockheed Martin (14).

You might also remember the talk Robert Dean (15) had with Ben Rich who was the CEO of Skunkworks that was part of Lockheed. He would have told Dean that the US had everything that you see on Star Trek. On his death bed he would have said that extraterrestrials and UFO’s are real (16). Dean also mentioned a former employee of Northrup-Grumman who told him that the US had superluminosity- and antigravity technology.

This all adds credence to the possibility that these companies know a lot more than they tell us. Would they really spend so much time on Elena Danaan’s intel? Where can we find the attacks of her work? Which companies really are part of the 30 companies alliance?
