On February 12, 2024, Elena Danaan must have launched her most complicated episode of Star Nation News, so far (1). She delved into the star system of Altair which turns out to be a hotspot of alliances of all sorts. In an attempt to integrate all this information in understandable chunks I will write a few articles that will focus on these aspects separately. This article focuses on the second planet of the Altair system that is called Akhorat and the people living on that planet are called Takhori.
AKHORAT AND ‘A GIFT FROM THE STARS’
One of the complicating elements in understanding these galactic matters is related to the naming of the stars: sometimes our name is used and sometimes the name that the locals apply is used (2). In the reporting both variants appear. This might be confusing. Another element is that the names of the planets and the stars and their people also show a lot of similarity. In the above image you can see an overview of the Altair (=Alkorin, local name) star system with its planets.
In the 17th episode of Star Nation News we are introduced to the people Takhori of the second planet, Akhorat, for the first time (as far as I know, that is). There is, of course, a section on Altair in Elena’s first disclosure book (3) which already describes many of the intricacies associated with this star system. We can learn about three people in that star system there: the Akhori (4), the Onorhai (5) and the Darthar.
There was no information to be found on any species living on the second planet of the Altair (Alkorin) system, so we were given new information on the Altair system. Let’s hear what Elena had to say about the Takhori from Akhorat:
We can conclude that the Takhori are not a separate species, but they are more like a separate colony of Akhori who moved from the fourth to the second planet. Instead of siding with all kinds of malevolent groups they chose to ally with the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW, 8). They changed their name to differentiate from the their Akhori ancestors, comparable to the Selosians who changed their name to Telosians when they decided to stay on our planet (9).
The GFW made an outpost on their planet which is mainly run by the T-Ashkeru (10), Ahel (11) and the Kahel from Epsilon Eridani (12). Val Nek gave us an update from the time that he was working with the Earth Alliance (until October 2021) to the present day developments in the Altair system. Galactic Anthropology 
Objectively means having the foundation of only observable facts. The accounts of our history, including other star systems has varying perspectives, and often history is written by the victors.
What is time? Time is theoretical. Time is perspective. Time is belief. Time is invention. Time is a creation of the many creators, as suitable only towards a distinct structuring of certain differential individuals. Time stems from the individualities and of the many individualities need for stabilization. Stepping out of time or out of all other perspectives enters the unbounded consciousness/mind. Becoming just the singularity of source.
Singularity reaches all individuals or fractals of source. Because you are the entirety of source/individuals where nothing remains hidden. All souls collectively form the body of source. Where is the separation between time and individualities? There is none. Where is the separation from individuality and the body of source/space/cosmos/universe? There is none.
Righteousness is truthfulness. Truthfulness is fact. The individual cannot be rightness without the facts in life. Theories are important in the determination of a fact. But theories or perspectives should never take dominance over the already establishment of facts. All answers can be found from within if one is taught how to look.
The source creator is most favorable toward benevolence. How do I know? Because there doesn’t exist any one individual that is opposed against his or her own good comforts. All individuals collectively form the body of source. The great balancing of the universe is truly, the great unbalancing. Because when positive and negative contend with each other at equal measurements of strength, conflicts will never cease, they will persist. Acknowledgement of the source creators most desirable preferences causes the existence of outweighing benevolence against the weakening or trivial malevolence. This teaching should be shared with all who live throughout Nataru. It must be acknowledged.
For good to know what is good, it must see what is evil. For evil to know what is evil, it must see what is good. But never at any point in our Nataru history, was malevolent intentions desirable and the inevitable outcome of suppression and oppression preferable. They were the mistakes of an immature mind and without knowledge of source creator. If there is no knowledge of individuality than there is no knowledge of source. Who is out there of individual distortions? Time to wake up, and come to greater realizations.
Civilization is individuality. Strong people make for strong civilizations.

The only place there is time is in this universal time matrix. It is a gap between cause and effect. It is a dealy between thoughts and creation. It don’t exist outside of this matrix. Yes, it’s artificial and more like a spiral wave….but linear to our 3d consciousness and frequency.

That’s the same as stating we earthlings/Sol Terrans are the only individuals in the universe. Time exists, because the individual exists. The universe exists because we exist. A universal time matrix, as you say, is something that would encompass the entire universe, not just in one place. Plus you would need a vast remembrance or knowledge of the many different civilizations ideas or their perspectives of time, to even have the slightest understanding on the universal time matrix because time is clearly a construct of a uniquely developing civilization. Cause and effect is a continuous occurrence without any gaps, as generated by the many decisions and actions of various living beings, that never truly ceases, because not one individual that is alive, can prevent the flow of their own thoughts and thereafter the performance of their actions. Every action firstly requires the careful participation of a thought. Creator has the first manifestation, than his/her creations, and than finally the thoughts may persist, largely for the source creators own exploratory means. Everything exists as a singularity, it would be best not to think of any sort of divisions, gaps, boundaries, matrixes, and separate levels of consciousness. They exist, but they are unattainable unless you reach a certain level of spiritual development. Afterwards, the civilization may acquire the technological advancements, which from my understanding, the many varying degrees of consciousness can be better prepared for experiencing. I don’t know of anything truly artificial. All is the source, everyone, everything, and everywhere. I truly believe that people have been on their own unique path of rediscovery. So I don’t dispute the many different theories or perspectives, but rather I wish to offer some further clarity. That this civilization would do very well to share only the facts in life with each other. Theorization is only for the determining of a fact. Finally, theorization or perspectives should never hold dominance over the facts that have already been established.

Sorry, all out of popcorn. I’m not enjoying this show. I don’t like to be lied to or even pretty lies because it’s manipulation.
Yes, there’s a gap between cause and effect in this 3d realm, and rightly so because of the many things that would be created from thoughts that would be devastating for a person. As the frequency gets higher and the other realms the gap closes and there’s instant manifestation.
I’ve had silence of the mind, been there in that bliss, so it’s not possible in this density if you are gonna remain here to be in that form. We are one, individually as conscousness, but not a singularity, as in hive minds. That is the A.I. Transhumanism borg that says this is evolution for humanity.
