In 2022 Dr. Salla published a book called ‘Galactic Federations, Councils & Secret Space Programs‘ (1). In this book he describes all kinds of galactic organizations. This article focuses on the Galactic Federation of Worlds (2) and the question how ‘spiritual’ this organization is. It is built around two excerpts from both Dr. Salla and Elena Danaan from May 2025.
ON MORE MILITARY AND MORE SPIRITUAL GALACTIC ORGANIZATIONS
In a video on May 29, 2025 (3) Dr. Michael Salla makes a distinction between galactic organization that are more military oriented and those that are more spiritually orientated. Here’s a short excerpt from a video that lasts over 70 minutes (3) in which he describes the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) as being a more military organization:
Dr. Salla also mentions The Ashtar Command (5,6) as a benevolent military organization. The GFW would work together with the US military to establish a ‘Star Trek Future’.
ELENA DANAAN ON THE GALACTIC FEDERATION OF WORLDS
A few days earlier, Elena Danaan also touched upon this question on the nature of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (2) In SNN 75 (7). In this excerpt you can hear her say that Ea (Enki) describes the GFW as a wise and powerful, military and spiritual organization. Let’s listen along:
HOW SPIRITUAL IS THE GALACTIC FEDERATION OF WORLDS?
It might be tempting to think that Elena Danaan mentioned that the Galactic Federation of Worlds is not only a military organization, but also a wise and spiritual organization as a kind of response to the things Dr. Salla had been saying (even before the above video was launched) about the existence of other organizations that are more spiritually oriented than the Galactic Federation of Worlds. How fair is this? Or has Elena been saying this all along?
Dr. Salla mentions names like the Confederation of Planets as a spiritual organization that doesn’t work with the US Military but with persons not necessarily associated with the military.
I decided to take another look at how the Galactic Federation of Worlds (2) is defined. Here’s a ‘mission statement’ of the GFW:
“In ‘A Gift from the Stars’ (8) we can read: “(the GFW) Created to maintain peace and justice in this galaxy, the Galactic Federation of Worlds has, in your star system, the main task to raise the awarenss of the Terrans about the subversion of their societies by other species, notably the Ciakahrr empire (8), Orion Grey Collective (9), the Maytrei (9) and the Kiily Tokurt (10) , helping identifying and explosing corrupt institutions and elites’ manipulation in liaison with these enemies. The Galactic Federation of Worlds also works at the uplifting of human consciousness and developing strategies against advanced mind-control technologies” (2; 11, p.314)”
SOME REFLECTIONS
I would say that although the Galactic Federation of Worlds appears to be mainly a military organization with a military hierarchical structure, their philosophy seems to be based on ‘wise and spiritual’ principles fighting against both malevolent species and against manipulation and distortions within planetary societies, with their Prime Directive as guiding principle.
In future articles I intend to further explore these other organizations mentioned by Dr. Salla that would have a non-military but purely spiritual orientation. It seems reasonable to assume that the main goal of the Galactic Federation of Worlds is not to provide spiritual guidance to individual people, but to provide safety in our galaxy.

Galactic Anthropology 
Knowledge advances the soul. Soul/spirit/mind/consciousness/fractal is one and the same. Spiritual inadequacy shares a synonymity with a deficiency of knowledge. A civilizational crises is a crises that emanates within people. Civilization is people and to reach a high degree of our civilization involves our people reaching high degrees with education. Ayurveda means life and knowledge. Rishi means to come to those who know. Civilizational liberation is largely dependent on our increases of knowledge that is identical with our increases of spirituality. We establish greater freedoms through truthfulness. Now the increase of debates, broken friendships, fallouts, and agree to disagree situations have taken the lead. This is evidence of a spiritually deficient race. This is evidence of a knowledgably inadequate people. Acquirements of knowledge, comprehensions of knowledge, and applications of knowledge is narrow and thin. A true world leader is also a great teacher. I do not see any current world leader as a great teacher. A weakness that must soon be remedied. The 7 great sages taught much of wisdom and brother Thoth wrote the emerald tablets. 5 miles of hidden knowledge exists beneath the Vatican and I consider that knowledge to be of a birthright. Failure is often a powerful teacher. But many don’t listen to that teacher and rectify their wrongs. The subject of spirituality is the subject of knowledge. By fixing people you change civilization. Changing civilization changes the paradigm/reality. A secret to the most successful civilization was always this: Constantly work towards the betterment of yourselves and you will all improve civilization. But I suppose a secret told may not remain a secret. Give not dominance to fallouts and heated exchanges. Because cooperation is to the wise and competitiveness is to the unwise. Set the paradise within. Become a golden age within yourselves. Don’t focus externally. For what possibly manifests externally without the inner manifestations first? Indeed fixing people involves people fixated on knowledge. Knowing right from wrong and having the honesty to fulfil requirements. How else do you succeed? A travesty has long since occurred. People have all the necessary solutions and yet no control over the implementations of civilizational correctives. Is that not cause enough to completely revolt against all corrupt governances? Consider your own human inversions for all involved in deceptions. Come to the light of truthfulness and interact with it. Come to the side you have intentionally opposed. Betray your venomous masters now.

First I would like to give credit to Joos, for organizing this possibility of debate on his site and others places, and his intuition and doubts about the GFW public relations recently. This is exactly right.
These words from Alaskabob, are probably matching the terms of the debate behind the scenes that lead to the recent status quo agreement of the Galactic Federation of Worlds regarding existing power structures on Earth. See Dr Salla on June 7th 2025. They are guided by honorable principles but they are mainly a military organisation, maybe they prefer a bad status quo and move on than being dragged into all the cost to make things right on Earth. The problem was not created by them, they don’t have to fix it. The main protagonists ,Ciakhar and Nebu, suffered huge losses, the GFW received great victories , mission accomplished, time to focus on other places since it created a power vacuum.
The situation on the ground has at least 3 problems :
The overall situation is so complex that Intergalactic administration had to be involved. Apparently, the Prime directive itself received an amendment to address our problem, it’s a huge policy change that goes up to Source. A lot of people were compromised unethically hybridizing with humans, a Galactic Epstein island.
We are genetically dumbed down.
On top of that we were subjected to trauma and cult mind control for generations, also we have amnesia when we reincarnate.
It’s a uniquely bad situation, we are lost, and need a lot of patience and healing, maybe another organisation will take the torch with a good mix of diplomacy, spiritual and physical trauma healing, so we can be our best selves?
To finish with a bit of hope, there are many civilizations still existing today that have been carrying genuinely human organisation through tens of thousands of years. They are also more in harmony with their surroundings, more spiritual and would not panic facing benevolent new life forms, for it is part of their traditions. These societies are left behind modernity and do not occupy the front of the scenes, still some have histories of agreements made with their sky brothers.
If the people willing to help can understand that we have split political units instead of one planetary organisation due to all the trouble humanity went through, maybe they could try to interact with these nations and choose which ones are ready for interaction and partner with them to heal the whole of humanity.
