Is this Real or not?

Every now and then while working with this material I get this feeling that seems to say: “Are you sure you are not investing your time in one big fantasy? Aren’t you being fooled by all these people that talk about alien life?” Sometimes it can really be quite overwhelming!

The last couple of days I have watched a few videos by Elena Danaan, and they were amazing in the sense that she describes how she was taken aboard a Meton-ship that would be stationed in orbit around Venus (1).

The same planet that would harbor various civilizations that would live under domes, but mostly underground in beautiful surroundings. One of the inhabitants would be Jylian, the wife of Val Thor. You can read more about how Elena met Jylian in her 2021-book (3).

She had a contact with Elena (2) in which she explained more about the ark on Venus (Naara, 11) that would have activated as well, just like the ones on Mars, the Moon and Antarctica (4,5). Jylian says that people from Earth have been around for almost a year already, studying the Ark.

As you can imagine this is quite a mind-stretch already, but then I decided to listen to Elena’s video in which she explores and teaches about magic. In that video we can hear about the Giansar and Annunaki-magic and she adds a conversation that she has had with Enki (6).

Then there is the story of Megan Rose who claims that she had her implant hacked by the residual well-funded hybrids, which allowed them to get to the frequencies of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, but his was discovered and soon corrected, but it led to a disconnection of her from Val Nek for about three weeks (7, see update 13).

CONCLUSION
When I read again what I have just written, I don’t think it is weird that this feeling pops up…what on Earth is happening here? What am I doing? Is this one big fantasy, or is this really a glimpse into our New Reality? I noticed that there is a tendency to ignore that feeling of doubt, for I like to think of myself as an open-minded person, but I think it is perfectly fine to acknowledge this sentiment as well: for it sure is very different than what we think of as normal on our planet!

But, after having acknowledged this feeling, space is freed to get back to this possible New Reality and continue to explore it. What I think is paramount is the internal consistency: as long as the events don’t contradict themselves I will stay aboard and try to grasp this reality, occasionally going through some short periods ‘This can’t be true!!’

I’m going to continue with Elizabeth Klarer’s book in which she talks about her relationship with Akon, an astrophycist from Meton (8, 9). In that book I encountered an appropriate quote from Albert Einstein:

“The most beautiful and most profound emotion we can experience is the sensation of the mystical. It is the sower of all science. He to who this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead.” (9, p.8)

The Local Resistance on Mars

It’s funny to notice how the mind works sometimes. If it weren’t for Elena Danaan and her mind-boggling books I sure wouldn’t have considered comparing a man with whom I work, with a species of the Martian resistance! But now I have to think of that illustration that Elena made in her 2021-book (1) everytime I see him. I don’t think he would like the comparison, even though I did compare him with the Reptiloid variant, and not with one of the insectoids that would live on Mars.

In the book you can find excellent drawings by Elena of those Insectoid species as well. Much can be said about what happened on Mars in 2021. You can take a look at a fine article by Dr. Michael Salla from May 1, 2021 (2) in which he details what had happened.

Reptiloid Martian from the Local Resistance (1, p.222)

The approach of the Galactic Federation of Worlds has been to arm the local Martian Resistance, which allowed them to fight their captors, who were mainly Ciakahrr and people from the Dark Fleet (2). In a video (3) a few months later Thor Han said:

“It’s because of the locals, the Martians, the Martian rebellion, the reptilian and insectoid local beings, the Martians, the real Martians – they themselves liberated their planet from the reptilians [Ciakahrr]. They went on the ground, they had been groomed and trained and armed by the Federation, exactly how the Federation did it on Earth.”

Elena goes on to explain: “They gave us technology, they gave us weapons, they’re fighting with us. That’s the policy of the Federation to empower the local, to empower the populations of the planet to stand up for themselves. They’re doing it on Earth. They’ve been doing this since the 1940s. They are doing it on Mars, they have been doing this on Mars since a while quite the same time” (3)

Today I accidentally bumped into another video from September 2021 (4). In that particular video Elena describes a wonderful vision of the future of Mars in about 200 years. She received that vision while on a Meton mothership circling around Venus. An incredible story which I definitely recommend you to watch. All I say here now is that their future looks bright. The Iarga and their Green Planet

A Dutch engineer called Coen Vermeeren has written two books in 2021 in which he describes 100 UFO-sightings (1,2, 12). I was looking for some information on certain species, either to check with Elena Danaan’s book (3) or to see if there were others that are not mentioned in her book like those Terran Reptiloids that would have evolved on Earth whose information I mentioned in other articles (4,5).

And I found one! The Iarga from a planet called Iarga. In a book that was written by Stefan Denaerde (pseudonym) in 1969 (6) he describes his meeting with these beings. There’s also a video in which he gives an interview with English subtitles about his encounter with these species near the coast of the Netherlands in the Oosterschelde (7,8).

Iarga would be a planet that is globally covered in a kind of green fog. Most of their planet would consist of water.

The Iarga themselves are 1.4 meters (nearly 5 feet). They would have relatively short and heavy legs with longer arms (see picture below). They have very short hair in various colors like brown, grey, white. They would all have fake teeth, but the teeth do not look like separate teeth at all. They would more look like sharp plates that are used as a kind of scissors (9).

The temperature on their planet would be rather constant and apparently quite comfortable since they do not wear clothes in the function of isolation; they tend to use clothes more for their esthetic function. They are not into long lasting relationships. They think it is important to have many sexual contacts in your life in order to develop yourself as an individual. I’m not sure if that means that they are polygamous or merely ‘serial’ monogamous.

They would live extremely efficient. They laugh when we talk about overpopulation. 10,000 Iargans can live in one tube-like building (see image 3), where each inhabitant would have some 50 square meters for him/herself, although they also live in groups of about 20-25 people.

These cylinders would be able to rotate allowing everyone the same panorama during the day. The main goal of these units would not be protection from outside influences, but the ability to meet a lot of other people in a free way. They apparently pay a lot of attention to the social interaction. Can you imagine what efficiency looks like if you think of those 10,000 tubes/domes covering their planet? See image 4 to get an impression of this overwhelming efficiency!

There would be great bridges over their green and stormy water ways. They don’t have any ships. In the second interview the technical illustrator says that with such an efficent way of housing people a country like the Netherlands could easily house 250 million people! (10)

These large living units would be so technologically advanced that there is no need to do any domestic work. They don’t cook but have a system with prepared foods from freezer like systems.

When talking about humanity, they regard us as immature; a race that has not yet grown up (11). They do not mock us however in any way.

In regard to the plants Denaerde says that they are not that different from ours. The trees are shorter and stronger for them to be able to withstand the strong winds that would occur on this planet on a regular basis.

They also have a very advanced system of transportation that would have no wear at all. They would use magnetism but they can create it without using things like coils and stuff the way we still tend to do it. If you want to ‘talk galactic’ with others join the Galactic Anthropology Study Group (13).

LEARNING OUR LANGUAGE
In June 2025, I came across the Iarga in a book on Robert Renaud. He claims to have been in contact with a species called the Korendi (14) from at least 1961 to 2007 (15). In that book we can read the following:

“So they [the Korendi] had to learn our language here -and found out that English was most used after monitoring radio/tv. So they placed a kind of small devices that could take up conversations etc and transfer them to the monitoring eq. on the ships, where advanced computers found the keys and interpretation. From those they learned the language quite easy. (Regarding this: Also from the Iarga- contact in the 60ths they told how they could “beam” such information as learning an unknown language directly into their brains with a special kind of radiation…)” (17, p.5).

ROBERT LORTAL MEETS THE IARGA IN AN HIMALAYAN BASE OF THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION
In August 2025 a galactic conference was held with speakers like Elena Danaan, Michael Salla, JP and Tony Rodrigues. There also was a man who we used to know as Robert L. who gave a presentation of his highly remarkable experiences in 1969, when he was taken to a base of the Intergalactic Confederation in the Himalayas (19), for nearly a year. During that presentation he describes how he witnessed a meeting of various species that popped up out of nowhere. One of them were stocky and had faces that looked like the face of a horse.

In the above excerpt I have trouble understanding what he says about Gerard LaForge and other people who have had experiences with the Iarga. I would think that he is referring to Stefan Denaerde from the Netherlands. Denaerde’s book and Robert’s experience were both in 1969.

Having a Life Span of Two Thousand Years – The Metoni in the Proxima Centauri System

The amount of information that is given to and spread by Elena Danaan is incredibly big. One YouTube video alone can easily provide enough topics to base a few dozen articles on. In order to prevent this information to get lost in the many hours of youtube videos, I try to almost randomly select certain elements that are mentioned, either in these videos or in her books. It is easier to select topics as they appear in these videos, than to search for them, for it can sometimes be like looking for a needle in a haystack. If anyone has certain topics that you would like to see covered here, however, on this site, please contact me.

Well, I’m going to continue where I left off in the last article (1). In that particular piece I wrote about the huge amount of hybrid children that would have been saved from the Deep Underground Military Bases and who were selected to be evacuated to other worlds, where they would be adopted by families that would take care of them, and not treat them like some kind of freak, as would probably be the case during this time on our planet.

One of the star systems that would welcome these children would be the Proxima Centauri star system, which is the star that is closest to our Sun (endnote 4). The humanoid people called the ‘Metoni’ of Meton, live on seven planets that circle this star, with one of them carrying the name ‘Meton’.

Not often is the life span mentioned in the Elena’s book of Alien Races (2), but this time it was, and it sure was impressive to read that the Meton would live up to 2000 years! (2, p124-125)

The Meton are part of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Here’s an excerpt: ” Metoni are not very eager to travel, but for scientific curiosity. And as such, scientific curiosity, moved them to Terra for observation. Many metoni enrolled the science station of the Galactic Federation in orbit of Terra” (2, p.124)

“Their urbanism is quite interesting, using translucent organic material, and they use the science of sound quite a lot, in many domains.” (2, p.124)

The Ramay (Naacals) from Capella in the Constellation Auriga and the Mayans

Triggered by an alleged message from a Reptilian who would live near Capella (1) I decided to take a look at the species in Elena Danaan’s ‘A Gift from the Stars’ (2). There was no mention of any reptilian race living on any planet near Capella, but there was an entry for Capella for the race of the Ramay who live on a planet they call ‘Rama’ (2, pp.92-93).

ASTRONOMY
Let’s first see if we can find Capella in the night’s sky. Capella is part of a constellation that is called Auriga. I prefer to locate Capella starting from the belt of Orion (the three stars in the middle of the Orion constellation), then I make a line towards Sirius, then I go up left and see Procyon, followed by Pollux and Castor from Gemini and with a slight curve to the right you end up at Capella, the brightest star of the Auriga Constellation.

I was able to find some information on the Ramay on a Spanish site (6), with an illustration that is confirmed by the illustration by Elena Danaan. On this spanish site I only quote the first part (through a readable google translation; check the original site for more):

“The ramay are aliens that come from the constellation Auriga, from the planet Capella. The good thing (and the main thing that identifies the ramay) is that it is a race that prefers to be pacifist before invading a planet in search of resources.

They like to cohabit with other races of extraterrestrials in the search for the advancement of their civilization and the trade of different types of minerals, ships and various technologies with these new races. There is classified evidence that this race of extraterrestrials is inhabiting our planet in the sun today, they have even helped us develop as an intelligent race, completely anonymously and disinterested.” (6)

ELENA DANAAN AND THE RAMAY
In Elena’s book (2) we can read the following intriguing information:

“Ramay have been on Terra since a very long time ago and at the time when the Selosii reached a temporary dominition of Terra, establishing securely the power of Atlantis, the Ramay were known as the Nacaals: “Star Brothers”. Though, they refused to bow down to the hierarchical Selosi rule and formed the Yu Empire, chosing to move underground.

Settling in the South and Central American continents, they were at the origin of the rise of the Mayan Civilization. Considerably advanced in sciences, they taught the Mayans about astronomy and time, and then left when the Mayan civilization was its apogee.

But, despite all the knowledge the Ramay had offered to them, nothing can really haste the development of wisdom and following the departure of the Ramay, the Mayan people started to perform blood sacrifices in their names, rising them with great superstition to the status of gods. ” (2, p.92)

Corey Goode mentioned the Micca, who were supposed to be the descendents of the Maya people. You can read about a possible story of their fate at (7).

THE RAMAY, ANUNNAKI AND ENLIL
In Elena Danaan’s fifth disclosure book from 2024 (9) Elena shared additional information on the Ramay. Since 2020 we have learned a number of things. One of them is the information associated with the Anunnaki. When Elena already talked about the ‘Yuh’ empire in her 2020 book (2), we didn’t know at the time that ‘Yuh’ actually was the real name of the Anunnaki Enlil (10). In the 2024-update we can read:

“Ramay came to Earth with the Anunnaki expedition and they were know as Naacals: ‘star brothers’. It is necessary to keep in mind that the Anunnaki are an amalgamation of different races….Unfortunately for the Ramay Group they were left for themselves when Enlil decided to wipe out most the Earth in an apocalyptic cataclysm. After the Younger Dryas event, the Ramay took up residence in the underground of South and Central America….Neglected by Enlil, the Ramay came under the protection of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (11), and they still visit Terra occasionally” (9, p.160, read (9) for more details and a beautiful image of a Ramay with an enormous elongated head).

Did a Fusion Bomb cause the Extinction of the Dinosaurs 65 million years ago?

The idea that we are merely one of the many species in this universe brings about new perspectives. Many of the articles on this website deal with current issues in regard to our interaction with off-world civilizations. Most of the articles are based on the material provided by Elena Danaan (1), Dr. Michael Salla (2,3) but this article is from an interview between a human and a Terran-Reptilian woman who was 28-years at the time. I have referred to this interview before in the article on the ‘Perception Switch’ (4). It also doesn’t deal with current events but with something that would have happened a very long time ago, some 65 million years back in time.

Copper – in a way responsible for the extinction of the dinosaurs?

In the video (5) Lacerta (the Terran-Reptilian Female) talks about the history of her race on our world. The story starts with the arrival of humanoids from Procyon (6). They would have established two colonies: one in Asia and one on Antarctica (7). They lived together with primitive saurians without any problems. Some 150 years after the arrival of the colonists advanced Reptilians arrived on our planet as well. At first the humanoids tried to communicate peacefully, but to no avail. A global war started within two months.

Both the humanoids and the Reptilians came to Earth for raw material, mainly copper. Copper, she goes on to explain, can be used for a technique we are hardly able to understand, but copper would be very valuable to create new elements if you use high electromagnetic fields in the right angle with nuclear radiation fields. The war was fought in the atmosphere and in space, and at first the humanoids seemed to be succeful, but in a last battle the Reptilians decided to use a mighty experiental weapon: a special kind of fusion bomb which would destroy the life forms on Earth, but it would not harm the copper. The bomb was fired from space and landed in the ocean near our current ‘ Middle America’. It produced an unpredictable fusion with hydrogen and the effect was much stronger than the Reptilians had expected.

A deadly radiation and an overproduction of fusion-oxygen caused a fall out of different elements and led to a nuclear winter that lasted 200 years. Most of the humanoids would have been killed and the Reptilians lost their interest in our planet and left after some years. Planet Earth was on its own again and the animals on the surface died. By the way, she says, one of the materials that were produced as a result of the fall-out of various elements was iridium.

She says that our scientists see the presence of iridium as a sign that an asteroid hit our planet 65 million years ago. She stresses that that is incorrect, but how could you know, she adds understandingly.

Within 20 years after the detonation of the fusion bomb nearly all dinosaurs and reptilians were dead. She then goes on to explain how her species evolved from then on. I guess that is interesting material for another article.

P.S. After having published this article I duck-ducked on this topic and found an interesting website that somehow has even got more details on this; a site run by Jamie Phillips (9).
P.P.S. In another article Akon, a Meton, has a different idea on the reason for the extinction of the Dinosaurs (10) and according to Enki’s account of our history the Seeders would have been responsible for this because they didn’t want a reptilian-only planet, for that could house any humans (11)

Elena Danaan has provided the names of the stars as they are used by the people that live on the planets around these stars. You can have a look at them in a youtube-video (1), or in the Cosmic Library, page 280 (2).

Shapeshifting and the Perception Switch

When you move around in this area of extraterrestrials with your mind, as I have been doing lately in a more focused way than before, you can come across all kinds of interesting links. It’s like some kind of adventure through a world that most people currently consider as quite insane; my daughter even questions my mental abilities these days, but since I still function normally in daily life she gives me the benefit of the doubt 🙂

INTERVIEW WITH JEAN-CHARLES MOYEN

This story starts off with the interview Dr. Michael Salla had with the French Jean-Charles Moyen (1, 2). In that interview Jean-Charles talks about this greenish guide called ‘Victor’ who appeared in his room. He was taken by Victor to spaceships. You can learn more about it in the interview and in the capsules (video 7 for instance) on his website (4). Even his 3-year old daughter recognized this green guy.

Ever since I have gotten hold on Elena Danaan’s Alien Races ‘Bible’ (5) I try to determine which race belongs to which star system. So I started to look for Victor in that book, but I was unable to determine this race. I shrugged and that was it. In webinar 9, however, in August 2023, we learned about the origin of ‘Vik-Thor’, namely the planet Ultima that orbits the star Antares in the Scorpio Constellation (10).

LACERTA
At least that was what I thought until I came across an interview with a green female reptilian called ‘Lacerta’ (at least that is her alias that she uses for humans) (6). This interview would have taken place in 1999 and 2000 and is quite intriguing. She says that her kind evolved on our planet after the extinction of the dinosaurs some 65 million years ago, to the point that they have developed (cigar-shaped) starships. She describes her kind as green human looking reptilians, but not with red eyes, but green eyes. The females would have light green eyes, whereas the males would have darker green ones. They have brown hair and brown spots especially in their face. She tells many very interesting things about our history and the interaction with off-world races. Would Moyen’s Victor perhaps somehow be related to this race?

SHAPESHIFTING AND THE PERCEPTION SWITCH
While listening to yet another interview on december 29, 2021, this time between dr. Michael Salla and the writer/publisher Brad Olsen (7), I noticed something interesting that Olsen said about shapeshifting aliens which reminded me of what Lacerta had said in that interview more than 20 years ago. Olsen said:

“… so for example frequencies on what we hear of as shape-shifting we would think that they take on a different appearance but if the frequency changes perhaps they are still who and what they are but we’re just seeing it different. I think that’s a big part of it” (7, 16’10”)

This is corroborated by Lacerta. She said the following on shapeshifting and what she called ‘the Switch’:

“When we are on the surface and we meet human beings (even a large group of them, this makes no difference. All of your minds are like one mind). We are able to ‘touch’ their mind and induce them via telepathy the command ‘See us as one of your kind‘ and the weak human mind will accept this order without refusion and they will see us (despite our reptilian look) as normal humans.

I have done this many times and you weak humans generally see me as an attractive brown-haired woman, because I have created this special ‘mimicry image’ in my mind years ago and I can induce it into your minds without problems….

….There is a simple switch (“See us as we really are / See us as we want you to see us”) in your consciousness which was placed there from the ‘Illojim’ when they created your kind and we can use this switch to convince you that you see humans when you look at us (other aliens use this switch too).”

They would use this switch as well to protect their spaceships from our perception, as well as most of the entrances to their underground worlds. The best way to bypass this switch-effect is by taking pictures of these beings or their spaceships. Since a photocamera doesn’t have any conciousness, let alone a perception switch, the camera stores pictures of what these beings really look like. Perhaps this might work for the Kiily Tokurt (9) and the Ciakahrr if they actually use ‘switch-technique’ to ‘fool’ us.

The Elmanuk from Gliese 832 in the Grus Constellation and the Possible Link with A.R. Bordon’s The Link

During my breakfast – when there are no kids around – I prefer to read a book (often only a few pages). Since there are many books that I would like to read, I have come up with a system: I have this pile of books and with a random generator (consisting of 5 coins) a book is selected. Today a (pdf) book by A.R. Bordon popped up. A lot can be said about this man, his probable connection with the Wingmakers material (7), the Labyrinth, but that is not the focus of this article.

The book from 2007 is called ‘The Link’ (1) and it talks about meetings between non-governmental groups both from our world and off-world groups. The first annual meeting would have taken place in 1990 in Arizona (see 1, p.31). While reading about another meeting many years later I was triggered by the following excerpt which I will share with you:

“Third, if there is a founding core to the Link, it would be five of the seven extraterrestrial groups and eight contactee groups, including ourselves – roughly a total of 30-plus original members. During this year’s conference, there were fourteen extraterrestrial groups – twelve invited member groups and two observer groups – and fifty-seven human contactee/activist groups – forty-two invited members and fifteen observer members. The total attendee gathering numbered in the low 200s.

This year’s conference was co-chaired by the SAMs and a group from the Pleiades. Extraterrestrial attendees came from groups from our Milky Way galaxy (one from one of the Gliese star systems, two groups from the Reticuli star systems, a small contingent from the incoming, the hosting group from a planet in the Pleiades, another group from another planet in the same system, several extragalactic groups, a small group of Verdant observers, and two groups we have never seen before).”

THE ELMANUK FROM GLIESE 832
Since this site is called ‘Galactic Anthropology’ I was curious to find out more about those visitors from ‘one of the Gliese star systems’ as Bordon described them. This was my first encounter with the term ‘Gliese Star System’ so I immediately went for a search in Danaan’s book on Alien Races (2) and in the star map provided in that book (see pages 332-335) I was able to locate star system Gliese 832 in the constellation of Grus (looking like a crane bird, (grus grus)).

It was the only Gliese star system I was able to find in the book, and the 110 races that are mentioned are supposed to be the ones that have been in contact with our planet, somehow, somewhere.

Constellation Grus would be near the star Alnair. The people living on the planet called Ardamant which circles Gliese 832 are the Elmanuk. In a video on Mating Rites by Elena Danaan from July 20, 2021 (3) we can hear the following. You can read more about these Elmanuk on page 174 in (2).

They come from constellation Gross in Gliese 832. Elmanuk are a very ancient race. Their planet is named Ardemont. They are known as the most peaceful races. They are at the origin and creation of the Council of Five, which was nine at the start before the Galactic Federation of Worlds truly took existence. So they had the purpose to look after the developed worlds and protect them against the Orion alliance and the Ciakahrr empire. They are very tall and very thin. You would think they have only skin on bones, but you would be surprised by their physical fitness and strength. Their eyes are very large and as most of grey races they wear dark protective lenses. They are a species of grays, but they do not have the reptiloid genetics. We say gray to everybody who looks like this. They are very nice. They are a race in extinction. There are not very many left. (3, and 2, p.174)

We have come across other members of the Council of Five before, namely the Ginvo (4). Also take a look at the Emerther from Tau Ceti (8). In March 2023 I wrote a page on the current day members of the Council of Five (9).

There are a lot of Gliese – star systems
In Bordon’s book (1) it is said that a group from one of the Gliese star systems participated in one of the Link-meetings. It turns out that there are indeed many Gliese star systems and I guess it will not be easy to verify if the Elmanuk participated or some other race from one of the other Gliese star systems.

You are becoming too ‘Technologed’

This article combines the 1994 UFO-sighting near the Zimbabwean school in Ruwa, Elon Musk’s warnings on Artificial Intelligence and the Jupiter Agreements. Have fun!

This story starts with a video on Facebook in which Elon Musk warns for the dangers of Artificial Intelligence (2). In that particular video he says that we definitely need regulation for A.I. He even says that he fears A.I. more than nuclear bombs. He fears what would happen if the wrong people lay their hands on this exponentially growing field of Artificial intelligence.

This reminded me of an interview between the Dutch engineer and UFO-researcher Coen Vermeeren and the rapper Lange Frans (3), in which Coen Vermeeren mentioned the incident which happened on September 16, 1994 in the village of Ruwa in Zimbabwe. He describes how 62 children aged between 6 and 12 saw alien ships land near their school.

The extraterrestrials walk out and communicate telepathically – as most races seem to do – with these children. Not only did they express their concerns about the bad ways humanity was treating their planet, but they also mentioned ‘that humanity was becoming too technologed‘ already (back in 1994) probably referring to the dangers of becoming too dependent on technology.

When I look at the drawing and search Danaan’s Alien-Almanak (4) they look like the Shamtbahali, or the Zeta Reticulans: “Their face features are more bony and emaciated than the Solipsi Rai and they have bigger eyes. They wear black uniforms with silver patterns for high rankings.” (p.266). On the other hand they are not known for their benevolence, which would make such a peaceful message awkward.

Elon Musk and the Jupiter Agreements
To round off this article it is worth noting the role that Elon Musk might be playing in regard to the Jupiter Agreements. I advise you to read one of the articles on these agreements that would have been made in july 2021 at Exopolitics (5). In those agreements which could be compared with the Yalta-meetings after the second world war, in the sense that agreements are signed between the victors after the defeat of all the extraterrestrial forces, delegates of the Earth Alliance together with a number of influential people would have signed agreements with representatives of the Galactic Federation of Worlds on a location near Jupiter, possibly on Ganymede, a moon circling Jupiter.

Although his name wasn’t mentioned literally, he is suspected to be one of those present during the signing of these Jupiter Agreements.
