On April 19, 2022, Dr. Michael Salla put an interview online with Dr. Stewart Swerdlow (1). It was an interview packed with a lot of intriguing information, with the Montauk project as the main topic. Swerdlow talked about all kinds of aliens who were involved with the Montauk project and he said something about the transfer of technology by some of them. This article provides some embedding for this information and it further presents a few examples of ways that aliens have deceived government agencies dealing with these alien folks.
THE SIRIAN COLLECTIVE / ASHTAR COLLECTIVE AND THE MONTAUK PROJECT In the work of Elena Danaan relatively little seems to be said about the people from Sirius. Important in this regard is the distinction between the Ashtar Galactic Command (benevolent) and the Ashtar Collective (a lot less benevolent) which is explored in another article (2). This latter group would also be called the Sirian Collective. She does say that there are many, many worlds especially orbiting Sirius B with all kinds of races (3).

Dr. Swerdlow mentioned people from Sirius in the interview, at about 16′ he talks about the origins of the Montauk (time travel) technology and he says that they were obtained from merchants from Sirius A. In Danaan’s book we can also read about the Montauk project in connection with the Sirians. Here’s an excerpt:
“Meanwhile, the Ashtar Collective (the one ruled by Orion Reptilians) had also an involvement with Terran allied secret governments, when providing new technologies, in exchange for facilities and human material, such as interdimensional travel and mind-control, which were tested in the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project.
Also the given technology was provided to help the Terrans developing their own defensive warfare technology against an eventual extra-terrestrial invasion, in the luring that the real threat was already in. It is the Orion Alliance, through the Ashtar Collective, who imported on Terra the Ebola biological material.” (3, p.105)
What is interesting in this regard is that Dr. Swerdlow adds that the montauk technology given was given without the accurate coordinates which are crucial: these coordinates are vital in order to send people to certain locations. They apparently were given many false coordinates by these beings from Sirius. He describes how they asked for coordinates to go to an underground base in Mars, and then people got transferred to the inside of a rock, or an ocean or somewhere in deep state, with of course immediate death as a result.
LACERTA ON PROPULSION DRIVE AND DECEIT Lacerta talks about other ways we have been deceived by alien groups. For those who are not familiar with Lacerta I recommend reading the articles on the Fusion Bomb some 65 million years ago (4) and three other articles based on her testimony (5,6,7). In her testimony (8) Lacerta shares the following interesting thoughts:
“Simpled minded as you are, you of course agreed to it and you were deceived. You gave them raw materials, you gave them secured locations for their bases, you gave them access to your most secret defense data, you gave them access to your DNA and much more – and all to just quench your greed for power and information (8, 1h47)”
“For example, they you information that the (propulsion) drive can only be constructed with unstable elements of a high ranking number, but they withheld the information that the field drive can be constructed with various modifications to work as well with stable elements of a lower periodic number, and generally that’s the way it is done.” (8, 1h48)
CONCLUSION Well, I guess that is part of our history. Gullibility in combination with the desire for power probably led to these awful deals with mainly malevolent beings who used us to attain their sordid goals. Let’s hope we can all put this to rest and tune into better ways, creating a future in which technology is shared with the intention to better the lives of the people on our planet and not to empower a small group of power hungry elites.
In an interview on April 3, 2022 with Corina Pataki, Elena Danaan talked about Portals, Stargates and Wormholes (1). For this article information from this interview and another one back in July 2021 (2) will be used. You can also look forward to a few famous portals that I will mention.
WORMHOLES A Wormhole is a black hole that leads one from one location to another. It takes some ‘time’ to travel through it. It is like a tunnel. You are not being teleported; you are not being ‘crushed’ and ‘decrushed’ like when using a portal.

PORTALS AND STARGATES Elena Danaan says that a stargate is a portal, an access point to another universe, another dimension or even another time. There are artificial portals and natural ones. There are beings who would be able to become a portal themselves, allowing themselves to ‘teleport’ to other places, densities or times. A portal can be programmed with a kind of key. This key allows the user of the portal to head to certain locations.
Just like in the series ‘Star Gate’ there would be a kind of door, sometimes called ‘jump door‘ that would consist of a kind of fluid or as Thor Han calls it a kind of ‘goo’, an interdimensional substance that allows for the creation of interdimensional connections.
In the video with Corina Pataki, Elena describes what happens when you actually enter such a portal or stargate: “When you go into this fluid you are dematerialized and all these micro-vortices, you feel them, like micro-needles everywhere and you are rematerialized instantly somewhere else at your destination. Switch on, switch off”.
Here’s a bit more on the way a portal functions: (from transcript) “A portal is a teleportation device. So you have to enter coordinates. If you go through a portal that you find and enter no coordinates you will go to where the last coordinates were entered, last people traveled through it went. It would stay locked on that. So you need a frequency key. What is a frequency key? It’s a mathematical calculation, it’s not actually object it’s not. It’s a mathematical calculation that you’re going to broadcast by frequency into the portal, into the black goo dark energy liquid stuff, and that will send information to it and this will suddenly be put in resonance with the place, that you ask it in this frequency key.” (3)
THE PORTAL BEHIND JUPITER Probably the biggest portal in our solar system would be the one behind Jupiter. Elena describes this portal as follows:
“I closed my eyes and I saw him in a science ship of the federation and they were behind the orbit of Jupiter, and there’s a famous portal there, and I didn’t know about it. They had just found the frequency key of it and they were working at deactivating, and I saw the screen of the ship, I saw this purple portal, purple bluish portal like opening, it was like a vortex but not a vortex. It was made of a sort of liquid, it wasn’t a liquid but it was kind of… Thor Han calls it “The goo”,” (2).
It is interesting to note that Tony Rodrigues mentions this portal behind Jupiter as well in his book (4). In that book he also describes the way these portals are used to travel to other galaxies:
“As mentioned, there are temporal anomalies (or bubbles) around Jupiter. In addition, however, there also a natural wormhole. Upon entering this wormhole, one is able to be transported to dozens of other galaxies. And once at the other end of the Jupiter portal, there are other natural wormholes that will take you to yet another several dozen galaxies, and so on, and so on. And it is through this process that intergalactic travel is possible.” (4, p.362)
UPDATE OCTOBER 2023 ON THE PROTECTION OF THE JOVIAN PORTAL In 2023 we were told about the creation of an interstellar Hub near this portal (19). During an interview with Thor in October 2023 it was revealed that the portal was going to be protected by the forces of the Ashtar Command and the Intergalactic Confederation. The Earth Alliance and Space Force would grow in strength and would probably take up a larger role too in the future. Although many incoming frequencies from malevolent groups have been disabled and they are sure it is safe, they still need to remain vigilant. You can hear Thor Han talking about all this in the excerpt below (19):

THE RING NEBULA IN THE LYRA SYSTEM The Man-system within the Lyra System would have the place where humans were first seeded. This Nebula would contain a powerful vortex/portal that would have been the main reason for the Ciakahrr (7) empire to start the war that led to the dispersion of humanoids away from their birth place (8)

“[the Ring Nebula] is the place of an interdimensional vortex, easy access to a multitude of destinations. This highly prized strategic portal was the main motivation for the Ciakahrr Empire to lead an invasion, ransacking on the way the Man system for its abundance of resources, of course, but principally because the humanoid civilization living there was guarding the access to the vortex.” (9, p.182)
THE ORION PORTAL I have written before on the Orion Nebula, in connection with the concept of the hive mind and their former connection with our internet system (10). Not only were the Ciakahrr eager to get their reptilian hands on the portal in the Lyra System, they also went for the one in the Orion system:
It includes an interdimensional portal which was, as can be expected a target of first interest for the reptilian Ciakahrr empire. The corporate of Altair as well wanted also a part of the prize, but when they understood that the Ciakahrr forces were much more powerful and agreements of interest were made. This was before the Maitra joined the party and the many more who followed (11).

PORTALS ON OUR PLANET Recently a portal on Antarctica was discovered (12) and it appears that there is quite some ‘portal-functionality’ hiding in the arks that would be heating up all over the planet. I have mentioned the one in the Atlantic and the one in Ukraine before (13,14). These portals seem to be able to teleport people from one ark to another. Dr. Michael Salla described one ‘transfer’ from the Ark on the Moon to the one in the Atlantic (15) and one from the Ukraine to Ark in Antarctica (near Lake Vostok, 16).
UPDATE DECEMBER 2022. During an interview both Elena Danaan and Tony Rodrigues, they talked about how they both experienced seeing and going through a stargate. Get to know more about that at (18).
MICRO BLACK-HOLES In August 2024 Elena gave another description on Stargates and Portals during an interview with Dani Henderson (20). Below you can watch a video quote from that interview. In it she introduces the intriguing concept of ‘micro black-holes’ that suck energy in and would have the capacity to instantly transfer matter (and soul) to another place (time?) through some programmable quantum method. EMERY SMITH ON PORTALS In July 2025 I started delving a bit more in the testimonies of Emery Smith (22}. In an interview from 2019 Smith, who has been working as a medical professional in secret government programs, often related to examining tissue of extraterrestrial species, he talked about portals. He mentioned man-made portals that would have been built on top of natural ones. He said there were portals left behind by older civilizations; he described temporary portals and he said that these portals were also used to collect ‘specimens of species’ for research (23). A STARGATE IN THE GIZA PYRAMID? Dr. Michael Wolf who is said to have been part of the US satellite government for over 25 years, where he primarly worked on joint ET/human scientific projects. He talked about the existence of a stargate inside the Giza Pyramid. Let’s hear what he had to say on this:

“A Stargate has been discovered in a Giza pyramid. Investigating scientists believe it to be a lens which creates wormholes to any part of the universe. It hasn’t been activated yet. “We need to know a lot more about this Galaxy and others before using it – where you want to go and how to prepare yourself. It’s about what you dial in. Coordinates have to be established. The problem is there are no traffic signs out in space.” Dr Wolf felt this will be one of the last projects we’ll learn about through our association with the ETs.” (25)
We have heard about some problems with not getting the right coordinates in another article that dealt with some extraterrestrial groups that sold us technology without providing us with a decent manual (27).

In the ocean, there’s many portals too. There are portals that can come and go that are only there at certain times, even though time doesn’t exist. And then there’s ones that just, you know, come in and out that were left behind temporarily by other craft and other civilizations.
And I was part of a project and the projects that dealt with portal jumping and portals and things like that, where they were going to other places, not exactly sure where, could be other planets or inner earth. And we were collecting specimens of all sorts and bringing them back. And they’ve been doing this for a very long time, because in the archives that I was privy to, it went back more than the 60s.
In an exopolitics article from April 1, 2022 (1) Thor Han shares interesting information regarding the link between the Ciakahrr and the Nazi-group that went to Antarctica (and into space). The goal of this article is to present some background to this message for those who are not familiar with all of this, since most of it is not something you learn about during high school 🙂

From Aldebaran to the Ciakahrr If you are unfamiliar with the connection between Adolf Hitler’s Nazi-Germany and the Ciakahrr I recommend watching the excellent 10-minute video by Dr. Michael Salla (2). In that video you can learn about the way the Nazi’s first worked with humanoid beings from Aldebaran (through the Vril Group, see (3)) and then with their powerful allies the Ciakahrr (4). In that video you can see how the Ciakahrr provided the Nazi’s with info on – among other things – the many caverns under the Antarctic ice. The information from Aldebaran helped the Nazi’s to build advanced spaceships in those caverns. These spaceships were used to start the Dark Fleet which would have bases on various spots in our solar system, one of them being on Ceres (5,6).
Who is Thor Han? The message that forms is basis for this article stems from Thor Han. Thor Han is a person who was born on another planet, called Erra, orbiting the star that we call Taygeta in the Pleiadean system. They call their star Ashaara, just like those from Aldebaran call their star Jada (7). Thor Han has a direct connection though an implant with Elena Danaan, a gifted French woman living in Ireland. She has written several books on her experiences with Thor Han and many other people from other worlds (8). It was through Elena that the message from Thor Han was sent to Dr. Michael Salla.
Antarctic Developments Quite a lot has been happening on the Antarctic continent the last year. The main development has been the complete defeat of the extraterrestrial presence on the continent, followed by the defeat of the last remnants of the Dark Fleet, the Fourth Reich (9). Just imagine that the Germans have had bases in the Antarctic from the Second World War all the way to 2020! Not only have they lost their Antarctic base, but they have been defeated on every single spot in the solar system and beyond (6).

First these German bases were handed over to the Chinese, but they – after the Jupiter Agreements – decided to hand over these bases to the Earth Alliance in exchange for being part of the team (10). It would have been the Chinese that first discovered an Ark that began to heat up on the Moon (11). After that other Terran Arks started to heat up, in the Atlantic, in Ukraine and apparently near Lake Vostok under the ice of Antarctica (1). Along the way coordinates were given of an ancient ruin in Antarctica as well (12).
The Message Well, after these introductory remarks it is easier to understand the message that was given by Thor Han, for it discloses something interesting about the possible reason why the Ciakahrr Empire was willing to assist the Germans in their work in the Antarctic. They are generally not known for their kind approach to humanity.
“Thor Han continued his update:
Not only the Earth Alliance and the Nataru (7) Alliance knew about it, but also the enemy. The Ciakahrr stormed and took the place under Vostok, hoping to crack the codes of this technology. They welcomed the humans of the Nazi group, that you call the Fourth Reich, to help decrypting this technology. Were you thinking that they accepted human colonies there in Antarctica for no reason? What do you think they were getting in exchange for technology and weapons? DNA. The Ciakahrrs knew DNA was the key to activate these power structures. But even though they looked into finding the right DNA frequency codes, they never succeeded to activate these structures.
The Intergalactic Confederation (13) has more than one safety lock on these structures, and what comes with DNA is Consciousness. The body envelope and the inhabiting soul need to be of the same frequency, and the person needs to be alive and conscious, and know what to do, how to activate the commands and unlock the portals (14). You need the knowledge that goes with the tools. You cannot kill someone and only use their DNA sample, because it needs to be inhabited by consciousness. By an original soul part of the Seeders, who have this knowledge. Bodies are also there in stasis, and they were found a long time ago. But their genetic material isn’t enough, because the soul has gone, and awaits to come back.
Now, the ice is melting, to reveal in plain sight the secrets we liberated, for you.” (1)
Communication from Antarctica with the Dark Fleet In an interview with Eric Hecker from May 2022, we can hear of the existence of a huge device that might have been used to actually communicate between the base on Antarctica and their Dark Fleet in space. Here’s a transcript from the beginning of the video in which Hecker says (16):
“And the big one I think in regards to the secret space program specifically is that this is the communications device for ships that can travel faster than the speed of light. A first issue we would have when we send a ship away from the planet at great distance, is how do we now communicate with them?This is that device. It is for intergalactic communication.” (16).

ANOTHER DEAL WITH THE CIAKAHRR FOR A BASE ON THE MOON I recently discovered a fascinating SSP-account by Jason Rice (18,19). I really recommend watching his testimonies. In one of the videos he describes how the Antarctica Nazi Germans established a base on the moon on a territory of about 20 acres. They received that Moon territory from the Ciakahrr if they would hand over 225 humans and they wanted 25 years worth of first refusal rights on their Ciakahrr technology. A Deal with the Ciakahrr/Draco’s on a Moon Base (18)
The Ciakahrr have been mentioned a few times before on this website. After there was some new information on the Ciakahrr from Dan Winter in his recent interview with Elena Danaan (1) I thought it was time to dedicate a small page to these big Draco-guys.

And big they are. The Elite Ciakahrr (as they seem to call themselves, whereas we used to call them Draco’s) are said to measure about 18-25 feet (6 to 8 meters!) (2, p.148). They come from a planet orbiting Alpha Draconis or Thuban. Below you can find a map of the Draco star systems. I showed you another one when describing the Giansar (the Hooded Reptilians) from the tail of the star sign (3).
A lot can be said about these giants. For one they like to eat little children or drink their fear-induced adrenochrome-blood.
“They are known for their symbol: the winged serpent. The elites are usually black or brown with yellow or red striping and weigh up to 1900 pounds. Also Winged.” (2, p.148)
A shorter and thicker version of the Ciakahrr are the Nagai or Nagari. They are very muscular and they don’t have any wings. They are very aggressive and violent and feared throughout the galaxy. They are about 7 to 8 feet tall. “Their skin is scaled and can be from dark red to orange with black striping….Their eyes are yellow, slanted, with vertical slit pupils” (p.148)

It were probably the Nagai that Tony Rodrigues encountered when he was on a spaceship (5). These beings are excellent shape shifters. In Danaan’s book you can find some hints on how to spot them anyway (2, pp 151-152). If you like shape shifters you could pay a visit to the page on the Kiily Tokurt, the black-eyed shapeshifters (6).
The Ciakahrr and the Vatican Megan Rose wrote about the Ciakahrr and the Vatican (before the disconnection from the Galactic Federation of Worlds, 7) in her book ‘Welcome to the Future’:
“(Val Nek:) The Ciakahrr’s main feeding grounds were underneath the Vatican in Rome….We began clearing out this underground base underneath the Vatican in November 2020. We did so by first closing all the exits that correspond to the surrounding areas in Europe. It took much time as there are many exit and entry point, for as I said, the Vatican is the hub for the reptilians on planet Earth….
The underground of Vatican City was cleared out completely in April 2021. This allowed the Federation to accelerate its efforts in liberating Mars and freeing it from control of the Dark Fleet. I shall remind you that the Dark Fleet is an alliance with the Germans originally , but also the Cabal and the reptilian, Ciakahrr species.” (8, pp.68-69)

Dan Winter on the Ciakahrr and Randy Kramer Well, fortunately all these Ciakahrr creeps would have been chased out of their underground shelters and all other bases they had all over the solar system. So no more fighting with Nagai or Elite Ciakahrrs as was described by Stephen Chua (10) and Jean-Charles Moyen and David Rousseau (11).
Dan Winter talked about the Ciakahrr in his interview on the Nine with Elena Danaan on February 24, 2022. He said around 8 minutes into that interview that he has been talking about the Ciakahrr for about 25 years already. That is interesting, for it seemed that Elena (and Megan) were about the only ones who used the term the Galactic Federation of Worlds (and the Ciakahrr themselves), whereas most people referred to them simply as Draco’s.
On top of that he said that he had recently seen a documentary on Gaia TV in which he heard that Randy Cramer, another whistleblower on the Secret Space Program (12), confirmed that all the Ciakahrr had been removed from our solar system. It is always good to have more corroboration of these huge events. The more people confirm what is said by Elena Danaan the better of course.
Matter Melting Device In an older video from August 2020, Thor Han describes Ciakahrr technology which allows them to melt matter. They would use this technology to easily drill (or melt) tunnels in the underground. If set the option of ‘explode’ it could wipe out huge areas. This technique would use atomic fusion but without releasing any nuclear radiation. It would have been used in Telos as well (13,14)
Also see End note 31 and a link with the Nazi’s (15). In May 2023 the Ciakahrr were mentioned in connection with the Negumak (16) and we also got to know the Reptiloid Upukee, who are about the same size as the Ciakahrr, but they are on the benevolent side of the spectrum (17). Alex Collier in August 2023 described the horrific practice of consuming people by these creatures (18). In Star Nation News episode 9 from December 18, 2023, we could hear that the Ciakahrr are basically on their own in this galaxy after the collapse of the Alliance of the Six (19). The Negumak seem to love the smell of the Ciakahrr (21).
GENE DECODE ON THE CLEARING OF THE DUMBS In a January 5, 2024 interview with Aaron and Tyler from Journey toTruth Podcast (22), Gene Decode (23) talked about the clearing of the DUMBS (Deep Underground Military Base) beneath the Vatican by the Earth Alliance (24). He talked about Tunnels beneath the Alps to CERN near Geneva. He also mentioned Jerusalem and the DUMBS below Area 51 and Dulce (25). During the interview Gene Decode said that nearly every US Military Base has a DUMB beneath it. What makes the excerpt below even more interesting is that he mentioned members of the Alliance of Six (19), when they were still influential on our planet. He names the Ciakahrr, the Orion Group (26) and the Kiily Tokurt (29).

THE ABILITY OF CERTAIN CIAKHAHRR TO INTERFACE THEIR MINDS In Star Nation News episode 40 from July 22, 2024 (30), Elena Danaan gave an interesting description on how the Ciakahrr can communicate amongst each other. Listen along to this video quote:

“When we talk about the queen from the Ciakahrr Empire we are not referring to a hive consciousness, as the Ciakahrr Reptilians are individuated consciousness. For instance the Ciakahrr lower classes have the ability to interface their minds to the higher class officers, they are under the charge of. This power-bond is a frequent occurrence among Reptilians.” (30)
DESCRIPTION OF A CIAKAHRR DURING THE ENLIL-TRIAL In the video-excerpt below you can hear Elena describe the Ciakahrr that was known as the ‘Pindar’ on our planet. He appeared during a trial that focused mainly on the misdeeds of Enlil (31):
