Phasing into Higher Frequency Bands

In the past we have spoken about this plasma bubble (1) that would be protecting our solar system from the higher frequency waves in this part of the universe. Slowly but surely more of these higher frequencies would need to pass through this protective layer in order to assist us in raising our own level of awareness. We have been given some extra time by the Galactic Federation of Worlds (2) to give us a fair chance of beating the remaining malevolent humans ourselves. Once released from these (Cabal) chains of manipulation, we would be able to fast-forward our own growth, our own abilities to shift our frequencies. What would our world look like in that near future?

TUNING INTO HIGHER FREQUENCIES
An interesting aspect of this ‘raising of our frequency’ idea would be that our body and our awareness would be able to tune into a matching reality. Some of us would call this a ‘4th Density’ awareness and it would allow us to see things or beings that would have ‘always’ been there, but we weren’t able to see it because our perception was limited to this current third density perspective or reality. This new frequency level might also awaken all kinds of ‘lost abilities’ (3).

INTERDIMENSIONAL OR INTERDENSITY?
Before going into an interesting example of this possibility to actually tune into a higher vibratory band, I think it is useful to reflect a bit on the terms ‘interdimensional being‘ versus ‘interdensity being‘. I like the definition that Elena Danaan gives and I want to hold on to that (4):

  • DIMENSION= Parallel universe.
  • DENSITY= frequency rate of the particles of matter, within a Dimension. Our dimension has 12 densities, with Source reached at the 13th level.

But not everybody in this world uses these terms in the same way. This distinction is an arbitrary one, but in order to understand each other it is always very useful to make a translation in your mind. I am not saying that anyone who says that beings from the 4th dimension or the 5th dimension is wrong, but I prefer to speak of beings from a 4th or 5th density within our dimension. The term dimension is used to describe a completely different parallel universe.

In these fascinating times we hear people, even in the Cabal media, talk about interdimensional beings (5). What are they referring to? Are they talking about beings that live in a higher density that manage to lower their frequency to our third density, making them visible for us?

Or would they actually talk about beings from a parallel dimension, just like the Anunnaki (6) and the Koldassii (7) would also have a parallel reality in which they live?

Within the Elena Danaan terminology there is no point in giving numbers to dimensions. Every dimension would have its own number of densities. Our dimension would consist of thirteen (8).

PHASING INTO THE FOURTH DENSITY?
There is a lot to be explored within this fourth density, this frequency band that would be right ‘above’ us, seen from a vibratory perspective. What beings, what manifestations of consciousness would inhabit that zone of existence? We will undoubtfully go there more often in the future (9).

For now I would like to show you an excerpt from a video interview from the Infinite Star Connection Podcast from January 14, 2024 (11). In that interview Viviane Chauvet (12) and Jeff Demmers (16) talk to Tyler Kiwala and Aaron Kuhn from Journey to Truth Podcast. Unfortunately their Journey to Truth Youtube Channel was removed only two days later (17).

In this fragment below you can hear Tyler Kiwala talk about an experience he had while walking with a friend on a mountain somewhere in Arkansas. It’s a great example of these ‘bleed-through’ moments between two vibratory bands, and most likely with the fourth density and their inhabitants.

SOME REFLECTIONS
In the excerpt Tyler also describes how his girlfriend apparently totally disappeared for a couple of minutes. Nobody could see her, but when she ‘returned’ she told them that she was there all along, only in a higher frequency band. This reminds me of the inspiring books by James Redfield from the 1990s which also describes how people are able to raise their frequency to such a degree that they become invisible for others (18-20). If you want to explore these concepts of densities and how they might interact with each other, I recommend (23).

(9) Another trend that we currently perceive is to introduce angels and demons in the equation, together with all kinds of beings that have this partly-transparant character. I think it is important to make sharp distinctions between various categories of beings. What is an angel? What is a demon? What is an interdimensional- or an interdensity being? What is an extraterrestrial from a third density planet, or a fifth density planet? A being from a fifth density planet can easily be interpreted as some kind of angel by someone on Earth. And what are the associations with an angel? To which degree is that tied to religious interpretations? I would say it’s a jungle out there, and in order to make some sense of it all, we need to be very careful in the terminology we use. We will get back to all this in future articles. The Astral Planes of 5D Erra

As you know I like Elena Danaan’s intel a lot, but I also sense the longing to hear accounts of other people who say they are in contact with extraterrestrial species. In the past I published a few articles by Steffi (1-3) and while browsing around I got impressed by the information that Vanessa has been bringing forward. She looks sincere to me and I leave it up to you to decide for yourself if you agree with me or not (4-5).

She was already in contact with a Pleiadean woman from Erra, called Reyna, before she had even heard from Elena Danaan and she later found a lot of confirmation in Elena’s work. Vanessa gives sessions where you can get more information about your soul family (6). She says she has seen many species from Elena’s books during her sessions.

EXPANDING OUR REALITY
One of the goals of this website is to prepare our minds for a reality that is far greater than our current shared reality on our planet. That’s why I prefer to introduce only one new item every article, in order to slowly build and introduce all these new concepts. I also think it is important to make a lot of links with other related articles, in order to allow people to use just about any article on this website as a starting point with possibilities to delve deeper into the material.

ABOUT THE TAYGETAN PLANET ERRA
In a video from October 2022 Vanessa told a lot of things about her contact with Reyna (7). She said that she had past life memories of being on Erra, eating the various fruits and so on. She describes the atmosphere as blue-purple with a few moons. We have gotten to know Erra as the home-planet from the Ahel (8) (and Thor Han, 9). Elena told us about a flower that they took with them on their spaceship and probably to certain underground bases (10). I was told that Billy Meier was the first person to actually talk about Erra (18).

ON 5D AND 6D
In the video on the right you can hear Vanessa talk about what she was told about this relationship between the 5th Density Erra and their 6D astral planes. Just like when we go to sleep our consciousness tends to portray 4D traits, she was told that when 5D people go to sleep their consciousness connects with 6D. Now, isn’t that an interesting thought? They, as a planetary consciousness, would be working towards reaching this 6D level.

In the video she explains that even though they are 5D they still have a physical body, and when they cut themselves they bleed, just like we do. She confirmed what Elena said about them having the option to either have a baby in the way that we carry a baby in our belly, or that the baby is grown in a kind of pod.

They also don’t need to think about contraceptives, since they would have the ability to simply choose to conceive a baby or not. In other words, they can decide to have sex just for the joyful experience and they can in a way turn their fertility on and off at will (12).

SOME FINAL THOUGHTS
I think it is refreshing to hear other people talk about their ‘galactic’ experiences. I sure do hope that many stareeds will start to connect with their soul family and share those valuable experiences, in the same way that many people hope that whistleblowers will come forward to talk about what they have seen in regard to extraterrestrial life and technology (13,14). Let’s try to manifest a world where many people are able to get into contact with their soul families and that many will be able to contact extraterrestrials, eventually leading to a situation where we won’t need any emissary any more. Elena’s job will be done at that stage.

I like this idea that not only we, humans on Earth, in a way enter into a ‘higher’ density consciousness level when we sleep, but that this might also hold for other species in higher densities. Would Ea have 7D dreams when he sleeps? And what about the Endorians who would normally live in a 9-11th density? (16) What would their dreams be like? And what about the dreams of the Ciakahrr? Let me know your thoughts on all this (17).

Is that not what moving into a higher density is all about?

On November 24, 2023 Elena Danaan received word about a meeting that was taking place in a base from the Galactic Federation of Worlds in the Himalayas (1). Participants of this meeting were the host (2), the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Intergalactic Confederation (3), members of the Earth Alliance (4) and representatives of seven Inner Earth Civilizations (5).

People from the sky, the surface and from below the surface came together in this extraordinary meeting to evaluate our overall-frequency: how is humanity doing? How many people are waking up to the reality of our world and their own nature? In the excerpt below you can hear Elena describe the details (1).

The conclusion of this meeting was that the results were very satisfying. It even surpassed everyone’s expectations. Despite attempts by dark human organizations (and counter intelligence), the efforts of waves of envoys working at the liberation of humanity has bore fruit. Humanity would exponentially increase their awareness of their true nature, through the heroic work of whistleblowers, spiritual human guides and star seed envoys.

Although certain spots on our planet are clearly in a state of chaos and a lower vibration, the overall frequency of the planetary consciousness grid is shifting into a faster and higher rate. She even goes as far as to state that the majority of humanity would already be awake. I sure hope this is the case, although I cannot yet confirm it in my own direct surroundings (8).

THOR HAN ABOUT TIMELINES AND HIS STAY IN THE HIMALAYAN BASE
In the video (1) Elena refers to her book the Seeders (9) while talking about Thor Han and the GFW-base. At a time when other time-line related information was released by Dr. Michael Salla and JP (10) it might be useful to pay some attention to what Thor Han said in a page of the Seeders:

“[Thor Han} ….You know, when I stayed in the Himalayan base, four years ago, I witnessed great plans being prepared for the awakening of the Terrans. The time war was the main concern. Imagine a time war like a multi-layered chess board. There is no better way to describe it to you. We were preparing the coming out of the dark, the Great Reveal. We were working at breaking down the veil of illusion and mind control. And it worked, but many, still, need to awaken. It will happen, we know this. We saw it. You know, now, when we return to a further time, we can see how the future has changed. I wish you could see it. Tell the Terrans they must be brave, for dark days are ahead, only to reveal to them that in the darkness, they are the light.” (9, p.187)

THE HIMALAYAS AND SHAMBHALA
In a short chapter further on in The Seeders (9, pp.430-433) Elena shares some more about this period in the Himalayas. Thor Han even talked about Shambhala:

“I am in a place your legends name Shambhala, inside of the Himalayas, in a higher density….I am working with sages on a very special project which is about revealing the dark shadows of this world into plain light, that the people of Earth will finally see through the illusion.” (9, p.431)

At page 433 Elena shares a drawing of a vision she received from Thor Han about this place. It depicts a temple with steps. She saw “this pristine landscape with crystal towers and translucent constructions in a beautiful Valley. There were people in long robes attending a strange sort of plasma fire, and the place felt extremely peaceful. He gave me the name: Shambhala.” (9, p.433)

SEVEN KINGDOMS
Back to the November meeting in the Himalayas. Elena Danaan said that there were representatives of seven Inner Earth kingdoms present. One had an elf-like appearance, reminiscent of the work of J.R.R. Tolkien, but without the pointy ears. They were from a higher density, at least the fourth. I wrote a few pages on possible civilizations from Inner Earth and the 4th Dimension (11-16).

SOME REFLECTIONS
So far I haven’t paid any attention to the Shambhala element, just like I didn’t really touch upon Hyperborea. Perhaps this Himalayan meeting might stimulate me to delve a bit deeper into that, since they are part of the history that is presented in the Seeders, in what I have become to call ‘Enki’s account of our history‘. Hyberborea would have its culmination in 35,000 BC and 26,000 BC marks the official start of the Shambhala civilization in the Himalaya region after the defeat of the Zeta Reticuli Xrog (20) and Shambala was raised into a higher frequency for protection from then on.

Within the disclosure community some discussion was started based on the information from this video by Elena Danaan and an encounter with an undefined Nordic that JP talked about in november 2023 as well (10). CONTROLLED OPENING OF CERTAIN INNER EARTH ENTRANCES
In the 28th episode of Star Nation News (21) Elena Danaan gave us some additional information about a meeting of the Inner Earth Kingdoms in the city of Maraceno below the Azores. In the excerpt below she explains that the regents have decided to slowly open up certain entrances for well-vetted people from the surface.

To Solidify your Astral Body Elsewhere

I was watching an older video from February 2023 (1) in which Lily Nova was interviewing Vanessa ‘Crystal Consciousness’. In the video Vanessa talks about how she got into contact with her guide, a beautiful 6-feet tall Pleiadean woman from Erra called ‘Reyna’ (1-3). Another fascinating account in this incredible world of ET-Disclosure, I would say. For the purpose of this article I want to focus on a thing she said about the way the astral body can be transported to a spaceship and then become (slightly) more solid, more dense.

LIGHT TRANSFER RESONANCE
In Elena Danaan’s second disclosure book (4) she talked about the same thing. Let’s jump right in:

“There is no linear spatial physical travel; it is a quantum teleportation of the astral body. Thor Han calls this technique the ‘Light Transfer Resonance’. Being a trained shaman makes it easy for me to secure my body and detach my light being (astral body). I just need to wait for Thor Han to transfer me to his ship out of reach from danger. It feels like physical teleportation (5,6), but it is less intense in sensations. When I touch the destination anchor point, I could remain as an ethereal light being but this is not a fun experience.

So, thanks to the adjustments set up by Thor Han, the particles of my light being are densified to match the appropriate environment, and I temporarily materialize as a physical being. The particles of my being are stabilized by a force field, so I can have a physical experience during the time of my visit.” (4, p.25)

To be Reshuffled into a Higher Density Avatar Body

I am glad that Elena Danaan is putting out a lot of new information for free these days, making it easier for these amazing ET-disclosure accounts to spread, and as always, I assist in spreading this information. Today I want to share with you a method that is sometimes being used by Ea’s team to transfer Elena on board of the Nibiru ship, that I hadn’t heard of before.

TELEPORTATION DE LUXE
We have spoken about (quantum) teleportation before in an earlier article (1). In that article we described how Elena’s physical body would instantly move from one place to another. The transfer would be accompanied by a sensation of feeling millions of needles touching your body, everywhere and after a few seconds your organs would already be adapted to your physical presence in that other location.

As if this weren’t special enough, we were told about yet another way of re-appearing on the other side. In the ‘normal’ quantum teleportation mode you would just appear exactly as you left, but in a video from October 2023 (2) Elena Danaan describes the possibility to reappear differently!

On the Nibiru ship a sixth density frequency appears to be the norm. When Elena would arrive in her 3D physical body it would be rather uncomfortable with a lot of light everywhere. In the teleportation article I already wondered if she would immediately be given a frequency belt (3), but there is another option, namely to ‘reshuffle’ your DNA to such a degree that you take on the body (or avatar) of someone else, whose genetic information is also present in your DNA. Let’s hear Elena explain it herself:

What she is saying is that your mix of DNA is put into a ‘kind of replicator’ (4) and then it can be rearranged into a higher density as well, as long as you hold the information for that. In Elena’s case she sometimes reappeared in her Altean body, and sometimes even in the body she wore during her Anunnaki/Anach years (4). Elena also talked about this in webinar 5 (11).

And of course the big advantage of reappearing in a body with a higher density is that you don’t need any frequency belt, you don’t feel uncomfortable and you don’t need a spaceship filled with crystals in the walls (8). Just imagine that they in the Nibiru ship would forget to adapt the settings, transferring Elena back to Ireland in her higher dimensional Altean or Anunnaki body.
