In the amazing information which can be found in Elena Danaan’s books and her videos I noticed the absence of the Sirian (high) Council. In her book ‘A Gift from the Stars‘ only 7 pages are dedicated to the people from Sirius and while searching for Sirius in the transcripts of her videos I couldn’t find a lot either (1,2). Much deals with the rather malevolent group called the Ashtar Collective Command, based in Sirius B (3). When thinking about Sirius and Elena Danaan the lovely face of Myrah immediately pops up. She is half Ashkeru and half Ahil (4,5).
Since the Sirian (High) Council is often mentioned in other material, and the connection between humanity and Sirius is a very recurrent theme, I thought it worthwhile to present three of those sources. Perhaps we will discover why there is so little to be found about Sirius in Danaan’s material.
The Sirian High Council – Patricia Cori
Patricia Cori has written quite a few books in which she passes on information from a source that presents itself as the Sirian High Council (6). In the Starseed Dialogues we get an answer to questions on who they are and what their higher purpose is:
“We are a delegation of light beings of the Galactic Federation holding frequency at the sixth density, and ours is a group of 144 representatives which includes: illuminated earth souls, Ascended Sirians from Satais (7), of these we are three primary speakers working through our channel Trydjya, Christed Extraterrestrials, Ascended Dolphin Beings and the Great Whales, Ascended Masters (The Overseers, 8), Angelic beings (the Guardians) and the Masters of the Aghartan Leadership.
Our purpose is to elevate consciousness of the multiverse in which we take part, serving where we can and gleaning what we can of what lies before us. Those who precede us, in turn, help lead us into the bright light. So is the process of soul climbing higher in the journey of infinite return, a process without beginning and without end.” (6, pp.19-20, 9)
The Sirian Council in David Rousseau’s book
When I came across the Sirian Council in David Rousseau’s book ‘Beyond our World’ (11) I was sure that it was time to write this page. In a chapter on the Ancient Mayans Rousseau writes: “Long ago, some wars broke out in the Orion star system. The reptilian beings started it. The reptilians were also very advanced, both technologically and spiritually….They doubtlessly became the greatest geneticists in our universe. As their world evolved, some of those who had gained power were parasitized by an involutionary entity that had managed to corrupt their minds and hearts, causing them to become self-centered, forcing them to turn their attention to themselves and not to others, thus creating a dissension in the balance and energy and within the federation itself.
War broke out. Worlds and civilizations were wiped out. Shock and fear weaved their way everywhere. Using a huge ship -the size of a planet – these involutive beings spread chaos and destruction. Since their aim was to block the evolution process, they succeeded in lowering the vibrations to keep the universe in the third and fourth dimensions.
That way, they were able to keep control and power and hold billions of souls in slavery throughout the system. Fortunately, the worlds that were in higher dimensions were able to keep their protection and the threat at bay. Yet clearly, the Federation had suffered a great blow. The Sirius Council, understanding that the involutionary beings were seeking to block the Federation in its process of raising consciousness, ordered that troops of specialized warriors be formed to deal with this terrible threat -the worst they had known so far.
Only the ascended masters’ intervention ended this destructive armed conflict. However, this conflict was deported, if I may say so, in order to be brought to a conclusion all the same, because it is not possible to interfere with the souls’ choices and this war takes many forms even today. It takes place on one life sphere alone. For only this planet could accept and welcome it in this galactic dial”.
“Let me guess… the Earth?”
“Yes! Absolutely”.
The Sirian Council in the Voyagers Material
This idea of a higher dimensional group overseeing our universe is also an important theme in the work of Ashayana Deane (12). In her second volume the Sirian Council plays a crucial part in the creation of Tara, a higher-dimensional world, whose ‘fall’ would have eventually led to the creation of our solar system in the third dimension (13). Here’s an excerpt from this book (please read through the used terminology):
“Approximately 560 million years ago (YA), upon the planet Tara within the Second Harmonic Universe), (your Earth is presently in the First Harmonic Universe), many ET and metaterrestrial races combined their genetic and energetic make-up to create a master race of beings that would serve as Guardians of the planet Tara. The Sirian Council from Harmonic Universe 2, along with several other groups were appointed as directors and overseers of the project, the Turaneusiam-1 (T-1) experiment.
Metaterrestrials from the Fourth and Fifth Harmonic Universes were the founders of this project, working through a seed race called the Lyrans from the Third Harmonic Universe. The Lyrans created a race of beings in Harmonic Universe 3 called the Elohim, who would become overseers for the Sirian races in Harmonic universe 2. The Elohim became one of the numerous supervisory groups within the Turaneusiam-1 experiment, due to the Sirian race contribution of genetic identity to the experiment.“
The Sirians and the Galactic Federation
Elena Danaan mentions that the T-Ashkeri (from Sirius B) are involved in three different ways with Terra, as part of the malevolent Ashtar Collective, the benevolent Ashtar Galactic Command or the Galactic Federation of Worlds (1, p.109)
In Deane’s work the Galactic Federation is also mentioned a few times in connection with the Sirian Council, for example in this part on the Pyramid:
The Great Pyramid was created to allow immediate intervention of the Sirian Council and Galactic Federation fleets should the Arc of the Covenant come under Anunnaki Resistance attack. While the pyramid was in operation as an interstellar teleport station, it served as the greatest deterrent to an Anunnaki Resistance invasion. The Great Pyramid was used as an active interstellar teleport station from the time of its construction 48,459 years ago to about 30,000 years ago (about 28,000 BC) (13, p. 62)
Patricia Cori also talks about a link between the Sirian High Council and the Galactic Federation (see paragraph on top)
CONCLUSION
This consistent mentioning of the Sirian Council as a very benevolent group overseeing our universe is not something to be ignored. I would surely love to see them integrated in the great story of our past that is also supported by the information from the Galactic Federation of Worlds or the Nine or the Seeder Races or the activating Arks. Galactic Anthropology 
I am just now reading Forgotten Genesis by Radu Cinamar. It has a lot of information about the origins of the human race on Earth. This information conforms with the informaton given in The Only Planet of Choice, but is much, much more precise and detailed. A superb book.

OK, that is something to look forward to. I’m now half way his second book. I still have a long way to go! Is there anything on the Sirian Council in that book?

I don’t think so. It covers the composition of Earth, DNA and engineered evolution, the ENK and ENL lines, Hyperborea, the reptiloids, Atlantis, the pyramids, increasing the frequency of the Terran race.
“How can such divergent attitudes, such as atrocious evil and sublime good, coexist side-by-side on the same plane?”

We saw a large room where humanoid beings were present, taller than our present average. The image stopped and focused on the man who seemed to be the master of the ship who was in front of a large holographic screen. At that moment, I was shown how the ship’s master decided to emit an electromagnetic signal which was blended with the gravitational influence of a star. I noticed that if I imagined a line from that ship passing through the center of Earth, the star was in the diametrically opposed area.
On the holographic screen in the giant ship’s control room, we saw a linear assortmet of lines and symbols that resembled stars that we can now see on astrological maps but with an astonishing accuracy of details. I then felt the helping presence of the Apellos man, because my mind tended to get stuck due to the complexity of the knowledge I was dealing with.
I received telepathic information that the ship’s commander actually looked at the screen towards the possibility of creating a change in the DNA of primates on Earth, supporting in turn the modification of the carbon atoms in the DNA helix chain as was previously mentioned. I noticed, however that when the subject of the origin of man on Earth was re-launched, the information was then much more detailed than when it was originally presented to me.
I thought that such technology is inconceivable to modern science, but I immediately realized that the image was starting to blur due to the fluctuation of my concentration. The Apellos man intervened again, correcting the image so that I would not have to rewind it all back to the beginning. Speaking to me telepathically, he said,
“Indeed. There is a huge difference between conceiving something and the technological level of realization. Working in this way with the stellar influences that your scientists do not even suspect might exist it is impressive even for us. In any case, this moment of time you are seeing on the screen is fundamental. It represents the beginning of your race as superior human beings.” (p. 100)

Chapter Seven, Genome Reinvention, talks about the Sirian Council of Wise People. “An interesting aspect that I noticed was that the three project leaders who followed Tenekau did not know why the Sirian Council of Wise People wanted human evolution on Earth. However, as it was known that the Sirians were not wrong, and that they were permanently connected with the celestial governing entities of our galaxy, the three great leaders accepted the mission to carry on the work started by Tenekau, realizing that it was a very important plan at the cosmic level. They accepted the mission that was first given to them as a spiritual mission.” (p. 159)
The chapter is mostly about the two branches of Terrans: ENK and ENL. ENL humans had more ET DNA. They were taller and more slender. They had long, almost white hair, and almond-shaped eyes. More highly evolved souls could incarnate in the ENL branch, but not in the ENK branch. Nevertheless, the ENK branch evolved thanks to the presence of the ENL branch. The ENK people also benefitted from “infusions” of ET DNA and interbreeding with the ENL branch.

Thanks, but who were they? Who is that Apellos man? To which culture does that ship belong? Who is the captain? Where are the other species? Did they work alone, or in a group? Well, I ordered book 3 and 4 of the Cinemar books. I guess I just have to remain patient for a while 🙂

I think the Apellos man lives inside Earth. The ship is spherical, and the race is “one of the civilizations derived from the Sirians, which originated from a system in the constellation of Orion’s belt.” (p. 104) I don’t think there are other species yet, because this is the group that advanced the evolution of primates they located. The Sirians needed gold to repair their ship, which had been attacked in a great battle. With their mental influence and technology, they helped some of the primates “evolve very quickly,” and in return they used them to mine gold on the Arabian peninsula.
“The process of modifying primate DNA in that area of Earth—which would trigger the entire chain of transformation to reach the evolved human being—was staggeringly complex and virtually unthinkable for today’s scientists.” (p. 104)
Here’s something else: “The Cosmic Vessel Neiberau”
The ship was huge, like a small planet. As I said, it was a sphere. It was called Neiberau (or as we call it today, Nibiru).
“What amazed me was the fact that this ship occupied different positions in the galaxy, filling the corresponding “empty” place of another star in the essential configurations I was shown. I undersood then that it was placed in an area of the galaxy so as to create the structures necessary to implement, in successive phases, the appropriate frequency to cause some change in the DNA of primates on Earth.” (107-109)

Hmmm….this sounds weird: now the planet Nibiru, turns out to be a ship? The Anunnaki turn out to be Sirians and they would be the ones who would have created the first man on the planet? It reminds me of Marduk who said that they needed to remove all references to earlier races, for they want humanity to think that they were the first ones to create man on our planet. I am turning skeptical to stories that talk about the Anunnaki as the prime creators.
It reminds me of this guy with his rules:
