An Interview with Robert Dean

Someone in one of the Study Groups (1) advised me to take a look at a long (2 hours) interview with Robert Dean (2). While watching it I made all kinds of notes and links that you can find in the Telegram Library (1). After finishing it I thought the information was fascinating enough to gather it in a separate article. Of course I would recommend you to watch the interview yourself, but when you don’t have the time for it, you can get the main points from this article or an extended variant from the Library.

ROBERT OREL DEAN
Robert (or Bob) was born in 1929 and passed away almost 90 years later in 2018. He was a Command Sergeant Major in the US Army and after having served for 28 years he retired and started to share his information on UFO’s and extraterrestrial life from 1989 onwards (3).

THE INTERVIEW FROM 2012 WITH WALTER
On January 25, 2012 Robert was interviewed by Walter from Search4TruthReality (4) in Tucson, Arizona. I will deal with the topics that I thought were interesting, in the order that they appeared in the video.

A NEAR WAR IN 1961 AND THE ASSESSMENT REPORT
Robert Dean mentioned the appearance of metallic discs that were flying in formation over Europe. Both NATO and the Warsaw Pact (5) thought these were some kind of planes from their enemies in the Cold War. This would have almost led to a war between the two parties. Eventually they learned that it was not of human origin. It triggered the study that eventually resulted in the writing of the Assessment Report. Dean said that only 15 copies were printed of this highly classified (NATO Cosmic Clearance required) and he got to read it (6). Here Robert talks about this important report:

“because it literally concluded that we, on planet Earth, the human race, had had an intimate interrelationship with advanced non-human intelligence for centuries, if not for millenia….and the conclusion reached after the study was published, was that apparently these guys have been coming and going here from the beginning of our history. An no there was no threat involved, because if there had been the repeated demonstration of their incredibly advanced technology indicated that if they were malevolent or hostile, the game would have been over, a long, long time ago. (2, 34′)

The study, however didn’t conclude who they were, and why they were really here. Dr. Salla did an interview with Bob Dean in 2006, mainly focused on this report and the aftermath (7).

THE ALIEN BODIES FROM TIMMENDORFER STRAND IN 1963

In the report, Robert read about a huge disc, the size of 30 meters (about 100 ft) that crashed in the Northern German village near the Baltic Sea, called Timmendorfer Strand.

A British engineer battalion (8) went inside and figured out how to take it apart and they encountered 12 small bodies, about 3,5-4 feet tall. The report contained an index that included autopsies of these beings, including photographs and analyses. The medical examiners were overwhelmed with what they discovered.

These beings were almost identical. They appeared like biological androids. There was no alimentary tract and they did not have any reproductive capabilities. He talks about there being a kind of tissue in their small toothless mouth which was probably used to ingest nutrients. Who could these beings have been? The Do-Hu perhaps? (10)

THE BROOKINGS REPORT
Robert Dean also mentioned another report, which is not classified and was written by the Brookings Institute in collaboration with NASA in 1960 (11). He mentioned it because one of the recommendations of the report would have been to withhold intelligent extraterrestrial life for the general public. I looked into a few sites, but could not find such claims. If anyone can find quotes from the report that actually say this, please let me know. For now I tend to agree with this (11):

In an email published by The Virtually Strange Network, entitled “Brookings Report Re-examined”, Keith Woodard writes that the Brookings Report:

…did raise the possibility of withholding information, but took no position on its advisability. ‘Questions one might wish to answer by such studies,’ intoned the report, ‘would include: how might such information, under what circumstances, be presented to or withheld from the public for what ends? What might be the role of the discovering scientists and other decision makers regarding release of the fact of discovery?’ Those two sentences comprise the report’s entire commentary on the subject of covering up the truth.

Ben Rich, former CEO of Lockheed Skunk Works (12)

ANTI-GRAVITY, SUPER-LUMINAL CAPABILITIES
He talks about a talk he had with Ben Rich, who had retired from his work as a CEO at Lockheed. This man told Robert that the U.S. would have everything you see in Star Trek. On his death bed he would have said that extraterrestrial visitors are real and that the US military travels to the stars (12).

Robert also mentioned someone else he had spoken to who had worked at Northrupp-Grumman, and he would have told him that the U.S. has anti-gravity and superluminal (faster than light) technology (2, 56′). He also referred to certain rules that would hold for the patent offices in the U.S. As soon as someone introduced an idea related to anti-gravity (22,23), superluminal light or free energy the employees would have to warn their superiors (13).

THE MOON
Dean also mentioned that we would have been told at the end of the Apollo 17 mission that we were not welcome on the Moon. When you listen to him you notice that the reason he gives is different from the reason that we were told by Myrah, the T-Ashkeru contact from Elena Danaan (14). Dean says that they didn’t want us there because we were too militaristic. Myrah says that we were simply chased off my malevolent Maytra, who were far from peaceful themselves. He also mentions the existence of a city on Mars, the size of Chicago, underground. Perhaps he is talking about Aries Prime (15,16).

WATCHING HISTORY IN A VERY VIVID WAY IN AN ET LIBRARY
For those who have read Radu Cinamar’s Forgotten Genesis (17) the following excerpt might remind you of that special pair of highly advanced glasses that he was given by the Inner Earth Apellos people (18).

Robert Dean talks about his visit to a miraculous Library on another planet (2)

Robert vividly describes how he was shown a battle of Alexander the Great from the 3rd century B.C., including even the smell of blood. His host told him that this battle was still continuing somewhere in space-time. This library show some similarities with one of the library books that Elena described from her visits to the Nibiru ship (24).

ROUNDING OFF
I could go on and on about this interview, but I don’t like long articles on this website. An Extraordinary Experience by Dave Rossi

In a very interesting interview between Dr. Michael Salla and Dave Rossi (1) many topics are discussed. In this article I will discuss an extraordinary experience that Dave Rossi has had with

DAVE ROSSI
During the interview Dave Rossi says that he had decided that he wanted to learn how to develop anti-gravity technology and that he immersed himself into this topic. He has a Youtube channel (2) and a Patreon platform called Generation Zed (3) and perhaps by talking, listening and reading about it for about a year something extraordinary happened in the spring of 2022.

At a certain point (4) he said that he had an experience – and he is still not sure if it was an actual physical experience, or perhaps an astral, or that it happened in a dream state – in which he was abducted but not in any malevolent way at all. He describes a fluid-like beautiful craft that he was taken to, and he saw a blue being that was significantly taller than an average human.

This being did something to the right side of his brain, which didn’t feel invasive or threatening in any way. The next thing he remembered was waking up the next day and he felt as if a switch was turned on. He started to develop a liking for chemistry, particle physics, electrical engineering, optics etc. These were topics that he had essentially failed in during high school, but now he suddenly was able to understand equations in highly sophisticated scientific papers, and he was even able to interpret equations in various ways. He could ‘feel’ the equations as blue visuals in his head.

He was able to highly advanced pattern analyses and pattern recognition. In the rest of the interview he talks about how he actually developed anti-gravity technology and how he was contacted in various ways by all kinds of scientists and government organizations. A very remarkable and inspiring story.

Ohorai (8)

WHO WAS THAT BLUE BEING?
Although Dave Rossi wasn’t sure what actually was the nature of his experience, I would like to play around a bit with this idea that actually met a blue being that helped him in suddenly becoming a kind of master of scientific equations. What kind of blue beings have we come across on this website so far? The first species that come to mind are the Ohorai, one of the three species from a planet that orbits a star that is locally known as Ohora, but that we call Arcturus (8,9).

I can’t find anything on the lengths of the Ohorai in the description in Elena Danaan’s A Gift from the Stars (10), but David Rousseau has described his meeting with blue beings from Arcturus and he said that they were quite tall indeed, almost 10 feet (8,11). These Ohorai might just have been the ones that Dave Rossi had met. Here’s another argument. In the interview Dave Rossi talks about learning how you could actually change matter (12,13). Do the Ohorai have any affinity with science and technology? Let’s read a part from A Gift from the Stars:

“Arcturians Ohorai are known for their power of healing, transforming matter, as well as bending and manipulating light itself. They accomplish these things with their conscious mind and the ‘Ohorai Way’ is a spiritual practice remown through the galaxy as an art of the spirit” (10, p.95)

Other candidates are the Zenae from the Andromeda Constellation, whose male population in particular is said to be blue skinned (14). Alex Collier said that his prime contact, Moraney (15), is about 8 feet (2,4m) which is also quite tall, but not as tall as the Ohorai who would be about 3 meters in height.

When thinking about blue beings, the blue gods of India also come to mind. See the page on the Adari (16) for more on them. In an attempt to create some order in all these species I had made up this League of the Hairless (17). Perhaps it would be useful to have ‘a Blue League’ as well, even though baldness seems to popular among the blues too 🙂

FOLLOW UP INTERVIEWS WITH DAVE ROSSI
On January 31, 2023 Dr. Salla had an interview with both Dave Rossi and Elena Danaan on the scientific principles behind extraterrestrial technologies (18), which was followed by another update in April 24, 2023. This time without Elena. They talked about ways to Bring Anti-gravity & Quantum Healing technology to the World (19).

How to Create Anti-Gravity?

One of the lovely things about Elena Danaan is that she simply answers questions that many would find unanswerable. In a splendid video-interview with Jeff Mara on August 6, 2022 (1,2), Jeff asked her: “Can you explain how anti-gravity works?” and she boldy replied: “Yes”.

And then she starts off explaining the concept, and fortunately she is not a phycist like Dan Winter (3), which gives her the ability to talk about these matters in layman terms. I’ll try and paraphrase what she said. If you click on the first link at the bottom of this page you are sent directly to her explanation if you want to hear it straight from her.

HOW DOES ANTI-GRAVITY WORK?
The off-world people have found a way to harvest the Phryll, the universal life force (4). They manage to turn it into a kind of plasma that is kept safe by crystals in a cylinder. In that condition it is like a battery. You need to do something with it to use its power. After you add a series of magnets around a cylinder filled with this plasma-phryll, you put it within a toroid shape that consists of two layers which are separated by a void: within these layers there is red (fluid) mercury.

The mercury fluid is powered by the magnets in such a way that it will start to flow: the inner layer of the toroid will move in one direction and the outer layer of the toroid in the opposite direction. The conjugation (combination/union) of these two phases creates anti-gravity.

Seemingly unmoved by her brilliant answer Jeff continues with his next question. It makes me wonder how they create gravity on board of their space ships?

THE METAL MERCURY IN THE VEDA’S
In the Alex Collier and Andromedans Study Group (6) I came across someone who turns out to be very knowledgeable about the Indian Veda’s. She had noticed various similarities between these Vedas and the current ET-Disclosure information. She directed me to a 15-minute video made by Radha Mohan Das (7), in which he explains how in an ancient text (Samaranga Sutradhara) they talked about the use of mercury to set a vimana (space ship) in motion: “…inside the circular air frame, place the mercury-engine with a solar boiler at the aircraft center. By means of the power in the heated mercury which sets the driving whirlwind in motion, the vimana can travel a great distance in a marvellous manner…”

Isn’t that great corroboration for the information that Elena has given? I sure think so.

Smart Space Suits and Frequency Belts – Technology from the Galactic Federation of Worlds

In yet another mind-blowing article on April 1, 2022, Dr. Michael Salla (1) shares new information regarding the probable activation of the Antarctic Ark below Vostok and its possible relationship with the extremely high temperatures on Antarctica. For the first time Jean-Charles Moyen (2-5), was given certain information from the Galactic Federation of Worlds earlier than Elena Danaan. As always I highly recommend reading this article.

In an email Jean-Charles Moyen informs Dr. Michael Salla about his recent experience on a starship where he also met Elena Danaan and someone whose description sure looks a lot like Thor Han. In that email he describes how his wife Melanie would have also been there and both she and Elena were wearing these characteristic tight fitting space suits (1).

This reminded me of the interview Jean-Charles has had with Elena a few weeks before in which they both discovered that they had been on the same mother-ship, the Excelsior (3). In that particular interview they shared various experiences; besides the Cafetaria, they also talked about these space suits and what they described as ‘Frequency Belts’. This page goes a bit deeper into this kind of ‘alien’ space technology.

Space Suits
It appears that the Galactic Federation of Worlds has a special kind of space suit that tightly fits the body of the wearer. I talked about the suits before in connection with the Ummit (6). Here’s a relevant part from a video from August 2021 (7):

“It’s the same with the smart suits. There’s less less variation with the smart suits, because it’s not like clothing. Smart suit is technology. So usually they look like always glittery, because you have tiny particles of metal work like an armor. You can shoot someone – it won’t go through. Either all kinds of blue and green, and you have silver or white or gold or you have even a shade that is warm beautiful, it’s between silver and gold. This silver with shimmering gold reflections it’s very nice.” (7)

In the March 2022 interview Jean-Charles and Elena talk about these suits (8). He says that he has seen many metalic suits in one piece, without seams. He wondered how they would put these suits on, since they appear to be like second skin. Elena later on explains that these suits carry a kind of ‘artificial intelligence’ in the sense that they can inflate and deflate to fit to the body and can regulate quite a lot of bodily functions as well. Many suits carry insignias often referring to the homeworlds of those who wear them.

In We Will Never Let you Down Elena Danaan describes how she was given one of these suits to try:

“It wrapped my shape perfectly, becoming like a second skin. The material was quite elastic so it didn’t need any zip or buttons. Once ‘fitted’, it regulated my body temperature, which was a relaxing and soothing sensation. What an exquisite material! This fabric seemed animated with a basic artificial intelligence. Thor Han caught my thoughts and answered with amusement: ‘It monitors your body functions and keeps you healthy’, he said. ‘It can also regenerate your tissues if you are hurt, and modigy your blood chemistry to adapt to different environments.” (9, p.152)

During the interview Elena said that you can even pee in it since that would all be recycled in some way (8, 1h47′).

Frequency Belts
Then Jean-Charles and Elena start talking about ‘Frequency Belts’. Elena says that these belts have special properties: they can adapt the gravity, the composition of the air and it can act as a protection shield. Jean-Charles goes to to describe how was shown a kind of laboratory on a space ship with all kinds of technology, amongst which were these frequency belts. They can create a force field around you (some 10-15 cm, or 4-6 inch) which can withstand an explosion.

In a video from May 2021 (10) Elena answers a question pertaining to frequency belts. Here’s a part of her answer:

“I’d say last month I’ve had the occasion to ask about this frequency belt. Thor Han always wear one, all my friends wear some, and Annax also. The humanoids of the federation wear golden frequency belts, large belts. And these belts are – I didn’t know first – it was to do with frequency. I thought it was just devices and weapon carriers and carriers and stuff. But then Thor Han told me, “no, no, it does way more than this” and I noticed that different species they all have this belt, but the different species have different colors of belt, and it’s not a fashion thing.

It’s difference of frequency. So what these belts do, they are going to modify your frequency, the frequency of your body. Sometimes when I am going there and where I am going to a different frequency I am given these belts. So a belt like this to stabilize my frequency and just recalibrate all my particles in the right frequency, in the right density. So these frequency belts do that. They also create a biofield around you that you can breathe in certain environments and also they control the gravity and the atmospheric pressure. They can do all of these things, they are amazing.”

UPDATE MAY 2023
While going through some old videos I came across this video in which Elena herself was wearing a Star Trek uniform, just for the fun of it. In the video excerpt below she gives some information on the uniform worn by the Pleiadeans. I enjoyed watching them both laugh about it (13).

4th DENSITY INNER EARTH KING WEARING A FREQUENCY BELT – NOVEMBER 2023
In Elena Danaan’s 7th Star Nation News from december 2023 (14) she described how Thor Han had taken a king from Inner Earth to the top of an Himalaya Mountain to witness for the first time what the surface of Earth looks like. The king was of a higher density and had to wear a density (or frequency) belt to be comfortable in our 3D plane. You can listen to Elena talking about it below:
