In Elena Danaan’s book ‘A Gift from the Stars‘ (1) the Taami language is introduced. She says that it is the original diplomatic Lyran language that is in use by the Galactic Federation of Worlds (7). The language is also spoken by the Man-races who are descendants from the Man-system (Kepler 62) in what we call the Lyra system.
Thor Han also speaks this languages. After the Lyran Wars the humanoid people fled to various places to seed new worlds and of course they took their language with them. To find out more about these Lyran Wars and Thor Han head for (2).
In a video from September 2021 (3), Elena talks about Taami:
“Taami is the name of a language born in the k-62 system. Taami is said to originate from there and it became the official diplomatic language of the Galactic Federation. But in fact what I’ve been told is, Taami has been seeded by the intergalactic community, the super federation, the inter-galactic super federation (4) the P’tal or part of it, the Egony and many different races who have seeded humanity, human races in this galaxy. So they they have the Taami as their official language. Taami is not even from this galaxy. Taami has been seated on many worlds. The tamil language on earth is a descendant of the Taami. It’s a bit different of course, because a language evolves so fast and see the different places sometimes it evolves so differently. So sometimes the people can’t even understand each other. But that’s the story of Taami.”

A FEW EXAMPLES The language has a number of general rules, like that the -a stands for feminine, -u for masculine and -i for plural. In A Gift From the Stars a few examples are given on pages 249-250. I would like to start off with one of the most beautiful words:

ALEX COLLIER Alex Collier also mentions this language from Lyra; he calls it ‘Tamil’:
“All Earths languages are derived from a ancient Pre-Sumerian language called Tamil which was spoken in Lyra and in the Pleaides. The Pleaidians as well as other groups have left descendants on the Earth in the past. They have said they are willing to help us but not to the point of changing our own evolution and then therefore becoming responsible for us as a race.” (Our Galactic History)
(I would say that Chinese, Arabic, English, various African languages and Hungarian are very distinct languages. How could all these languages stem from the same Lyra ‘Tamil’ language?)
I just finished the ‘Transylvanian Sunrise‘ by Radu Cinamar and Peter Moon (1) and it presents more examples of very advanced technology that appears to be very common for many civilizations beyond our little blue Orb. This article sums up a few of these technologies that I have come across during the study of mainly the Danaan/Salla material.
For me it becomes more and more probable that the paradigm ‘we are the only advanced civilization in the universe‘ needs some adjustment. I guess that in a while we will think of that paradigm the same way as we now think of the people in the Middle Ages who truly believed that the Earth was the center of our solar system and flat as well (2).
BUCEGI MOUNTAINS AND THE ‘BIOLOGY’ TABLE Triggered by the interview Dr. Michael Salla has had with Peter Moon in March 2022 (3) I bought the Transylvanian Sunrise (and the Transylvanian Moonrise is waiting to be read). It already led to a page that deals with the extraterrestrial origin of animals (4). In the projection room – well hidden in a construction within the Romanian Bucegi mountains – various tables are present each containing information within a particular field, like physics, cosmology, astronomy, architecture, technology, religion and there was ‘a domain representing the characteristics of several races of intelligent beings that did not look entirely human’ (1, p.240).

Cinamar, the author of the book, describes how he decided to test one of the tables. He was sure amazed to discover that by touching certain squares on these large tables his own body would form holographically in front of him! Let’s read a bit of this book on this:
“If I moved the finger inside the square, the image would read the inside of my body, thus offering the projection of my internal organs according to my finger’s position on the surface of the square. I noticed that moving the finger in a certain way magnified the examined area.
My amazement was boundless as I zoomed into extremely tiny dimensions, passing over individual cells, their nucleus and reaching the molecular area. I thought I was dreaming but I really saw a molecule that was part of my own liver and was shown in a huge dimension.” (1, p.238)
So, here we have a technology, more than 50,000 years old (6), allowing for a live holographic projection of the body of the user, with a nearly unlimited option to zoom in and out and through the body. LOOKING GLASS TECHNOLOGY IN A METON SHIP The idea that our ancestors were nothing but a bunch of cave dwellers seems to become more laughable when you regard other technology that we are coming across lately. I already mentioned the advanced density (or frequency) belts and suits with nanocrystals that are commonly used by members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (8). In a video from september 2021, Elena Danaan describes her visit to a Meton mothership (9). In that ship she witnessed a looking-glass-like-technology that looked like a tube with some plasma-like-liquid in it, that could form moving bubbles. She describes how she would only need to ask herself a question in her mind, and the looking glass would show her the answers. She was able to see an intriguing vision of our planet’s future. BLUE ROUND PORTALS IN ARKS Another mind-blowing technology that is described by JP and Jean-Charles Moyen, is that of blueish balls that are magically hanging in certain rooms in the recently discovered arks. JP mentioned them for the first time during a rescue mission in the Atlantic Ocean Ark (11). Jean-Charles in March 2022 witnessed one of these portals as well, while visiting the Ark in the Antarctic (12). In a letter to Dr. Michael Salla he writes:
“This night, I found myself in the same place under Lake Vostok, but this time I was inside a structure. It was the Ark. Everything was purified inside, no screws, nor bolts, nothing. It looked like tungsten but translucent. I was in the center, and in the middle, there was a kind of sphere which turned very luminous. They would have said a ball of bluish plasma which gave off a lot of heat by emitting a crystalline noise and around was laid out in a geometrical form resembling a star … tubes in which there were beings in stasis.” (12)
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES There seems to be no end to the technologies that I come across during the study of this material. What about the cloning technology for instance (13), or the age advancement technology (14), the use of med bed technology to make people stronger for combat (15) and of course the technology needed to wipe the memory of people (16, 17) and how does these 20-year-and-back technology work? ELENA DANAAN AND CORINA PATAKI AT THE BUCEGI MOUNTAINS IN OCTOBER 2024 In October 2024 both Dr. Salla, Elena Danaan and Corina Pataki were in Romania and visited the mountain where the alleged underground halls would be. In a video you can watch how Elena Danaan and Corina Pataki did a live consciousness projection session into these halls. You can watch it yourself at (20). In yet another mind-blowing article on April 1, 2022, Dr. Michael Salla (1) shares new information regarding the probable activation of the Antarctic Ark below Vostok and its possible relationship with the extremely high temperatures on Antarctica. For the first time Jean-Charles Moyen (2-5), was given certain information from the Galactic Federation of Worlds earlier than Elena Danaan. As always I highly recommend reading this article.

In an email Jean-Charles Moyen informs Dr. Michael Salla about his recent experience on a starship where he also met Elena Danaan and someone whose description sure looks a lot like Thor Han. In that email he describes how his wife Melanie would have also been there and both she and Elena were wearing these characteristic tight fitting space suits (1).
This reminded me of the interview Jean-Charles has had with Elena a few weeks before in which they both discovered that they had been on the same mother-ship, the Excelsior (3). In that particular interview they shared various experiences; besides the Cafetaria, they also talked about these space suits and what they described as ‘Frequency Belts’. This page goes a bit deeper into this kind of ‘alien’ space technology.
Space Suits It appears that the Galactic Federation of Worlds has a special kind of space suit that tightly fits the body of the wearer. I talked about the suits before in connection with the Ummit (6). Here’s a relevant part from a video from August 2021 (7):
“It’s the same with the smart suits. There’s less less variation with the smart suits, because it’s not like clothing. Smart suit is technology. So usually they look like always glittery, because you have tiny particles of metal work like an armor. You can shoot someone – it won’t go through. Either all kinds of blue and green, and you have silver or white or gold or you have even a shade that is warm beautiful, it’s between silver and gold. This silver with shimmering gold reflections it’s very nice.” (7)
In the March 2022 interview Jean-Charles and Elena talk about these suits (8). He says that he has seen many metalic suits in one piece, without seams. He wondered how they would put these suits on, since they appear to be like second skin. Elena later on explains that these suits carry a kind of ‘artificial intelligence’ in the sense that they can inflate and deflate to fit to the body and can regulate quite a lot of bodily functions as well. Many suits carry insignias often referring to the homeworlds of those who wear them.
In We Will Never Let you Down Elena Danaan describes how she was given one of these suits to try:
“It wrapped my shape perfectly, becoming like a second skin. The material was quite elastic so it didn’t need any zip or buttons. Once ‘fitted’, it regulated my body temperature, which was a relaxing and soothing sensation. What an exquisite material! This fabric seemed animated with a basic artificial intelligence. Thor Han caught my thoughts and answered with amusement: ‘It monitors your body functions and keeps you healthy’, he said. ‘It can also regenerate your tissues if you are hurt, and modigy your blood chemistry to adapt to different environments.” (9, p.152)

During the interview Elena said that you can even pee in it since that would all be recycled in some way (8, 1h47′).

Frequency Belts Then Jean-Charles and Elena start talking about ‘Frequency Belts’. Elena says that these belts have special properties: they can adapt the gravity, the composition of the air and it can act as a protection shield. Jean-Charles goes to to describe how was shown a kind of laboratory on a space ship with all kinds of technology, amongst which were these frequency belts. They can create a force field around you (some 10-15 cm, or 4-6 inch) which can withstand an explosion.
In a video from May 2021 (10) Elena answers a question pertaining to frequency belts. Here’s a part of her answer:
“I’d say last month I’ve had the occasion to ask about this frequency belt. Thor Han always wear one, all my friends wear some, and Annax also. The humanoids of the federation wear golden frequency belts, large belts. And these belts are – I didn’t know first – it was to do with frequency. I thought it was just devices and weapon carriers and carriers and stuff. But then Thor Han told me, “no, no, it does way more than this” and I noticed that different species they all have this belt, but the different species have different colors of belt, and it’s not a fashion thing.
It’s difference of frequency. So what these belts do, they are going to modify your frequency, the frequency of your body. Sometimes when I am going there and where I am going to a different frequency I am given these belts. So a belt like this to stabilize my frequency and just recalibrate all my particles in the right frequency, in the right density. So these frequency belts do that. They also create a biofield around you that you can breathe in certain environments and also they control the gravity and the atmospheric pressure. They can do all of these things, they are amazing.”

UPDATE MAY 2023 While going through some old videos I came across this video in which Elena herself was wearing a Star Trek uniform, just for the fun of it. In the video excerpt below she gives some information on the uniform worn by the Pleiadeans. I enjoyed watching them both laugh about it (13).

4th DENSITY INNER EARTH KING WEARING A FREQUENCY BELT – NOVEMBER 2023 In Elena Danaan’s 7th Star Nation News from december 2023 (14) she described how Thor Han had taken a king from Inner Earth to the top of an Himalaya Mountain to witness for the first time what the surface of Earth looks like. The king was of a higher density and had to wear a density (or frequency) belt to be comfortable in our 3D plane. You can listen to Elena talking about it below:

I just watched a 2021 movie called ‘Chaos Walking’ (1). In that particular movie men on a certain planet are not able to withhold their thoughts from the people around them. In other words: anyone can hear or even see the thoughts of others. Like moving clouds coming from the heads of the men (not the women), even during dreamtime.

It reminded me of the interview with Lacerta, the native Reptilian, who had mentioned our inability to really shield our thoughts from others. She also said that most alien species use telepathy and that we would really be an open book to them.
She says that what she calls the ‘Illojim’ (2) would have constructed our minds and our consciousness in such a fashion that we would have no protection mechanism at all (3). She even advised us against closing our eyes because that would change our brainwaves which would make our thoughts even more accessible for others. For those interested on more from Lacerta take a look at (4) and (5).
I mentioned telepathy before on this site in connection with the work of Ingo Swann (6). In Elena Danaan’s ‘We Will Never Let You Down‘ (7) we can read something interesting about the ability of others to read our thoughts. When Elena describes her visit to a huge ship from the Asthar Galactic Command near Jupiter she says that there are very strict safety rules aboard. Each and every thought would be monitored. Elena reflects on telepathy on these facilities in her book, and provides some hope:
“Visiting alien facilities is always a challenge for me. Having grown up on Earth, I am not used to telepathic communication. Here, I need to control the flow of my thoughts, as opposed to when I am on Thor Han’s station, for instance. Indeed, although they use both mind and spoken language, people in the Galactic Federation of Worlds have rules for non-invasion of the mind-space, which protects everybody’s privacy.
They use a different frequency for telepathic communication, which is different from the normal brain frequency of thoughts, something the Earthlings haven’t yet discovered or trained in.
Thor Han always says that on Earth, everyone has this ability but haven’t yet remembered how to use it. At the Ashtar Jupiter Command, there isn’t such a rule of privacy, with the two frequency bands, for security reasons. They can also scan your thoughts. So it is annoying and utterly challenging!” (7, p. 48)
At night I was looking at the sky and I recognized the sign ‘Leo’, and I wondered: who would live on planets around the stars of Leo? Apparently no civilization that has had much influence or interest in our planet, since none are described in Elena Danaan’s ‘A Gift from the Stars’ (1). The closest star near the Leo-sign is the star Ummo (Wolf 424) that is home of the Ummit, which are described with a beautiful illustration.

Let’s first see where to find the (binary) star system of Wolf 424. As you can see it is about somewhere in the middle between Spica (the brightest star from Virgo), Arcturus (from Boötes) and Denebola (from Leo, the hind-leg/foot). I added another star map at the bottom of this page.
Just like it is the case with the Meton (4) at least one book is written on the Ummit (5). In that book you can read about their arrival on Earth in 1950 and how they established contact with people in Spain in 1965. Elena quotes from this book in (1, p. 300)
I was able to find a drawing of an Ummit woman that would be based on photographs (6). Her golden suit matches the description that Thor Han gives of the suits of the various star faring worlds. In a video from August 2021 (7) she says: “

It would have taken the Ummit about 9 months to travel the 14,1 lightyears between their world and ours (5). In ‘A Gift from the Stars’ we can read a bit on the Ummit as well: “Ummit have this particularity of a high forehead, which distinguishes them from the other Man races. As well, their eyes are smaller and in the same facial proportions as the Terran humanoid eyes. They are mainly blond and their life-excpectancy of about 200 years. They have discoidal ships.

Ummit are working actively with the Galactic Federation of Worlds on a scientific program aiming to assist the development of Terran sciences. Respecting the rules of non-intervention in the development of a level I civilization (level 2 is interstellar travel) (9), they come around it by contacting civilians, often technically competent professionals able to understand the content of the messages, instead of official scientists.” (1, p.298).
Craig Campobasso has made an Extraterrestrial Species Almanac in 2021 and he presents a completely different drawing of an Ummite (see menu/various/end note 8).
In april 2023 I started to study the older videos from Elena’s youtube database and I came across a fine description of the Ummit, their link with the Ahil and the Taal in a video from November 2020 (10). Below you can see an excerpt from this video. I loved seeing Elena without all the fancy backgrounds!

While I was pondering about these Arks (1,2) and their possible information relating to our past, of course the influence of the Anunnaki on our history came to mind. Much has been written about them and many channelings have mentioned them, but to me it seems like everyone has a different variant, and although the work of Zecharias Sitchen (3) is ground breaking, it isn’t the absolute truth either.

So, with all this new information coming forth from the Galactic Federation of Worlds via Elena Danaan I think it is very worthwhile to start off with what they tell us about their planet. Where is it? Is it circling between Sirius and our Solar system? Where is the planet now? Is their planet dying etc.
NIBIRU AND THE STAR SYSTEM OF IMMARU In Elena’s exceptional book ‘The Gift of the Stars‘ we can read about the Anunnaki (5) and she also confirms the existence of a planet called Nibiru, but not in our dimensional plane. Let’s read a bit from her work:
“Their homeworld is Planet Nibiru, in a parallel dimension. The portal they use is located in the Orion Zone, so that is why we associate them with this space quadrant. They come from a double star system and Nibiru orbits every 4000 years. The main star is named Immaru, and is a small brown star that is host to many worlds. The sixth planet, Nibiru, has two satellites and resembles to Terra, in a higher density.” (5, p.230)

While ‘ducking’ for Immaru I uncovered an amazing video on a channel called ‘johnnysvensons’ (4). In that particular video that was posted nearly ten years ago in 2012 you see the shapes and names of not only Nibiru, but also of all the other 6 planets that would circle this small brown dwarf star of Immaru. Since the names of these planets are not mentioned in Elena’s book I will add them below. If anyone can illuminate what was the source of this information I would welcome that very eagerly. In the description he talks about the ‘creed of sentient media in Georgia‘.
Just imagine that we can now get a glimpse of the world the Anunnaki live in, together with the planets that they see when they look into their skies (probably some fourth dimensional sky). If we as humanity indeed have a lot of their genetics in our DNA-jackets you could say that we are also looking at a star system that is part of our galactic history as well.
I intended to write a bit about the Anunnaki themselves, but I think this information is more than enough for now. If you want to more about these Anunnaki you can read (5) or for example explore the information on Orion that was the topic of a long and informative Q&A back in May 2021 (6)
Update June 2022: During a meeting that Elena Danaan had with Enki in June 2022 on a spherical luminiscent spaceship, she was told that there is a planet where the Anunnaki come from in this Immaru star system, but the name of that planet is not Nibiru, but Ashtari. The name Nibiru would have been used to refer to a starship about the size of our moon. According to Elena this is new information that earlier was not given to us because the time was not right then, but now we would be ready. See more on this at (7).
One of the goals of this website is to study the way off-worldly civilizations can behave and interact with us and with other species. Just like on Earth you have friendly species and ones that are less friendly and sometimes even hostile. Much has been written and said about especially women who were abducted in order to participate in all kinds of genetic experiments. Both Elena Danaan and Megan Rose were lucky to be saved by members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, but many women were not so fortunate.

As is often the case with the articles on this website they are triggered by current developments. This time it was a facebookpost by Elena Danaan on January 5, 2022, in which she referred to something odd that happened in an interview that Robert Earl White gave on a NYC show called ‘The Disclosure Network’.
Near the end of that particular interview (1) Robert Earl wanted to mention the book ‘A Gift from the Stars’ by Elena and somehow every time he tried to spell out her name, the sound disappeared, about three times in a row, as if someone did not want her name to be mentioned on public radio! Listen for yourself at (1).
This got me curious about this man and I discovered that Elena Danaan had done an interview with him back in March 2021 (2). I listened to most of the interview in which he talks about his mom Beth Ann White, to whom Elena dedicated the abovementioned book (3). He explains what happened to his mother when she was 22 years old in 1991. How they saw a spaceship (probably a Kiilly Tokurt one, (4)) that seemed to be hit by some light and imploded right behind their house. He speaks about how they were rapidly visited by these strangely acting ‘Men in Black’ and a military man who performed some kind of regression therapy on his mother, after which she started to remember about the abductions that had happened.
Robert said that his mother was able to remember everything that happened afterwards as well. She remembered how reproduction experiments were performed on her, using her eggs, that were mixed with the genetic material of these tall white grays, probably the Kiily Tokurt (4). The image that struck me the most was that she was there in one of their spaceships and she saw her own hybrid children, some of which were deformed. She asked them if she could take one of her children back home to Earth, but they did not agree with that, mainly because people on Earth would not accept a hybrid.
Although that may appear cruel, it does make sense. In Danaan’s 2021 book ‘We will Never let you Down’ (5) you can read about how hybrid children were treated that were rescued from the many deep underground bases on Earth. While being on the science orbital station of the Galactic Federation of Worlds Elena she was told that these hybrid children (and hybrid adults all the same) were not returned to Earth, because they would not be accepted.
Elena writes: “Thor Han explained to me that these children had been selected to be evacuated to a planet called Meton, in the Centaurian systems, where they would be adopted by new families” (5, p.55)
In the interview Robert Earl White expresses his wish to actually come into contact with his hybrid half-brothers and sisters. Watch the interview to get to know the bigger picture of the story on Beth Ann White (2).
On June 15, 2022 Elena talked about this despicable method of using a kind of emotional manipulation of the mothers after they have seen their hybrid offspring in order to make them want to invite them to come to Earth (6). See related articles (7,8).
Triggered by an alleged message from a Reptilian who would live near Capella (1) I decided to take a look at the species in Elena Danaan’s ‘A Gift from the Stars’ (2). There was no mention of any reptilian race living on any planet near Capella, but there was an entry for Capella for the race of the Ramay who live on a planet they call ‘Rama’ (2, pp.92-93).

ASTRONOMY Let’s first see if we can find Capella in the night’s sky. Capella is part of a constellation that is called Auriga. I prefer to locate Capella starting from the belt of Orion (the three stars in the middle of the Orion constellation), then I make a line towards Sirius, then I go up left and see Procyon, followed by Pollux and Castor from Gemini and with a slight curve to the right you end up at Capella, the brightest star of the Auriga Constellation.
IMAGE OF THE RAMAY I was able to find some information on the Ramay on a Spanish site (6), with an illustration that is confirmed by the illustration by Elena Danaan. On this spanish site I only quote the first part (through a readable google translation; check the original site for more):

“The ramay are aliens that come from the constellation Auriga, from the planet Capella. The good thing (and the main thing that identifies the ramay) is that it is a race that prefers to be pacifist before invading a planet in search of resources.
They like to cohabit with other races of extraterrestrials in the search for the advancement of their civilization and the trade of different types of minerals, ships and various technologies with these new races. There is classified evidence that this race of extraterrestrials is inhabiting our planet in the sun today, they have even helped us develop as an intelligent race, completely anonymously and disinterested.” (6)
ELENA DANAAN AND THE RAMAY In Elena’s book (2) we can read the following intriguing information:
“Ramay have been on Terra since a very long time ago and at the time when the Selosii reached a temporary dominition of Terra, establishing securely the power of Atlantis, the Ramay were known as the Nacaals: “Star Brothers”. Though, they refused to bow down to the hierarchical Selosi rule and formed the Yu Empire, chosing to move underground.

Settling in the South and Central American continents, they were at the origin of the rise of the Mayan Civilization. Considerably advanced in sciences, they taught the Mayans about astronomy and time, and then left when the Mayan civilization was its apogee.
But, despite all the knowledge the Ramay had offered to them, nothing can really haste the development of wisdom and following the departure of the Ramay, the Mayan people started to perform blood sacrifices in their names, rising them with great superstition to the status of gods. ” (2, p.92)

THE RAMAY, ANUNNAKI AND ENLIL In Elena Danaan’s fifth disclosure book from 2024 (9) Elena shared additional information on the Ramay. Since 2020 we have learned a number of things. One of them is the information associated with the Anunnaki. When Elena already talked about the ‘Yuh’ empire in her 2020 book (2), we didn’t know at the time that ‘Yuh’ actually was the real name of the Anunnaki Enlil (10). In the 2024-update we can read:
“Ramay came to Earth with the Anunnaki expedition and they were know as Naacals: ‘star brothers’. It is necessary to keep in mind that the Anunnaki are an amalgamation of different races….Unfortunately for the Ramay Group they were left for themselves when Enlil decided to wipe out most the Earth in an apocalyptic cataclysm. After the Younger Dryas event, the Ramay took up residence in the underground of South and Central America….Neglected by Enlil, the Ramay came under the protection of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (11), and they still visit Terra occasionally” (9, p.160, read (9) for more details and a beautiful image of a Ramay with an enormous elongated head).

STAR NATION NEWS 64 AND THE RAMAY ANIMATION On February 11, 2025 a beautiful animation was presented in the 64th edition of Star Nation News on the Ramay, complete with blinking eyes. Triggered by two recent articles from the Exopolitics website (1,2) I thought it was time to dedicate a page to ‘The Intergalactic Confederation’. But where to start? Perhaps by distinguishing them from a few other groups, councils and federations that I have mentioned before in other articles. A key player in current events is the Galactic Federation of Worlds, called the Galactic Federation of Nataru (3) by Oona from the Intergalactic Confederation.

OTHER GROUPS BESIDES THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION Thor Han, the main contact of Elena Danaan is a member of this Galactic Federation of Worlds (25). They – together with other groups, amongst them our own Earth Alliance – have fought diligently to remove the malevolent alien presences on various spots in our solar system and on Earth. After the defeat in October 2021 a beautiful message was given by Ardaana, the military commander of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (4).
In earlier articles I also paid attention to a few members of the Council of Alnilam (Council of Five) (26), which is another group that invests in creating balance in this universe, like the Ginvo (5) and the Elmanuk (6). Then there is the Asthar Galactic Command (7), a military organisation that is part of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. If that weren’t enough there is a group called ‘The Council of Nine’ with which whom Elena Danaan would have had contact as well. You can read more about them at (8,9). And surely we mustn’t forget the Andromeda Council, or the Zenatae who would have instrumental in all this, because they foresaw what would probably happen some 350 years in the future if the Galactic Federation of Worlds would not have intervened (10).
Perhaps it is now a bit easier to understand the delegation that would have met with the Cabal leaders in Antarctica recently. Oona, from the Intergalactic Federation, a federation that goes beyond just our own galaxy said this about this delegation (1):
“Yes they [the Cabal] are meeting us and the delegation from the Galactic Federation of Nataru, Zenatae—two beings. Council of Five—one being. Intergalactic Founder races—five. Terran alliance—ten. The military forces of Terra, off-world—20 soldiers. They will not be taken straight away because they will need to uncast the rituals, rearrange all the bases of their society to avoid a collapse that will be chaotic. We do not wish for the humans of Terra, a monetary collapse. We wish a soft transition because chaos you have had enough.” (1)
The Intergalactic Founder races, are also called the Seeders (8). The Intergalactic Confederation, however, is not the same as the Seeders; the Seeders are a small set from this huge Confederation (see the section on the difference between the Seeders and the Intergalactic Confederation, at the bottom of this page for more).
THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION The signing of the Jupiter Agreements (11) in july/august 2021, would probably have led to the arrival of the Intergalactic Confederation and the 24 Seeder Races into our solar system. This arrival is described by Val Nek through Megan Rose (12, 13):
“The Earth Alliance has completed its first mission to Ganymede, one of Jupiter’s moons…. This station was used as a meeting place for the Earth Alliance, the Andromedan Council, the Council of Five and a group of what humans of Terra would consider extremely advanced extraterrestrials. These beings can manifest themselves as extraterrestrial looking species, but in actuality they are more of a consciousness, a super-consciousness that have looked over this galaxy and many others for eons. As coordinator for this mission, I can report on my role and what I am at liberty to disclose.

These beings travelled to this solar system to witness a birth of a new era, an era that includes the liberation of Earth. As the enemy conveniently reports that there are multiple timelines at play, in an effort to confuse the Terrans who are so desperately looking for liberation from hostile control, the truth is that this solar system continues on one timeline together, simultaneously. It is a timeline that benefits the entire galaxy and marks a successful end of war between the Terrans, the Federation, and the Orion group.
…. I can report that I was in charge of the Federation troops and organizing the troops of the Alliance. I must emphasize that while this mission was not one of war, it was equally important in the eyes of our ancestors, the superconscious, which some call an Intergalactic Federation. This name is for us to use, however, these beings operate at such a high level that they do not use words, language or anything of the sort to express themselves. It is by all means a translation of a frequency for our own understanding. This mission was especially important for the Earth Alliance. The leaders of the Earth Alliance and their respective space programs, which I can report will all be federated under a new name, which I will not disclose. The name was chosen after the meeting with the Intergalactic Federation.
… The Terran leaders were deeply moved by the experience. For the first time, their perception of reality, and the meaning, the purpose of leadership and guidance in this galaxy deeply touched their consciousness. The development of the Terran leader’s consciousness is something we have been trying to influence in a positive manner for some time, but especially recently, since plans are being made to hand over the responsibility of defending Terra with the production of the star fleet.
These Terran leaders, I can say with confidence, have been influenced by the consciousness of the forefathers, the fore seeders, in such a way, that the Federation and the Council of Five, along with the Andromedan Council have no reservation in their ability or ethical standards as it relates to being responsible for the safety and positive progression of the planet.
I will reiterate again that this message may be more important to the Terran people than any other message. I am aware that they have been concerned for some time, rightfully so, as to the ethical and moral standard of their leaders. We will continue to move forward. I salute you.” (13)

Thor Han (TH) also mentioned the Intergalactic Federation (15) (E=Elena):
“E: What is the next step?
TH: Connecting with the Earth Space Force and evaluation of the potential for a civilian contact. We usually don’t require their intervention but we recently requested their assistance to secure this timeline. You know, Terra is not like one of these stage 2 or 3 civilizations that the Galactic Federation of Worlds rescues from external interference. Terra is special. It bears the seeds they planted.
E: Can you talk about that?
TH: They are our forefathers. They seeded us, here in Nataru. Terra, like a few other places in this galaxy, has been for a long while one of their particularly loved grounds for experimentation about human development and consciousness. Such as in Mana (K62-Lyra). They are the seeders.
E: I understand they are a bunch of different races, aren’t they?
TH: Yes, they are very diversified but not as widely diversified as the life-forms they created.
E: How do you “create” life-forms?
TH: By hybridization. It is a great amusement for them but there is a serious underlying matter. They work in accordance with Source. Of course, they do NOT create all life forms; this is the creation of Source; but they rather play with the material to create hybrid races and populate worlds.” (15)
NAMES OF THE 24 SEEDER RACES In the Seeders (17) Elena presents the names of the Seeder Races that are part of the Intergalactic Confederation. I will name them here as well. TEMPORARY CONCLUSION For now I hope this article provides some introduction to the Intergalactic Confederation (and many other groups currently active in the awakening of our little blue planet). The arrival of their consciousness would perhaps have led to the activation of certain huge ships buried in the surface of the Moon, Mars and Antarctica. For more on that read (2).
UPDATE 21 FEBRUARY 2022: The French Secret Space Program insiders Jean-Charles Moyen and David Rousseau confirm that there really has arrived a huge benevolent fleet in our solar system (16)
In The Seeders (17) Elena Danaan talks with Thor Han about councils and Thor Han said that both the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Intergalactic Confederation have a council consisting of 24 members (and a 25th Law-Keeper (18)), adding ‘The Intergalactic Confederation also has a council of 24. These are not random numbers, you understand, it is founded on Universal Geometry” (17, p.69)

ON THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘THE SEEDERS’ AND ‘THE INTERGALACTIC CONFEDERATION’ In November 2025, the second volume of Elena Danaan’s Encyclopedia Galactica was launched (24) and while reading about the first species from the book I found an interesting part on the difference between the Seeders and the Intergalactic Confederation; until then I tended to use them as two synonymous terms. which obviously turned out to be incorrect.
In order to make it clear for everybody here’s a quote from the book: “It is important to remember that the Intergalactic Confederation encompasses trillions of cultures spread across many galaxies, and that the small scientific group we call the Seeders, who are responsible for supporting the balance of life, are only a small organizational part of the greater Intergalactic Confederation” (24, p.10)
It also turns out that ‘we’ can be proud to have at least one star civilization that evolved within our galaxy that also is a member of the Intergalactic Confederation, namely the Subaruth Shymuntaian (24, p.9-11)
On december 23, 2021 an interesting article was published on Exopolitics.org (1). That article was written around the remote viewing results by the Far Sight Institute (6). They verified the existence of a grand post of the Ashtar Galactic Command in the clouds of Jupiter.
There appear to be all kinds of collectives, federations and groups in our universe. In order to assist in sorting this out, the present article distinguishes between the Ashtar Galactic Command and the Ashtar Collective/Alliance. The information is based upon the work by Elena Danaan.
THE ASHTAR GALACTIC COMMAND In her book ‘A Gift from the Stars’ (2), the Ashtar Galactic Command is described: “Separatist faction from the Ashtar Collective from Sirius B. Due to infiltrations and corruption by agents of the Ciakahrr Empire, a rebel faction, mainly humanoids, separated from the Ashtar Collective and took side along with the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Admirably skilled in military procedures, the Ashtar separatists were offered by the Galactic Federation of Worlds to help with operations in the Terran system, and they were offered to set an outpost on planet Jupiter.” (p. 313)
In another book by Danaan (3) we can read about her arrival to Jupiter and to the ship of the Ashtar Galactic Command: “The descent seemed endless and although we were traversing terrifying storms, violent winds and threatening titanic clouds, the ship was sliding smoothly, with ease. The structures of the Ashtar outpost started to appear though the thick ochre fog. I had already seen this base when in telepathic contact with Thor Han, a few times already, but today I was there…and it was very intimidating. I know it was just a military facility but yet, its reputation was well known.
Protected by under a gigantic dome, the Jovian city extended with its glistening roads, bridges and buildings across a vast surface. It was in fact a ship, which landed a very long time ago when the Galactic Federation of Worlds requested help to protect our solar system.” (3, pp.38-39)
THE ASHTAR COLLECTIVE Whereas the Ashtar Galactic Command is benevolent, the Ashtar Collective is not. In ‘A Gift from the Stars’ we come across the following description of this group based in Sirius B: “Humanoids of various types (Sirius B/Altair mainly), Reptoids, Greys, Insectoids, and genetically engineered species, also called ‘The Sirian Collective’. The headquarters are located in the Sirius B system on the planet Morga.
At the time when the Ciakahrr Empire took over the Orion systems and created the Orion Empire with local Grey species , or Alliance of the Six, the Sirian Ashkeru humanoids found themselves engaged in a conflict over the ownership of twenty one star systems, yours [solar system] included. The Sirian systems stood up to the invaders and created this collective siege of the power of Ashkera (Sirius B), Ash-Tar (Ash=bright light; Tar=the seat). Due to infiltrations and corruption by reptilian agents of the Ciakahrr Empire, …a faction separated…[the Ashtar Galactic Command]. (2, p.319)

Elena Danaan on Youtube responded right after the publication of the article on Exopolitics on December 23, 2021 (4). She stressed that the Ashtar Galactic Command is a military group, which does not channel with any human being.
DESTRUCTION OF THE ASHTAR COLLECTIVE ON MORGA In November 2022 we were glad to hear that not only the Ashtar Collective’s head quarters on the planet Morga in the Sirius B system had been destroyed, but all planets in the Sirius B system had regained their freedom due to a combined attack by the T-Askeru themselves, assisted by the Asthar Galactic Command and the Galactic Federation of Worlds. You can read and watch what unfolded and how it was possible to crack down on the Nebu in (5). Below is a short fragment in which Elena talks about the final defeat of the Ashtar Collective in the Sirius B system.

WORKING WITH THE EARTH ALLIANCE SINCE 1932 In October 2023 Thor Han told us that the Ashtar Galactic Command has been working with Earth humans since 1932! What would this cooperation have entailed? With which countries or military have they worked all that time? The Ashtar command is going to play an important role in the protection of the portal near Jupiter and the space hub that is being developed from 2023 to somewhere in 2025 or 2026 (9).
Thor Han (through Elena) reveals that the Ashtar Galactic Command has been cooperating with humans on Earth since 1932 (9)
A PERMANENT COLONY IN THE DONDOGAT SYSTEM (KEPLER 2-138) In Elena Danaan’s first part of the Encyclopedia Galactica (10), she mentions a group of the Ashtar Galactic Command, who settled in a star system in the Aquarius constellation:
“We know the Ashtar Galactic Command as a roving fleet with no fixed location, but they do set up military outposts in some star systems with a significant location. This is how a detachment of the Ashtar Galactic Command decided to establish a permanent colony in the Dondogat system, and how the Anasii culture were born.” (10, pp. 70-71)
They share that star system with several other species. Whereas the Anasii have settled on the fourth planet, even before the Hooz and the Burulik achieved space faring capabilities. The Orow live on the fifth planet (11).
THE TASH IN THE CAELUM CONSTELLATION Other people, the Tash, from the Sirius B star system crashed on a planet in the Caelum constellation (10, pp. 232-233). You can immediately notice the similarity of the their appearance with the Anasii. Below you can watch a description of how the ancestors of the Tash ended up on a planet called Akrom VIII in the Phaerak System and met another local (not yet space-faring) culture called the Khroll.
