A Map of Arks on Earth and A Map of Stars in the Sirius B System

One of the goals of this project is to introduce extraordinary galactic information to people who are new to all this material. Of course we cannot yet be sure to what degree all this turns out to be true, but it can be quite a treat for the mind to explore these possibilities despite that.

This article covers two maps that have a connection to extraterrestrials. One map of Arks and a map of stars that Elena Danaan was shown while visiting a planet in the Sirius B system.

A MAP OF ARKS
In JP’s 46th update in May 2025 (1,2) we were told about a certain meeting that took place in Eglin Air Force base. JP was guided to an auditorium where he counted about 80 people. The remarkable thing about this meeting was that one half of the audience consisted of Nordic-looking extraterrestrials! They were briefed on a developing situation regarding an Ark in the Pacific Ocean. They were all shown – on a large wall-sized screen – a map of the world. What was special about it was that it also showed the position of many Arks. Arks often are extraterrestrial spaceships that were left behind; many of them would have been ‘activated’ since the return of the fleet of the Intergalactic Confederation (5). THE KOLDASSIANS FROM THE OTHER KOLDAS BOOK SPEAK ABOUT HIDDEN CRAFT BELOW DESERTS AND THE OCEAN FLOOR
Triggered by Elena’s book on Koldas (18) I started to read that other book on Koldas that was written in 1986 by Carl van Vlierden (19) with the aim to compare the accounts. While reading this fascinating account, I came across a part where the Koldassians mentioned space craft that were hidden beneath the surface. Here’s an excerpt from the book:

““We know about these people, for they were very intelligent as a race, and one of the
early ones to occupy Earth. But what about the many other races you have? We can only
assume that they too were space travellers for we have definitely found the remains of
many craft beneath your desert sands. Gigantic craft which are not from the
Confederation! (20) Should these remains be discovered, they would cause a sensation on
Earth as they are of enormous proportions. They must have carried thousands of people.” (19, p. 80)

“…When the Confederation (20) carried out patrols beneath the surface of your oceans, they
discovered many craft buried in the mud of the ocean floors. There is much evidence
which will not be found soon, and much that has been lost.” (19, p. 81)

A SPHERICAL MAP ON NYAN IN THE SIRIUS B SYSTEM
This ‘map of arks’ reminded me of other maps. Take for instance the Zeta Reticuli map that was shown to Barney and Betty Hill during their abduction experience back in 1961 (6). I also had to think back to this holographic spherical map of stars and constellations that Elena got to see during her visit to the planet Nyan, orbiting the star Sirius B. We have spoken about this visit to her T-Ashkeru (7) friend Myra, before, in our article on the replicator (8).

In the above excerpt Elena Danaan describes how she was shown a kind of amfitheater by Gaia, the adopted hybrid daughter of Myra, that held a big sphere, with a size of about 20 meters. You could see the nearby star systems and their planets in it. There were lights of different colors that each had a particular meaning. She was told that the red lights indicated that those star systems were still occupied by the remnants of the Alliance of the Six (10,11). Most of the systems, however, had yellow and white lights which indicated that they were liberated.

SOME THOUGHTS
When it comes to the account of Elena, we need to add that it was from 2023, at the time that their part of the galaxy was not yet liberated from the Alliance of the Six. If you would like to discover more on the Sirius B star system, you can head for (12). JP has met quite a few Nordics during his various missions. He said that we could expect to see more Nordics in the near future (13). I still haven’t met them, but perhaps you have. JP suggested that he might have some role to play in regard to the Ark in the Pacific. You may remember that he has played a significant role in connection to the Atlantic Ark (14).

It’s the nearby star systems and you could see all the planets and the stars. So Gaia went down and we followed her and she was very very very proud to show us that she was walking there and she put her hands touching this big big big big sphere. It was about talking in meters, maybe 20 meters, very very big and the star systems were moving and Myra was very proud of her daughter and Myra explained to me that all the little red lights were star systems that were still occupied by the remnants of the Alliance of the Six and in the process of being cleansed from the Killy Tokurt, the Ciakahrr reptilians, the Solipsi Rai, the Zeta Reticuli and the Mitra, the Nebu gods.

So it’s in process but all the yellow and white systems and planets, they were liberated and I have to say it was a four or six difficult to judge because it was a big sphere. Red dots were still pulsing and conflicts were still going on there.”

Jean-Charles Moyen Talks about the Arks He Visited: A Summary

On January 19, 2025, Jean-Charles Moyen launched a video on his own youtube channel about his visit to an Ark at the bottom of a lake below the surface in the Peruvian area where the Nasca lines (and figures) can be found (1). You can watch all the details of this extraordinary visit in that video (1); Moyen also talked about this remarkable adventure during an interview with Dr. Salla (2).

This definitely wasn’t the first Ark that Jean-Charles Moyen says to have visited. This article provides a summary of the Arks that he traveled to with some additional links to related articles. You may consider it as an ‘Ark-hub’-article.

THE ARKS
Before we go into more detail about Jean-Charles’ Arks, I would like to remind the reader of a few other Arks that were discussed on this website. It seems that the biggest Ark of them all is the Atlantic Ark which was described by JP and Elena Danaan. Elena told us that the Atlantic Ark was originally a spacecraft from the Alteans who used it as the starting point for the Atlantis era (3). JP has visited the Ark a number of times as well (4,5), and as we learned during an interview in October 2024, both JP and Elena would have executed a crucial task together at the times of the fall of Atlantis, related to the Jewel of this Ark (6). Another Ark that was described that wasn’t visited by Jean-Charles is the one that would be hidden in the Kherson region in Ukraine (7).

THE MOYEN ARKS
In the excerpt below Jean-Charles first describes his discovery of the ‘Peru Ark’. He also mentions his visit to the Antarctic Ark below Lake Vostok (8), at the Bermuda Triangle (9), at Tibet in Mt. Kailash (12), below the Sphinx in Egypt (13), in Hawaii and Mt. Fuji in Japan (14).

An impressive aspect of Jean-Charles Moyen’s account is that he can deliver drawings and writings about various Arks that date back to his childhood years (as is shown in the excerpt above). He also seems to have had contact with many other Secret Space Program participants like Tony Rodrigues, Chris O’Connor and Rebecca Rose for instance (13).

THE SEDONA ARK
In a video that Moyen published on January 25, 2025, he describes visiting yet another Ark. This time an egg-shaped Ark below Sedona in the state of Arizona (14).

In January 2024 Elena Danaan shared new information with us (1,2) about the Galactic Federation of Worlds (3) and the way they use their arks in member worlds. In her 15th episode of Star Nation News (1) Akvaruu (4) was given the floor. He said that the people of his planet, the Taalihaari, have now completely sided with the Galactic Federation of Worlds and even turned their ships against the Ciakahrr (5). The Ciakahrr are going through a rather difficult period at this moment in our galaxy (6,-8).

THE GALACTIC FEDERATION OF WORLDS AND EMERGENCY EVACUATION ARKS
We have spoken about all kinds of arks hidden below the surface (9) and at the bottom of our ocean (10-12). There also are arks or spaceships from different group of extraterrestrials. There are arks from the Intergalactic Confederation or the Seeders (13), from the Anunnaki and from the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) (3). This article only touches upon the Arks from the GFW. Akvaruu said:

“The Federation always offers safety arks that are buried and ready in the eventuality of a planetary emergency. They weren’t organized as such at the very beginning of this organization, but in time they mass produced these arks and equipped all the member worlds with a sufficient number of them. Terra has many of them but not brought and planned by the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Terra’s arks are much more ancient; they are the result of different visiting civilizations through time, these were their own arks, their transport vessels that they left there, on Terra, that you call Earth. Each group of arks are in the sole custody of their own people. But I know not a great deal about the Terran arks. Thor Han can talk better about this topic.” (1, 4)

HUGE CARGO SHIPS
During the interview with Dr. Salla (2), Elena explained that the huge mass produced cargo ships are Pleiadean in origin and that they are now used all over the galaxy to provide a kind of safety mechanism for all member worlds. These ships are the same ones that were given to the Nachtwaffen/Dark Fleet by the Taal-Shiar or Taalihaari people many decades ago (14).

ROBERT RENAUD AND THE KORENDI
From 1961 onwards, Robert Renaud (20) claims to have had contact (also physical contact) with people from Korendor (21). According to Elena Danaan’s information they are part of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (3); Dr. Salla is open to the idea that they may also be part of some Galactic Confederation of Planets (22); Would they really be different organizations, or not? They do seem to share huge ships that allow for the evacuation of complete planets.

“The size of the ships in their federation was from 7,5cm to ca 4000km!!-This last made for explorations and also for evacuation of planets before totally disasters.” (20, p.20)

Just to give you an impression of how big these ships would be: it is about the distance between New York City and Lisbon in Portugal!

SOME FINAL REFLECTIONS
When thinking about evacuations and the Pleiadeans I am reminded of something that Alex Collier once said about Pleiadean Karma connected to our Solar System (15). It is yet unclear what that karma (16) refers to. Another possible element may come from what we have learned from Mirkak, the partner of Val Nek (17). He said – when referring to the time when Atlantis was destroyed – that the Ahel managed to safe their own people. Couldn’t they have saved more people, or where they also taken by surprise with which the continent of Atlantis was destroyed, leaving them unable to evacuate more people? What are your thoughts on this? (18)

An Altean Ship as the Foundation of Atlantis

In a third interview (1) between Dr. Salla and Thor Han Eredyon they talked about the development of the Space Hub near Jupiter (2). It was revealed that an Altean ship was given by the Alteans to form the core of this interstellar spacehub. When Michael Salla asked if perhaps this principle was also used to form a civilization on Earth, he received a affirmative response by Thor Han. The Alteans would have indeed used one of their ships as the starting point for the establishment of the Atlantis Civilization. Let’s listen to Elena/Thor Han herself:

WHAT ABOUT ENKI AND THE SELOSIANS IN ATLANTIS?
In an earlier article (3) I wondered who were the main groups in Atlantis. In an article that tests the hypothesis that some information seems to have changed since the arrival of Enki, there was word that Enki was reverred by the Errans as ‘King of Atlaa’. In the Seeders (4) we can read the following on the foundation of Atlantis, which is in line with the above video-excerpt:

“32.400 BC – A new contingent of Alteans from the Intergalactic Confederation arrive in our star system and settle in the island continent in the Atlantic Ocean, which had been the abode of Enki for eons of time. He welcomed them to share rulership, until he retired from this responsibility. Foundation of Atlantis.” (4, p.504)

What would have been Enki’s role in connection with the Alteans? Why was he called King of Atlaa by the Errans? What was Enki’s abode like before the Alteans arrived? Not only do we have the Alteans and Enki in an important leading role in the continent of Atlantis, but we shouldn’t forget the Selosians either. They were considered leaders of Atlantis too as you can hear Elena say in a video-excerpt on (3). This might be a good question for a webinar: what exactly were the roles of the Alteans, the Selosians/Telosians and Enki in regard to ‘leading the Atlantis colony’?

Gravity Altering Technology in an Ancient Temple

Some people ask me why I mainly tend to focus on the material by Elena Danaan, Dr. Michael Salla and Alex Collier. There are so many other people with all kinds of theories (2). I prefer to stick to these sources, however, because they provide such an impressive amount of information and it already takes up nearly all the time I have available for this project. I prefer to study ‘vertically’ instead of ‘horizontally’ (3).

One of the ‘story lines’ within this field of ET-Disclosure are the missions by JP (4,5). In September 2023 JP, the military whisleblower contact of Michael Salla, talked about an underground mission in an undisclosed location, where they ended up in a kind of ancient temple with a few marble like-pillars. I really advice you to listen to the complete video yourself (1).

I want to focus on something peculiar that occurred in connection with gravity. In the excerpt below I stitched two fragments together: a fragment in which JP talks about suddenly feeling lighter and another fragment in which everybody started feeling very heavy. Listen along:

I remember JP talking about a particular room in another Ark (I believe it was the Atlantic one) where gravity was also a lot less than normal. Apparently the ones responsible for this temple had the amazing technology to alter the gravity. This stirs up memories of Dave Rossi and his work on anti-gravity (6) and the testimonies of Robert Dean in which he spoke with people who said that the US already had faster-than-light and anti-gravity technology (7). PLATES CREATING ARTIFICAL GRAVITY
In 2015 Corey Goode was asked about how they create artificial gravity in off-world places. In the fragment below you can hear Corey describe certain plates that were used to create gravity artificially:

MORE ON JP AND THE GIANTS
On a sidenote: JP describes how they found a decomposed giant in a sarcophagus which stunk terribly. Then after the second gravity change a weird deep sound could be heard and only about 10 minutes later the sarcophagus was completely empty: no more dead giant, no more jewelry. What to think of all this? Are these really the kind of giants that we want to awaken with dancing rituals? (8). Has Enki anything to add on this giant? Is he part of his team too?

The Jewel of the Atlantic Ark

Looking into the Ocean (9)

On July 20, 2023 Dr. Salla presented us with another fascinating video on one of JP’s missions (1). JP has shared so much of his experiences during his missions that it provided enough material to publish a book about it (2), and Michael Salla even speaks about volume 1 of a whole series of books, so we can expect a lot more in the future!

This article is about JP’s fourth mission in the Atlantic Ark located in the Bermuda triangle (3,4). You might remember some of the first three missions. There was this mission with a Chinese delegation (5), with ‘kuria-matte chanting’ Mayan-like people (6) who suddenly went missing and who were later ‘rescued’ by another delegation, including Russians (7). It turned out that they hardly need to be rescued for they had a great time there. In May 2022 JP again visited this Ark and then he described various rooms with different kinds of weightlessness amongst other things (8).

So after more than a year another mission in that huge Atlantic (space) Ark was organized and this time the goal seem to have been to go to a certain room and collect a powerful jewel. Below is an excerpt from this mission in which they actually take the jewel, where JP wonders if that really is the right thing to do (10). The story starts off right after they had entered a particular room and saw an Indian Buddha like statue which apparently held this jewel. (5 minutes)

JP was told that this jewel was necessary to activate certain temples around the world. He was told that no matter where the jewel would be it would always be connected to it, as if it were an extension to the ark. Being in the vicinity of this jewel caused many of the people in the mission to become very sad and emotional. As if you could feel the sadness that our planet would be feeling. This jewel would also have been removed to prevent others from stealing it. The jewel was purple, black with white fluorescent lines.

JP was also reminded of the gift they got from the Ant People related to longevity (11). I am reminded of that gift they received after that funny mission in which he and a family member of his were forced to remain in some box for about 20 hours before they met a Nordic-looking 1200 year old- extra (or intra-) terrestrial who gave them something as well (12-14).

Be sure to watch the rest of the interview if you can find the time (1,17). What would happen to all those gifts that are received by JP and his team during all those missions? If you have something to share or to add as a result of this mission by JP, let yourself be heard (15). In september 2023 JP had another mission in this Atlantic Ark (18). During that mission with a few Nordic looking extraterrestrials the Jewel was brought back.

SHARED PAST LIVES?
During an interview with Dr. Salla in October 2024 (19) Elena Danaan and JP shared a remarkable account of their shared past lives during the drowning of Atlantis. The abovementioned Jewel of the Atlantic Ark would have been handed over to a previous reincarnation of JP by a previous reincarnation of Elena Danaan in order to save the ‘heart’ of this spaceship. The physical incarnation died and Elena’s would have returned on her homeworld Emerya (20). It was there that ‘JP’ would have arrived to hand back this jewel to the Altean Elena. An amazing account for sure. It would be great if we could some day verify it.

A Device to Record your Past Lives

When you move about in these galactic and exopolitical realms there is often a very thin line between science fiction and science fact. A lot of alien species have been introduced on this website, and we have also come across fascinating examples of extraterrestrial technology. In an interview that was posted on May 18, 2023, Dr. Salla talked with JP about yet another mission, in which JP described a new device that would allow one to experience past lives (1).

Remembering Past Lives (11)

DEVICES AND TECHNOLOGY
During this galactic ride, the last couple of years, we have been introduced to all kinds of technology. Before we get to JP’s latest ‘novelty’ I would like to pay some attention to a number of other pieces of state-of-the-art-technology that we were allowed to witness. You might remember how Elena described the food replicators, that even had species-specific functionality, which were also present at the home of Myrah whom she visited on planet Nyan (2). We have Enki showing us his martial arts style with this vajra (3). Then there are of course the brain implants used to either communicate or do things like flying a spaceship (4).

We have heard about Radu Cinamar who was given a pair of holographic glasses that allowed him to ‘scroll’ through large holographic scenes of our history, according to the underground people of Apellos (5). Talking about Holographic techniques, you might think of the 50,000 year old holographic body-scan device that Cinamar saw below the Bucegi Mountains in Romania (6). Ardaana shared that an ancient holographic chair in the pyramid of Giza. could be shown to the world, if the Cabal weren’t there to prevent this from happening (7)

Besides holographic devices, we talked about crystals as bearers of information. Take for instance the 1,5 feet crystal device that was found some 16,000 years ago by the Reptilian species that Lacerta is a part of that showed them the history of their species going all the way back to the extinction of the Dinosaurs (8). I remember Mirkak, the partner of Val Nek, using an ancient crystal that he simply held against his forehead to see the history of his people, the Telos (9).

JP AND THE PAST LIVES RECORDING DEVICE
During his mission in that spaceport in the Alabama region (10) JP and his team received a device that turned out to be a device that, when connected to a human being, through some kind of helmet, could not only ‘activate’ memories of your past lives, but those memories could also be recorded! Imagine that.

JP then described how he was asked to sit down and he was consequently connected to this machine. He got to see a past life on a completely different planet, with a very dense, metallic-like moon, and there he recognized Elena Danaan in another incarnation. This was later confirmed by her, that she indeed lived in a world like that.

SOME REFLECTIONS
When I was half way though my article something inside me didn’t want to continue. This doesn’t happen regularly, for most of the time I just continue to write my articles until they are finished. I sat down and started watching an episode of ‘Raised by Wolves‘ (12) when the Elena Danaan Study Group (13) turned active and we discussed this latest mission of JP. After some initial hesitation I opened up to a few questions and after this discussion I felt that was needed to finish the article you are reading right now.

We came up with a few ethical questions. What to think of a piece of technology that is able to pierce into our past lives? Shouldn’t we only open up to certain past lives, when our ‘soul’ or ‘higher self’ decides that the time is right for it? And isn’t this supposed to be a natural event: to start remembering these former lives without being plugged into some kind of extraterrestrial machine of unknown origin? Isn’t this a kind of ‘holy’ or ‘divine’ treshold that should not be articifially trespassed?

And for whom is JP doing is? Is it indeed a benevolent group of white hats that are sending out the orders, or could it be some other force? I am reminded of something that Thor Han said in connection to the Ciakahrr and why they cooperated with the Nazi’s on Antarctica (14). Read along:

“Thor Han continued his update:

Not only the Earth Alliance and the Nataru (7) Alliance knew about it, but also the enemy. The Ciakahrr stormed and took the place under Vostok, hoping to crack the codes of this technology. They welcomed the humans of the Nazi group, that you call the Fourth Reich, to help decrypting this technology. Were you thinking that they accepted human colonies there in Antarctica for no reason? What do you think they were getting in exchange for technology and weapons? DNA. The Ciakahrrs knew DNA was the key to activate these power structures. But even though they looked into finding the right DNA frequency codes, they never succeeded to activate these structures.” (15)

Apparently the Ciakahrr were dying to find the right people with the right DNA to activate those spaceships. If they would have had devices like this ‘past life recording device‘ they might have been able to hunt down the right people by searching through the past lives of everyone they could get a hold on with special (psychic) abilities.

CONCLUSION
I’m a bit confused about all this. On the one hand I would like to embrace this fantastic account of JP as yet another chapter in a beautiful unfolding story of man’s connection with extraterrestrial life, but on the other hand I wonder if we really should be helping with a technology that is so intrusive that it can actually record our past lives. What if these devices would end up in the wrong hands? Just imagine that you would be forced to let your past lives be recorded. Wouldn’t that feel like a mind-rape of a soul magnitude? Why is the US Army so eager to find these people that would be able to fly these hidden arks or spaceships?

A Group Visit to an Arcturian Spaceship – A Testimony by Beth Noyes

After the recent starseed explorations (1) I did a search on youtube and bumped into the channel of Lily Nova (2). After the Daryl James articles (3) I was a bit hesitant to listen to new testimonies, but I decided to listen to an interview Lily Nova did with Beth Noyes anyway and it was a most impressive one! (6). This page gives a summary of her experience. It is sure worth your time to listen to the complete interview (6).

THE SUMMER OF 1989
Beth Noyes tells about a summer night in 1989, when she saw a bright light at about 2 A.M. She heard a voice in her head that asked her if she would want to come with them, and she agreed.

She was taken aboard a scout ship where she met Frank, a friend of hers who was happily saying to her: “This is F*cking Awesome!” (7)

Some five minutes later they came to a larger ship which they entered (8). She describes the hallway that they walked through and she was amazed how bright it was, and just like other contactees have said, she couldn’t detect where the light was coming from.

They then entered a larger room where she saw a number of people. She recognized each single one of them! (see drawing below) She describes her friend Ellen who was laying on a kind of bed/table and the other people in the room, like two restaurant owners, Ellen’s mother (a psychic) and her husband, and there’s another friend of hers, and there’s Frank of course.

She describes the beings that she saw as being 5’10 or 6 feet tall. They were wearing silvery robes that seemed to energetically float around them. They were doing something with a floating ‘cloth’ above Ellen (and later also above Beth). After this procedure she had a telepathic talk with one of the beings who said that they come from a place we call Arcturus. She drew this beautiful picture. His eyes were like labradite (9).

She was shown a place (through a window, that could have been a wall (10)) with a waterfall and glowing, bioluminescent plants (11). She was told that they themselves are guides and that they take and bring beautiful things to and from other planets. They could slightly alter the plants genetically to make them more suitable for other planets. These plants were important and they were going to be gifted to humanity (12). They said they loved us.

After this she was back in her bed on Earth. She was gone for only five minutes, but it felt as if she had been away for hours. Early in the morning she was called on the telephone by her friend Ellen, and later by her mother, and they both shared the exact same experience and so did her friend Frank, who said that he was brought back some 2 miles from the place where he was picked up. He was walking when they brought him to the scout ship. Ellen said that they were given information that in the future they would use.

She felt as if she had worked with them before, or perhaps even was one of them.

SESSION WITH MARY RODWELL
Beth then goes on to talk about regression sessions she did with Mary Rodwell. During these sessions she remembered a period when she was living in Atlantis. She remembered this scene in which she was warning the people around her about the dangers of technology, but her warnings fell on deaf ears. She said that her mission had failed.

Beth Noyes talks about her astral travels when she was about 18/19 years old. She said how she used to feel attracted to the Gulf of Mexico where she just dived in before she ended up back in her bed. During a session she gets this memory of there actually being a huge portal, that was that big that spaceships could fly through it. Below is an image that she drew. Notice the signs on it. Perhaps they show similarities with the signs or glyphs found on the arks described by JP (14).

SOME FINAL THOUGHTS
In the interview Beth Noyes talks about other matters, but I want to end my summary of her amazing testimony at this point. Mary Rodwell has spoken about Beth’s story in an interview in March 2022 (15).

In that interview she made the connection with the then recent discovery of the Ukrainian Ark (16) and she refers to a talk Dr. Salla had with Elena Danaan and Alex Collier. You can watch her talk about Beth’s story and the links with the Arks in two separate videos in the footnotes section (15). I later discovered that Robert Kalil, the Typical Skeptic, has also done an interview with Beth (19), and so did Robert Earl White (20).

What I would like to know from Beth Noyes is what kind of Arcturian did she encounter. Would it be the blue Ohorai, the white Gladeiai, or the more grayish Noo Linn? (17)

MARK SABBAS
Through Telegram I got to know Mark Sabbas, who turns out to also have written a piece on this amazing account by Beth Noyes (21). As you can read in the article, he also interviewed her. He also is the author of a novel, called ‘The Monarchs’ (22).

Japan and the T-Ashkeru from Sirius B (Thula)

Once again it is Jean-Charles Moyen who is the inspiration for an article on this website. In a video that was published on February 12, 2023 (1) he talks to Elena Danaan on his personal links with Japan, where Elena adds the possible connection to the T-Ashkeru from Sirius B. This article unwraps this topic and connects it – as always – with previous related articles.

JEAN-CHARLES MOYEN
Like I said, Jean-Charles appears frequently on this website. A few weeks ago there was this article about Jean-Charles Moyen in his role as a kind of ‘Secret Space Program-Hub’ (2). A few weeks before that I wrote about his remarkable encounters with Rebecca Rose (3). In connection with Dakota Frandsen’s claim that he had worked with Thor Han, which would have been affirmed by Thor Han himself, I also added Jean-Charles’ meeting with Thor Han on the Excelsior (4) on the page on the Ahil (5).

MEETING UTSU FROM MOUNT FUJI AGAIN
Before Jean-Charles Moyen presented all his evidence related to his connection with Japan in the interview with Elena Danaan (1), he had already spoken a bit about his voyage to Mount Fuji after he had spent some time on the streets of Tokyo with Elena (6,7). It is not my intention to make a summary of the video (1); you’d better watch it yourself. My aim is to focus on this possible extraterrestrial link with a group of humanoids from the Sirius B system called the T-Ashkeru.

In the video Jean-Charles talks about his interest for Japan from early childhood. As a teenager he even tried to learn Japanese. His grand-father probably was Japanese and in the video he presents pictures of his children who also seem to have an Asian look to them, even though Jean-Charles and his wife Mélanie Charest (9) are Caucasian. He said that both his children had the so-called ‘Mongolian Spot’ (10)

At the age of 7 Jean-Charles Moyen wrote about a visit to Mt. Fuji and he drew things that look an awful lot like the images on the right-hand side from an account of 1803 about a woman called Utsuro bune (11,12)

In the excerpt below you can hear Jean-Charles talk about something extraordinary. He says that he went to Mount Fuji recently and that he met a beautiful woman and she looked familiar to him. She introduced herself as Utsu and she said that her name for Jean-Charles was ‘Hoshi’, which means ‘Star’. She told him that she was a guardian. It was only after having this interview with Miyoko Sano (7) that he decided to look for old diaries and in one of his diaries he found an entry in which he describes Utsu and a spaceship inside Mt. Fuji! See (12) to see what he wrote back then.

THE POSSIBLE LINK WITH THE T-ASHKERU
Triggered by the description of this Japanese woman in Mount Fuji, called Utsu, Elena Danaan had to think about the T-Ashkeru from the Sirius B (Thula) system. As you may have heard, these people were recently released from the hivemind-claws of the Nebu (13,14). The most famous T-Ashkeru must be Myrah, whose beauty you can admire at (15). Because of their triangular like face, their bigger slanted eyes and the possibility that they might have been able to use the Anunnaki-technology of extending their lives through using monoatomic gold (16, 25), which made her shine just like Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies.

ASIANS AND THE T-ASHKERU
In the video Elena Danaan brings up a story, of which she is not sure whether it is true or not, but it talks about a secret Apollo 20- mission to the Moon (18). During that mission a spaceship would have been found with a girl inside who was in stasis. They would have determined this woman to be 1,5 million old. If you look at that picture (18), she definitely has the Asian look. Could she have come from T-Ashkeru as well?

SOME FINAL REFLECTIONS
This incredible story by Jean-Charles and that possible link between the Japanese (and probably all Asians I would say) and the T-Ashkeru opens up all kinds of questions and possibilities.

THIAOOUBA AND THE ORIGIN OF THE ASIANS
A while ago I dedicated a few pages to the Thioouba Prophecy which was written by a fellow French man called Michel Desmarquet, who talks about his contactee-experiences on a spaceship and on a planet that is inhabited by the Thiaoouba. One of the things that he was told was that the Asians would have arrived on Earth from a planet called Bakaratini in the Centaur system some 1,3 million years ago (19). This is pretty close to the estimate of the Asian lady found on the Moon (20)

THE ASIANS, THE SEEDERS AND THE ANUNNAKI
If the Asians would have arrived on our planet around 1,5 million years ago, this is something that is not told in Elena Danaan’s the Seeders, even though it would be quite something I would say. The Seeders only returned for the first time 439.000 years ago (22), and the Anunnaki only arrived some 67,000 years later. This would imply that at their arrival there would have already been a thriving society consisting of Asians. It would imply that the Asians originally didn’t have the 11-DNA-genomes of the Seeders either, or would the T-Ashkeru have performed the same trick that Enki did: activating the dormant DNA and add a bit of their own genetics to it? UPDATE FEBRUARY 17, 2023

THE ANAK AND A SMALL INTERBREEDING PROGRAM IN EAST-JAPAN
In the Encyclopedia Galactica part I, we can read about a race of fierce Gray Reptilians from the star system Izar in the Boötes constellation, called the Anak (26). At the end of the last Ice Age they would interbreed with humans in East Japan. Here’s what Elena wrote about this:

“They [the Anak] have been involved in the genetics of the eastern populations of Japan, where they had an outpost at the end of the Last Ice Age. The sea levels were lower and Japan was then connected to the continent. Anaki mixed with a local population group, in the Eastern territories, in an interbreeding program that was part of the Ciakahrr (27) agenda. It is necessary to specify here that this Anak input affected only a small group of the population. The Anaki are not responsible for the origins of the Japanese people in general, who are a much older race with strong high frequence genetics from various other star people.” (26, p. 205)

“They occur in around 80%[19] of Asians, and 80%[19] to 85% of Native American infants.[17] Approximately 90% of Polynesians and Micronesians are born with slate grey nevus, as are about 46% of children in Latin America,[20] where they are associated with non-European descent. These spots also appear on 5–10% of babies of full Caucasian descent; Coria del Río in Spain has a high incidence due to the presence of descendants of members of the delegation led by Hasekura Tsunenaga, the first Japanese official envoy to Spain in the early 17th century.[17][21][better source needed] African American babies have slate grey nevus at a frequencies of 90%[19] to 96%.[22]

Triggered by the recent resurfacing of decades old memories of our future by Rebecca Rose (1) I feel the urge to explore the Russian component in all this. Could it be that somehow there are new pieces of the puzzle to be found in the Russian territory (2)? In order to provide space for this possibility I want to kick off with this article. Let us all become our own Elena Danaan and tune within and find the answers we need from our guidance on various levels. Perhaps our recently discovered Star Seed Twin Flame has got something interesting to add? (3)

RUSSIA ON THIS WEBSITE
It’s always nice to build on earlier articles as an introduction. In this case we have spoken about Russia a couple of times. We have the information surrounding the Ukrainian Ark below Kherson on the other side of the Dnjepr river below the Oleshky Sands (4). On that page you can read about the Russian president Putin, the Deep State and a prophecy from Edgar Cayce.

Then we have that funny affair surrounding the Far Sight(ed) Institute who claimed that their remote viewers were able to see that Vladimir Putin was surrounded by regressive aliens of a possible reptilian nature. Even Dr. Salla was tricked into this story (at least in the beginning) (5). Later the Far Sight Institute promoted another funny story, namely about the need to help the hybrid Essassani to get welcomed by us, Earthlings. This didn’t sit well with Elena Danaan (6,7). It also triggered a number of articles on that issue (8-10). It eventually led to an amendment of the Prime Directive to prevent these manipulative methods from taking place ever again (11).

RUSSIA AND THE JUPITER AGREEMENTS
In July 2021 the Jupiter agreements would have been signed (12). The meetings on Ganymede were organized by the Galactic Federation of Worlds with people from the Earth Alliance (13) amongst others. The meetings were held to make sure that eventually the people from Earth would take over the custody of the Solar System, which also implied that they would be able to defend the solar system with an impressive fleet of spaceships.

During those Jupiter Meetings there were Russian delegations as well. Let’s read along from Dr. Michael Salla’s page on this (12):

“This leads to the critical question of what kind of leadership role do China and Russia play in this emerging multinational space alliance collaborating directly with the Galactic Federation and other positive space organizations? Elena’s message from Thor Han provides us with an answer:

Thor Han showed me also the only visual memory he had of these events: viewed from his ship, three ovoid crafts leaving the orbit of Jupiter after the second of this series of three ultimate meetings. Each craft had Earth military delegates onboard, by country. He didn’t tell me what the third was, but two of them were carrying Chinese and Russian officials, and he was told that both these crowds were very unhappy. He said that the USA won the responsibility to organize the new Earth’s united space coalition.

What corroborates Elena’s information here is that no other spacefaring nation has joined China and Russia in their proposed International Lunar Research Station initiative launched with their bilateral agreement reached in June 2021. Only the US has succeeded in creating a multinational space coalition through the Artemis Accords, which Russia declined to join since it was “too US-centric,” and China was excluded from joining due to its continued theft of intellectual property and industrial espionage. Consequently, it does not come as a great surprise that Chinese and Russian delegations “were very unhappy” with the agreements reached near Jupiter that gave the critical leadership role to the USA.” (12)

RUSSIA, VAL THOR AND THE INDUGUTK
When browsing through Elena’s videos I came across a few mentions of Russia. As you can also read in Elena Danaan’s ‘We Will Never Let you Down’ (14) Val Thor visited Russia and he was the one that distributed the ‘Russian Book on Alien Races’ to them (15). I also discovered that it was not only the US government/Majestic 12 that had made secret deals with regressive aliens, but apparently not only the US, but Russia and China also had some agreements with folks from Betelgeuze, called the Indugutk (16,17).

VLADIMIR MEGRÉ AND ANASTASIA
The famous ‘Ringing Cedar’ series from the 1990s from Vladimir Megré is another Russian element in the whole mix. I have mentioned Anastasia, the woman from Siberia with incredible abilities, once before on this website in the context of Quantum Teleportation (19). Who was or is she? To which degree can her psychic abilities be compared to abilities that we would develop ourselves in the future when we can finally fix the mess? (20)

REBECCA ROSE
Like I said in the introduction Rebecca Rose (1) has been getting certain memories of her Montauk period that may turn out to be relevant during this period of time. You can read the full text at the bottom of (4) and on her own site (23).

“I describe a Russian space observation station on Earth… which is linked to a Pleiadian starship somewhere in the solar system. In my detailed recall, it is quite clear that the Russians have a completely transparent alliance with this Nordic race and that it is very decidedly NOT about arms and conquest or war, but about unity, upliftment and benevolent advancement.

I realized after I emerged from these very vivid memories that what I viewed in Russia so many decades ago is right now coming to fruition. — Does Russia hold a key to the emergence of a new world on this planet? — Not if we look at mainstream news propaganda. But I believe what I saw and this is a key piece to what emerges next. I believe that a sea change is coming – and that more is to be revealed from Montauk and the silver bullet.” (21)

A number of days later she got yet another resurfacing memory (from January 25, 2023):

“On Sunday morning, another Montauk silver bullet memory unexpectedly opened up. This is the second recall in a week in which I find myself remembering, suddenly and in rich detail, what future potential I was sent to view from within the “time tunnel torture tube”. I’m shown a US military base. There is a large body of water on my right, a brick facade of buildings on my left. Soldiers are doing drills, marching in the road. Army fatigues, shiny black boots. They are unarmed. I see a high tech missile in the sky, described as super-sonic in Sunday’s audio recording of this experience. The soldiers are then falling backward, stunned. Has the missile reached it’s conclusion??

— And then something remarkable happens. An ET craft appears above. It has a variety of angles and complex substructures within it’s overall appearance. Benevolent ETs seem to be intercepting a bombing, making themselves known in the full light of day. The soldiers look up, as if seeing angels or god. They are clearly astonished, nearly weeping, and they have no fear. — I hear my handlers, back at the silver bullet which contains my electro-charged 6 year old body, “WHO ARE THEY?! TELL US!!”

Again I am blocking the relay of information. They turn up the juice, which hurts me more and speeds up time. — The ETs seem to be Pleiadian, possibly at the helm of a larger confederation. I sense that this is the same group engaged in a benevolent alliance with the Russians, which I also viewed from the confines of the silver bullet time machine. Though I was sent to observe this scene 44 years ago at Montauk, is it possible that this comes to fruition now? — The ETs reveal themselves and the people are unafraid. — With no regrets, RR (24)

SOME FINAL THOUGHTS
Well so far for the introduction to this Russian Dimension of matters. I don’t know what will come out of it. I asked Elena Danaan if she knew anything about a Secret Space Program by the Russians and the answered that she had no knowledge of it. I think it would be a good thing to include the non-English speaking community to our research and disclosure operation. I already made some preparations for a Russian Galactic Anthropology site (22) which at this moment of writing also features a Russian-dubbed interview between Rebecca and James Rink from 2020 (23). Only 15 minutes after I published this article Rebecca put out her article (24).

RUSSIAN SECRET SPACE PROGRAM – FEBRUARY 2023 UPDATE
It was through an interview series of Alisha Braché with Secret Space Program participants (25) that I got to know a new name for me, namely Daryl James. He would also have served a 20-year-and-back tour (26). I intend to study his interviews which seemed to have started only in april 2022. Below is an excerpt from an interview Daryl James did on a Russian Youtube channel with Tanya Gegina (27) in that month. In the part below he says that beside Solar Warden (28), there is also a Russian SSP, a Chinese SSP (29), a Japanese and even an Indian SSP. He remembers talking to a Russian telepathic woman in space.

During the interview with Alisha Braché (25) Rebecca Rose talked about her Montauk visions of the future as well, as was described above in this article (23,24). Daryl James in a way affirmed what Rebecca had seen about Russia’s role. Daryl said that he was told that Russia would actually become the new world leader like in a ‘1000 years of peace’. The main reason would become that Russia has the greatest natural resources in the world. Watch the relevant excerpt from (25):

The Russian military would also participate in the construction of a stellar hub near Jupiter (34). They would also be allowed access to that Jupiter space hub, even though they are no signatories to the Artemis Accords (36).
