The interview that William Tompkins did with Kerry Cassidy in 2016 (1) is turning out to be a great inspirational source for a number of articles on this website (2-4). This specific article deals with age regressions. First I will show you how William Tompkins talks about ways to alter the age of people to an ideal age by taking only four pills in four months, and then we will pass on the microphone to Penny Bradley who also described ways to reach an ideal age, but in her case it was through using a regeneration tank. What is fascinating in both accounts is that they both differentiate between the ideal ago of a woman, and the ideal age of a man.
WILLIAM TOMPKINS ON AGE REGRESSION In the following excerpt Tompkins describes how we would already have the means to age regress people to what is considered an ideal age. For women that would be around the age of 21, and for men about 29 years.

PENNY BRADLEY AND A REGENERATION TANK We mentioned Penny Bradley a couple of times on this website (5,6) and I was reminded by something she said about ideal ages when I heard William Tompkins talk about his topic. Penny Bradley was a Secret Space Program participant who was mostly stationed on Aries Prime on Mars (7). She describes very vividly how the Germans from the Dark Fleet were controlling their Martian underground city (8). For instance she mentioned the German cuisine with sausages that was quite popular up there.
In connection to the topic of this article she said that sometimes people were put in a kind of regeneration tank (9) and then their body would have a certain age that the Germans considered ideal for a human: a woman should be between the age of 25-29 and a man between 30 and 35 years. SOME THOUGHTS It’s interesting to note that two different sources both mention this concept of an ‘ideal’ age for people, and that they both think that women should be at least 5 years younger than the men. In the interview with Cassidy, Bill Tompkins said that somehow these Nordic friends of his always appear young. He also added that a lot of resources and people were invested in researching the possibility to make people younger and in ways to study longevity in general. I do wonder what is in those pills that Tompkins described. One of the readers of this website suggested that it might contain a substance that is infamous for making people become younger, starting with an a. (10). Let’s just hope that that is not the case 🙂
On November 20, 2023 we were once again welcomed by a new episode of the Star Nation News Bulletin, this time with some surprising items (1). I would advise anyone to watch it yourself. I can assure you it will be 21 minutes well spent. As I have said many times before I keep on being amazed at the amount of information that she keeps on bringing forward. This post elaborates on interesting (holographic) developments on Mars.
ON THE REFORMING OF THE MARS ATMOSPHERE This website is set up in such a way that it hardly contains any duplicate information, but instead it is filled with many links to the relevant information. When it comes to the colonization of Mars I would like to direct you to (2), which also presents new information from Star Nation News 5. In the excerpt below you can hear Elena Danaan talk about what she calls the ‘reforming’ of the atmosphere on Mars. This means that the goal of the operation on Mars is to restore its former planetary environment to an optimal phase before the cataclysmic event that destroyed Maldek (3) and wiped the atmosphere from the planet of Mars.

HOLOGRAPHIC TECHNOLOGY TO RESTORE THE ATMOSPHERE ON MARS We have spoken about the upcoming med beds regularly (4). We also mentioned the holographic time camera, as it was named by Dan Willis (5). It now seems that this technique that is used in the holographic time camera – and as Elena says a similar technique would also be used in the med beds – is also the basis for a kind of holographic technology that would currently be employed to interface with the lattice of the current atmosphere on Mars.
Somehow this technology would allow the current atmosphere to in a way get inspired by the hologram to return to a moment in time when the atmosphere was in tact and best suited for the development of life. It reminds me of the concept of Morphogenetic Fields (6), which are a kind of invisible fields that would hold the information to direct the DNA. In this way this holographic ‘lattice’ of a former optimal period directs and heals the atmosphere of Mars. In a way Mars as a planet is put in a planetary size holographic medbed 🙂

I was halfway writing a post on a particular TikTok video that recently surfaced in which Randy Cramer, a well-known SSP Super Soldier, appeared talking about a huge Space Station orbiting Jupiter in a 2020 interview with Emery Smith (1), when I noticed that the paragraph on Randy Cramer was becoming too long. Since I prefer to not introduce too many topics in one article I decided to first make this post on Cramer.

RANDY CRAMER ON MARS I have spoken about Randy Cramer a couple of times on this website. Randy Cramer, just like Tony Rodrigues and Penny Bradly, talked about this huge human Martian city called Aries Prime (2,3,4). He was a military man in the military department of the base, called Forward Station Zebra. Just like Elena Danaan has said he talks of two kinds of beings on Mars: the Reptoids (5) and the insectoids (6). Cramer says that he was surprised to find out that the air on Mars is breathable.
Dr. Michael Salla already posted a number of interviews with Randy Cramer back in 2014 (7). Cramer was using the pseudonym ‘Captain K’ in those days. Let’s look at Dr. Salla and his ExoNewsTv program from almost 10 years ago 🙂 The setting made me think about Elena’s new initiative called the Star Nation News (8). I truly admire Dr. Salla for being so brave to talk about these subjects back then already.

DAN WINTER TALKS ABOUT CORROBORATION FROM RANDY CRAMER Randy Cramer was also mentioned during a video that featured Dan Winter and Elena Danaan (9). In this video that focused on the Nine, Dan suggested that Enki would have green blood. Perhaps Elena can now ask Ea if that is indeed true. Dan Winter referred to Cramer in connection with a recent interview he had seen on Gaia.tv. Dan says that he had played a certain part in starting Gaia TV. It is obvious that Winter considers Randy Cramer to be a trustworthy source when he used Randy’s intel as corroboration for the removal of the Ciakahrr from our planet. INTERVIEW WITH ELENA DANAAN, RANDY CRAMER AND JEAN-CHARLES MOYEN In the article On Distorted Human Genetics (11) from August 2022 I made a link to a video in which Merrily Milmoe from Cosmic Brilliance interviewed both Elena Danaan, Jean-Charles Moyen and Randy Cramer. As far as I know that is the only video-meeting between Elena and Randy. Unfortunately the video has been made private, but you can still listen to an audio version (12). I chose not to invest time in searching for a great interaction between the two. I will leave that up to you.
SOME REFLECTIONS It seems that Randy Cramer is well respected by both Dr. Michael Salla, Jean-Charles Moyen and Dan Winter. I don’t know about Elena’s position on him. I therefore think he is to be considered a trustworthy source and therefore you are bound to meet Randy Cramer more often here. This post is only meant as a very short introduction to him, embedding him in the rest of this website. I do wonder why Randy hasn’t become part of the GSIC-group. Dr. Salla did do a recent interview with him in 2022 (13), though.
Well, If you have some interesting information to share on Cramer don’t hesitate to so in one of the Study Groups (14). I will most gladly start a topic on him in the Independent Elena Danaan and Disclosure Community Study Group.
At the moment of writing, Dr. Michael Salla has published three interviews with Anton Anfalov (1-3). In the first interview Anton Anfalov talked about a particular species that was found on the Kola Peninsula in Russia. This article gathers his information and links it up with a few other related topics.

ANTON ANFALOV In an earlier article on the creation of tunnels we already introduced Anton (5). He is a UFO Researcher who specializes in everything related to hidden extra- or intraterrestrial information within the former Soviet Union. He apparently appeared on different Russian TV Channels and Shows. He would have been fairly respected in Russia (6)
THE KOLA INTRATERRESTRIALS – MEETING IN 1965 In the interview Anton explains how Soviet miners were drilling (in the region west of Murmansk, near the Norwegian border) in the Kola Peninsula when their tunnels connected with the tunnels of certain species that were never seen before. Somehow all kinds of explosives went off resulting in the death of a number of these species that looked like Preying Mantises with a size of about 8.3 feet (2,5 meters). Some survived but were blinded by the sunlight on the surface. They were captured by the Russians and brought to a lab in a place called Severimorsk that was also the administrative base of the Soviet Northern Fleet (7). They were studied for over 20 years.
PRAYING MANTIS In an earlier article we talked about the Praying Mantis (8). You can hear about testimonies by Rebecca Rose and Tony Rodrigues with their meetings with Preying Mantises on Mars. Simon Parkes talks about his childhood-experience with a Mantid and we describe the three kinds of Mantids from Elena Danaan’s first book (9). In The Seeders (10) they, the Akari, are introduced as being one of the members of the Intergalactic Confederation. Although they are part of the Seeders group they would not have donated any of their genomes (11) to the primate (12) that would eventually evolve into us, humanoids, with a little unasked for help by certain other species (13).
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE KOLA MANTIS INTRATERRESTRIALS Anton Anfonov talks about a 27-page scientific document that details the research the scientific team from St. Petersburg from the department of Evolutionary Physiology. Based on his rather detailed description of these beings I would think that Anfonov has studied that paper well. It would be great if it could be shared with all of us, sometime. Let’s listen to what he has to say about these remarkable beings.

ABDUCTIONS AND ANTENNAS Anfonov says that these Preying Mantids would have been responsible for abducting human beings on the surface for millenia (14). Although they live below the surface on Earth they would have colonies on and in the Moon, on Mars, totaling to at least 12 planetary bodies within our solar system. He describes them as having two antennas on their head.
This doesn’t match the way they are described by Elena Danaan: the Mantids didn’t have any antennas on their head at all. Tony did remember antennas on the insectoids he met on Mars. Antennas are more characteristic of the Seeder race of the Ashai who are probably the creator race for the Ant People (15).

OLDEST CREATURES ON THE PLANET Anfonov says that these Preying Mantis would have been the first inhabitants of our planet, even before the arrival of the Reptiloids (16,17). He talks about many millions years ago. If it would match Enki’s account of our history they needed to have been here at least 200 million years ago.
SPECIAL ABILITIES These beings would be very smart and advanced. They would have magnetic sensors. They would have all kinds of extra sensory information: humans would be an open book to them (18). They could actually look inside you as if they are a kind of CT-scanners. They would be able to teleport (19) and fly or levitate using some kind of fiery sphere. They would create these spheres with their own mind. They are telepathic and they would be able to easily create illusions in our minds: making us see what they want us to see. They could also shapeshift.
Anton Anfonov says that these creatures have also been found in the US and in 1987 they would again have been captured and studied in Kazakhstan.
SOME FINAL REMARKS There are a few striking similarities between the way Anfonov describes the ‘Kola Mantids’ and the way they are described in the work of Elena Danaan. The size is about the same. Anfonov says that they can create illusions like in the Matrix and in Elena’s book they are described as beings that are ‘able to modify at will the geometrical patterns of the holographic reality‘ (10, p. 116). We are also told that their ethical standards cannot be compared with ours. They tend to regard things more in terms of what is useful and logical. In Elena’s work you can read that the Preying Mantis can vibrate at rates from 3D to 9D (8).

The lower density groups would have been involved with malevolent groups like the Grays and they would have participated in hybridization programs. As far as the abductions go the following fragment from ‘A Gift From the Stars’ might apply: “You do have the impression that they are in command of Terran abductions but they are not, as they are just the servile scientists overseeing the procedures.” (9, p.209)

During a very interesting interview between Tony Rodrigues and Dani Henderson on September 10, 2023 (1), Tony talked about yet another fascinating detail of his 20-year (or should we say 30-year) and back program (2). This article focuses on the apparent practice of putting people to sleep when they travel to Mars.

TONY RODRIGUES I think Tony really is a modest hero in this disclosure community. He has featured in quite a few articles on this website. If you want to learn about the remarkable story of this man you could read a few of them (2-14). He has written two books as well (15,16). In the excerpt below Dani also spoke about her book that was published this month (17).
BEING PUT TO SLEEP AND CONFIRMATION BY JP In the fragment Tony talks about how he started to remember his memories back in 2015. He started emailing Dr. Salla about it and when he talked about his trip from the Moon to Mars, Michael Salla asked him how long it took to get there. Tony responded that he couldn’t remember anything about it. Much later, JP, the military contact we all know from the interviews with Dr. Salla (18), said that the general practice is that everybody is put to sleep as soon as the spaceship sets course, only to wake up again when in the orbit of Mars. He also talks about his time in the Mars Colony where he had the best quarters ever. He even had his own bathroom. Tony describes how he was given a dinner on a plate. He had to eat that dinner in 30 minutes, for after that period the ‘sleep induction switch’ would be activated and you would simply fall in sleep, no matter where you were. You’d better be in your bed when that switch was turned on.
It would sure be an ideal method for many people who have trouble getting to sleep, right? If you would like to respond you know where to find an audience (19). Tony also mentioned the Jump Rooms to Mars. For more on that see (20,21).
Someone in one of the Study Groups (1) advised me to take a look at a long (2 hours) interview with Robert Dean (2). While watching it I made all kinds of notes and links that you can find in the Telegram Library (1). After finishing it I thought the information was fascinating enough to gather it in a separate article. Of course I would recommend you to watch the interview yourself, but when you don’t have the time for it, you can get the main points from this article or an extended variant from the Library.
ROBERT OREL DEAN Robert (or Bob) was born in 1929 and passed away almost 90 years later in 2018. He was a Command Sergeant Major in the US Army and after having served for 28 years he retired and started to share his information on UFO’s and extraterrestrial life from 1989 onwards (3).
THE INTERVIEW FROM 2012 WITH WALTER On January 25, 2012 Robert was interviewed by Walter from Search4TruthReality (4) in Tucson, Arizona. I will deal with the topics that I thought were interesting, in the order that they appeared in the video.
A NEAR WAR IN 1961 AND THE ASSESSMENT REPORT Robert Dean mentioned the appearance of metallic discs that were flying in formation over Europe. Both NATO and the Warsaw Pact (5) thought these were some kind of planes from their enemies in the Cold War. This would have almost led to a war between the two parties. Eventually they learned that it was not of human origin. It triggered the study that eventually resulted in the writing of the Assessment Report. Dean said that only 15 copies were printed of this highly classified (NATO Cosmic Clearance required) and he got to read it (6). Here Robert talks about this important report:

“because it literally concluded that we, on planet Earth, the human race, had had an intimate interrelationship with advanced non-human intelligence for centuries, if not for millenia….and the conclusion reached after the study was published, was that apparently these guys have been coming and going here from the beginning of our history. An no there was no threat involved, because if there had been the repeated demonstration of their incredibly advanced technology indicated that if they were malevolent or hostile, the game would have been over, a long, long time ago. (2, 34′)
The study, however didn’t conclude who they were, and why they were really here. Dr. Salla did an interview with Bob Dean in 2006, mainly focused on this report and the aftermath (7).
THE ALIEN BODIES FROM TIMMENDORFER STRAND IN 1963

In the report, Robert read about a huge disc, the size of 30 meters (about 100 ft) that crashed in the Northern German village near the Baltic Sea, called Timmendorfer Strand.
A British engineer battalion (8) went inside and figured out how to take it apart and they encountered 12 small bodies, about 3,5-4 feet tall. The report contained an index that included autopsies of these beings, including photographs and analyses. The medical examiners were overwhelmed with what they discovered.
These beings were almost identical. They appeared like biological androids. There was no alimentary tract and they did not have any reproductive capabilities. He talks about there being a kind of tissue in their small toothless mouth which was probably used to ingest nutrients. Who could these beings have been? The Do-Hu perhaps? (10)
THE BROOKINGS REPORT Robert Dean also mentioned another report, which is not classified and was written by the Brookings Institute in collaboration with NASA in 1960 (11). He mentioned it because one of the recommendations of the report would have been to withhold intelligent extraterrestrial life for the general public. I looked into a few sites, but could not find such claims. If anyone can find quotes from the report that actually say this, please let me know. For now I tend to agree with this (11):
In an email published by The Virtually Strange Network, entitled “Brookings Report Re-examined”, Keith Woodard writes that the Brookings Report:
…did raise the possibility of withholding information, but took no position on its advisability. ‘Questions one might wish to answer by such studies,’ intoned the report, ‘would include: how might such information, under what circumstances, be presented to or withheld from the public for what ends? What might be the role of the discovering scientists and other decision makers regarding release of the fact of discovery?’ Those two sentences comprise the report’s entire commentary on the subject of covering up the truth.
Ben Rich, former CEO of Lockheed Skunk Works (12)
ANTI-GRAVITY, SUPER-LUMINAL CAPABILITIES He talks about a talk he had with Ben Rich, who had retired from his work as a CEO at Lockheed. This man told Robert that the U.S. would have everything you see in Star Trek. On his death bed he would have said that extraterrestrial visitors are real and that the US military travels to the stars (12).
Robert also mentioned someone else he had spoken to who had worked at Northrupp-Grumman, and he would have told him that the U.S. has anti-gravity and superluminal (faster than light) technology (2, 56′). He also referred to certain rules that would hold for the patent offices in the U.S. As soon as someone introduced an idea related to anti-gravity (22,23), superluminal light or free energy the employees would have to warn their superiors (13).
THE MOON Dean also mentioned that we would have been told at the end of the Apollo 17 mission that we were not welcome on the Moon. When you listen to him you notice that the reason he gives is different from the reason that we were told by Myrah, the T-Ashkeru contact from Elena Danaan (14). Dean says that they didn’t want us there because we were too militaristic. Myrah says that we were simply chased off my malevolent Maytra, who were far from peaceful themselves. He also mentions the existence of a city on Mars, the size of Chicago, underground. Perhaps he is talking about Aries Prime (15,16).
WATCHING HISTORY IN A VERY VIVID WAY IN AN ET LIBRARY For those who have read Radu Cinamar’s Forgotten Genesis (17) the following excerpt might remind you of that special pair of highly advanced glasses that he was given by the Inner Earth Apellos people (18).

Robert vividly describes how he was shown a battle of Alexander the Great from the 3rd century B.C., including even the smell of blood. His host told him that this battle was still continuing somewhere in space-time. This library show some similarities with one of the library books that Elena described from her visits to the Nibiru ship (24).
ROUNDING OFF I could go on and on about this interview, but I don’t like long articles on this website. You can hear him talk about seeing extraterrestrial bartering activity in Mount Adams (19), joining classes on Earth with extraterrestrial teachers (20), Conscious Spaceships (21), a R&R (Rest and Relaxation) for extraterrestrials in Pine Gap, Australia and more about his own contacts which started when he was only 2,5 years old.

Stewart Swerdlow has written quite an interesting account of the history of mankind in our solar system. I will go into his work and compare it with the information that was gathered on this website, mainly based on the material by Elena Danaan. Since I try not to cram articles with too much new information, I’ll present the information in chunks in several articles to come. This first article in this ‘Swerdlow’-series is about the idea of planets that would have changed orbit in the past. Not only Stewart Swerdlow mentioned this idea, but the Andromedans from Alex Collier did so as well. I cannot remember anything about changing orbits from the material by Elena Danaan.
David Icke and Stewart Swerdlow (1)
STEWART SWERDLOW I was first introduced to Stewart Swerdlow by Dr. Michael Salla when he did an interview with him in april 2022 (2). I bought one of his books and I mentioned him in a few articles (3-6). Dr. Swerdlow has a youtube channel (7). He was part of the Montauk project from the age of 13. If you want to get to know more about him I advise watching the interview with Dr. Salla (2).
BLUE BLOOD, TRUE BLOOD In 2002 Stewart Swerdlow wrote a book called ‘Blue Blood, True Blood: Conflict and Creation – A Personal Story‘ (8). You can find relevant chapters of this book for free on a few websites (9,10).
In chapter four he writes about Reptilians who would have used one of their asteroids and shot it into our solar system. This would have happened when the Galactic Federation of Worlds was already in existence (11). According to Swerdlow nor the people from Maldek (12), nor from Mars were members, giving these Reptilians (probably the Ciakahrr) more freedom to interfere.
Although the timeline fits (11) it is not in line with Enki’s account of our history. In that account the Galactic Federation of Worlds and even the Intergalactic Confederation would have been part of the conflict on Maldek against the Nebu and Ciakahrr (12).
MARS AND EARTH CHANGING THEIR ORBIT Let us continue with Swerdlow’s account anyway
“In this way, the reptilians hurled a huge ice comet aimed at Mars and Maldek. However, they miscalculated the trajectory. The gravitational field of the gigantic gas planet, Jupiter, pulled the comet off-course, and the ice comet then headed directly for Maldek. The citizens of that planet asked the Martians for help. Even though they were at odds with each other, the Martians allowed some of the Maldekians to move to the Martian underground (13). The comet came so close to Maldek that the planet got caught up in the gravitational fields of Jupiter, Mars, and the comet. This caused Maldek to explode, leaving an asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.
The explosion pushed the ice comet close enough to Mars to rip the atmosphere off that planet, leaving only an extremely thin atmosphere. The explosion also propelled Mars farther away from the sun.
The comet then continued on toward Earth. The heat of the sun and the gravitational fields of the two bodies forced the watery atmosphere of the Earth to polarize. This polarization pulled most of the ice from the comet to the polar regions of the Earth, which covered over most openings to Inner Earth, and at the same time exposed huge land masses for the first time.
The comet then switched places with Earth, taking up the second orbit from the sun and becoming the planet now known as Venus. . . . Earth was pushed out to the third orbit, occupying the position previously held by Mars. Earth was now ready to be colonized.” (9)
According to this story Mars would have been in the orbit that the Earth is currently in. Earth would have changed from the position where Venus is in right now to its current position and Venus would be some kind of comet sent by the Reptilians that would have taken the position where Earth used to be in. All this would have happened after the formation of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
ALEX COLLIER AND THE CHANGING ORBIT OF MARS I might not have created this page because I would have thought it all to be a bit too outlandish, even for me, if it weren’t for information from Alex Collier, which he received from the Andromedans (14). They talk about planets that would have changed orbits as well.
“What happened to Mars? Apparently 69.3 million years ago a very large planetary asteroid came through our solar system, and was also pulling with it a lot of debris. This asteroid, from what Vasais told me, was so magnetically powerful, that as it came through Mars and Saturn; what it did because of Mars size, it ripped Mars from its original orbit and pulled it out 19 million miles further within 24 hours.
As the asteroid was coming through, Mars was apparently moving this way, and it just pulled it out of its orbit 19 million miles. Which of course devastated anything that was on it. It’s atmosphere, the lifeforms etc. This cosmic war devastated Mars and the lifeforms that were in existence on it. It also caused Mars to pole shift three times in as many days”. (15, p. 23)

It is interesting to note that Alex also talks about the destructive effect of some celestial body on Mars. He doesn’t even name Maldek here. What is also noteworthy is the timing, namely around the time of the destruction of the dinosaurs, and the time that the Seeders would have started their experiment on our planet, some 70 million years ago.
EARTH CHANGING ITS ORBIT SLIGHTLY Earth would have also changed its orbit according to the information from Moraney (16), but not as extreme as in Swerdlow’s account. I would have only moved a bit further from the sun, which would have coincided with the great floods (17), resulting in a year that went from 360 days to our current 365,25 days.
MERCURY AND VENUS WERE MOONS As if all of this isn’t enough, the Andromedans told Alex that “the planets Mercury and Venus were originally “moons” from other planets. Venus was originally a moon of Saturn.” (15, p.199)
SOME CONCLUDING THOUGHTS Although it is tempting to just pay attention to what Elena Danaan says and not consider any other sources in order to prevent any conflicting information to emerge, I think it is useful to compare the information with other sources and see how they all fit in. They might just contribute to the overall-picture. Last summer I said that I would start studying the material by Alex Collier more closely (19) and that it might lead to inconsistencies between what Elena Danaan says and what Alex Collier says.
Although they really are a great team, together with Dr. Michael Salla, it shouldn’t mean that we cannot compare their work and note the differences, like the difference on what happened 439 thousand years ago (20). I think there is still a slight taboo in the community to open up to this aspect of the disclosure movement.
“Now, what was the flood of Noah? We are told that it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. According to Moraney, the flood of Noah was as a result of the movement of Earth from one orbit to another around the Sun. The Earth was apparently hit with a tractor beam and literally moved to an orbit further out from the Sun. This added five days to our rotational period around the Sun. The period of this 40 day rain was during the period when the magnetic poles of the Earth rotated 180 degrees.“
During an interview on December 19, 2022 (1) both Tony Rodrigues, Rebecca Rose and Elena Danaan had something to say about an ancient civilization that would have been present in our solar system even before the arrival of the Pa’Taal or Seeders on our planet. This article presents a video-fragment in which all three talk about their experiences on Ceres, Mars and Saturn respectively with some explanatory background information.
Ancient (fictional) mythical Species from the SF-Movie ‘The Fifth Element’ (1997) (2)
REBECCA ROSE It was Dr. Michael Salla who first introduced Rebecca Rose in an interview on November 14, 2022 (3). This was followed by an interview with Elena Danaan and Rebecca on December 11, and finally to the abovementioned interview about a week later with Tony added to the whole (1).
The first interview led to three articles on this website: one that dealt with the jump gates that were apparently used and initially by gifted children (5), one that talked about her time on the Ciakahrr planet in the Kuiper Belt (6) another one in which she elaborated on her time with the Mantids on Mars (7).
I was very happy to see a new face that shared her experiences in the secret space program. The more people that show up the stronger the case for the true existence of such a program, for those who still have doubts.
THE HIGHLY ADVANCED SPACE THE MANTIDS ON MARS LIVED IN As was already said in the first interview with Dr. Michael Salla (3) Rebecca was impressed with the extremely advanced underground whereabouts of the Mantids that she had met during her missions on Mars (7). In the video below she again describes it. She also adds that she believed that it weren’t the Mantids that had made that place, but some older race that might be many million years old. She calls them the ‘Ancient Architects’. Listen not only to her, but also to Elena’s take on the existence of an ancient unknown race and Tony’s.

ELENA DANAAN AND SATURN After Rebecca, Elena expanded on this topic and referred to her recent visit to Saturn in which she and Thor Han were given some kind of tour around Saturn by Enki, who prefers to be called Ea these days (8). The Anunnaki had apparently taken over Saturn millennia ago and it was forbidden theory for everyone else which was confirmed by Thor Han from the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Chris O’Connor said that there was a space station that was run by some United Nations group (9). Enki said that the surface and the space to the first ring was the sole domain of the Anunnaki and not for the kindest kind of Anunnaki.
During this trip Elena was told that Enki’s son Marduk was made the ruler of Saturn long ago and that he even sided with the Nebu (10,11).
Luckily many things have changed recently with the return of Enki and the Intergalactic Confederation (12,13,14), which made it possible for Elena to safely have this tour around Saturn. In the above fragment Elena talks about a certain area in the atmosphere of Saturn where all kinds of old city ruins were hanging in the sky due to some anti-gravity characteristic of the material that was used (18). Enki told her that this were the remains of a civilization that was in the solar system even way before the Seeders ever arrived and that neither the Anunnaki nor the Intergalactic Confederation have any idea who they were!

TONY AND CERES GATES The final testimony on these unknown ancient beings was given by Tony. He said that during his time on the planet Ceres, that is located in the Asteroid Belt, he saw huge doors that were about 700 meters wide and about 350 meters high.
Tony Rodrigues was told that these enormous stone walls were millions of years old and they still worked and that they were used as airlock doors.
In the video Elena Danaan added some more drawings that were made by Tony Rodrigues that depict Ceres (at around 23′-24′). Ceres was a hot bed for the German Space Program that we have gotten to know as the the Dark Fleet (15) or the Nacht Waffen. The planet was liberated in 2021 (16). To learn more about all the things that Tony experienced during his time on Ceres read his impressive book (17).
CONCLUSION Based on the testimonies of both Tony Rodrigues, Rebecca Rose and Elena Danaan it appears likely that there indeed was some ancient civilization that has been present in our solar system on at least planets like Mars, Saturn and Ceres. If they are even unknown to the Anunnaki and the Seeder Races that would mean that must have been here before the arrival of the Seeders which was about some 65 million years ago. Who were they? What did they look like? Have they been present on Earth as well? Perhaps we will get to know more about them some day. Who knows, they might have left an ark on Earth as well.
UPDATE FEBRUARY 2024 A lot of new information is being provided about the Ancient Builder Race in episodes of Star Nation News. Take for example the information about the anti gravity matter (20) and news about a connection between these Builders and the core of our Moon (21,22). Corey Goode also mentioned these ancient Builder Race (23).
KOLDAS DEVELOPMENTS In 2025 Elena Danaan released her book ‘Koldas: Beyond Neptune’ (24). The ancient Architects play a crucial role in this book. Out of respect for her, I will not disclose what she writes about these ancient builders. As a teaser I will give you a fragment from Star Nation News, episode 82 from July 2025 (25):

In a video from december 10, 2022 both Elena Danaan and Chris O’Connor talk about Maldek, and once again Chris presents a perspective that seems at odds with the information that Elena has been bringing forward (2). I want to go into that and there is a link with the Ant People (5) that were seen by JP, the military contact of Dr. Michael Salla below the surface of Florida a few months ago.
The Asteroid Belt – Remnants of the Planet Maldek (9)
MALDEK We have spoken about Maldek a few times before on this website. Maldek, the planet that was destroyed, forming the asteroid belt, would have harboured a colony of the Aldebaran Anunnaki (Janosians). They called their planet ‘Janos’. They left for the Aldebaran system after the cataclysm took place on Maldek (6). In a footnote on the page on the ‘League of the Hairless’ (7) I quoted the reason behind the destruction of the planet, as it was described in the Seeders. It is useful to repeat it here again:
“72.000 BC – A war started on Maldek and some of the inhabitants fled to Earth, Mars and Venus, taking with them some of the ‘Yeti’populations. The conflict involved the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Intergalactic Confederation on one side, and the Maytra and Nebu Orion Grays on the other side, after Nebu outposts were taken down in the solar system.
Ciakahrr and Nebu had outposts on Maldek and we need to remember that Maytra, Ciakahrr and Nebu are all part of the nefarious Alliance of the Six (the three others are the Zeta Reticuli, Kiily Tokurt and Solipsi Rai but these didn’t get involved in this particular conflict). The war ended in a nuclear disaster in which the planet Maldek was blown up. Everybody who was still on the planet was killed and this catastrophe also caused Mars to start losing its atmosphere” ((The Seeders, pp. 500-501), 8)
So much for the background. In the video below you can hear Elena Danaan add some new information, namely that the Ant People (5) would have lived both on Mars and Maldek. Let’s listen along:

In the above video Elena says that the Ant People mainly moved to the Americas when they had their exodus from both Maldek and Mars. In the Seeders we can hear that many of the inhabitants also went to live on the continent of Lemuria, or Mu:
“71.900 BC – The geography of the planet was different in this period of time. A large piece of land existed in the south Pacific Ocean, remembered as “Lemuria”. These territories, who were already a compound of different colonies, received the Martian refugees from the Nebu war in the Sol System and the cataclysmic explosion of planet Maldek.” (8, p.501)
“THEY DESTROYED THEIR OWN PLANET“ After Elena talked about the Ant People from Maldek, Chris adds information that doesn’t seem to match with the story of the fight between the Intergalactic Confederation and the Galactic Federation of Worlds on the one side with the Maytrea and the Ciakahrr on the other side, leading to the nuclear annihilation of the planet. Chris talks about a ‘more mammalian based race who were with the Ant People. And I always knew that they were fighting amongst themselves, ending up, unfortunately, destroying their planet.’
I might interpret this falsely, but it sounds a lot like Chris is suggesting that the Ant People together with this Mammalian based species, destroyed their own planet, without any outside interference, no Nebu, no Ciakahrr and no Intergalactic Confederation or Galactic Federation of Worlds would have played a part.
Chris O’Connor on Maldek (1)
THE SASQUATCH At the end of this excerpt, Chris talks about the Sasquatch being the ones into which the Mammalian based species would have predominantly incarnated into. Elena does confirm the element of these Sasquatch coming from Maldek. When I looked around a bit on the internet to find out more about the Sasquatch I came across a trilogy from Sunbow, called ‘The Sasquatch Message to Humanity – conversations with Elder Kamooh‘ (11).
In the first book (11) you can find quite a lot of references to the Ant People and Maldek, although the stories don’t seem to match with what is said above. The book seems to imply that Maldek was destroyed by ‘the Elders’ in order to prevent the ‘lower lords’ from invading Earth again (12).
THE NEGUMAK AND MALDEK In October 2023 during the third chat between Dr. Salla and Thor Han (13,14) we received new information about an earlier presence of the Negumak in our Solar System. They would have had an outpost on Mars and they would have battled the Ciakahrr. They left after Maldek exploded. Stories about Negumak-like insects fighting Ciakahrr would have passed from those people on Maldek and Mars that were moved to our planet some 74.000 years ago. As you can hear in the relevant excerpt below Sam Osmanagich (15,16) told Dr. Salla about these epic tales in ancient narratives.

SOME REFLECTIONS So, there was this huge battle over Maldek, with not only the GFW and the Intergalactic Confederation playing a role, but also the Negumak. They seemed to have all been fighting some members of the Alliance of the Six: the Nebu, The Ciakahrr and the Maytra. What would have been the reason for this fight? We still don’t know the answer to whatever caused this catastrophy
“This intervention aborted the attempt of the Archons to invade Earth, but they still had large and fast growing populations on planet Maldek or Apollyon, that were supplied with new forces through their star gates.
The Star Elders knew that it was a matter of time before the lower lords would reform a new army, likely more powerful, for a new invasion. In order to save the solar system from this darker fate, they had to eliminate the star gates and armies of fallen souls, constantly building up in a larger threat. They took a grave and rare decision in the annals of the universe: to destroy a planet with life in order to save a solar system’s spiritual consciousness. With technologies only known to them, the Star Elders Council sacrificed the planet Apollyon, which exploded and turned into the actual asteroid belt.”
While all the planets of the Sirius B (Thule) star system have apparently been freed from the terror of the Nebu and the Ciakahrr (1), I would like to pay some attention to a species that we haven’t dealt with before on this site: the Mantis. They were mentioned again recently by Rebecca Rose during her interview with Dr. Michael Salla (2). You can watch her talk about her meeting with these beings on the Mars. There’s also a fragment from Tony Rodrigues’ (3) meeting with these beings on the same planet and of course we cannot do without the information from Elena Danaan’s gift from the stars (4), before we round off with the early experiences of Simon Parkes.
REBECCA ROSE’S TESTIMONY In two earlier articles we discussed some elements that Rebecca Rose brought forward, namely the Jump Gates (5) and the Ciakahrr planet in the Kuiper Belt (6). Another interesting experience that she shared was about her time on Mars, when she ended up with a group of Mantis. Let’s listen to her tale:
Rebecca Rose on her Experiences with the Mantids on Mars
In this above fragment Rebecca describes how the Mantids worked with the humans on Mars, sometimes as surgeons. She describes them as highly gifted with frequencies. They lived in an underground domicile that was exceptionally advanced. It was protected by a certain frequency field. Rebecca talks about her mission to try and figure out how they could perhaps dismantle that frequency field so they could end possible territorial disputes. Well, I hope they didn’t succeed, because these mantids seem alright to me. They mainly wanted to mind their own business.
Apparently Rebecca was able to penetrate that field and she saw beautiful crystalline surroundings. She also adds that if she didn’t have the right frequency herself she might just have been killed within that field. We have seen this phenomenon often; Radu Cinamar and his ‘chief’ Cezar were able to enter the Bucegi Hall of Records, whereas other were not (7). Just like JP was able to go to places where others couldn’t enter, or you might remember the ‘little Mexicans’ who could enter a certain room, while the Chinese delegation was unable to (8,9).

TONY RODRIGUES AND HIS ENCOUNTER WITH THE MANTIS ON MARS On November 21, 2022 Dr. Michael Salla had another interview with Tony Rodrigues (10). At the time of writing I haven’t been able to see that interview, but perhaps he also talked about his experience with the Mantids on Mars. His experiences, however, was slightly less positive, although not really malevolent (although he did lose a foot).
In his fabulous book (11) he writes about a team that was dispatched to go into the Martian deserts to a mission. This mission didn’t go very well: all members died, completely cut up by some small chuachua sized insectoid beings, except for Tony, who nearly died as well, and eventually needed to be transferred to a new and fresh cloned body (12,13)
Let’s read a part of his book in which he describes his meeting with a Mantis:
“The Mantis-like bug picked me up by my backpack and dragged me up onto the next sand dune…I was amazed at how much he was bug-like, and yet, he moved and behaved more like a human being – walking towards me with human mannerisms. I was freaking out” (11, p.189)
In a telepathic conversation between Tony and the Mantis we hear the Mantis talking in the way that Rebecca descibed these beings:
“– “Please don’t kill me”, I asked him telepathically in the dream state – “Look, I don’t want to kill anything”, the bug responded in a very astute manner, but if I am ordered to do so, then I will have to. We’ll see what we can do to allow you to live…”This is who you are,” the bug assured me. “This is who you are. Your purpose is not to kill, your purpose is love. You don’t belong here.” (11, pp. 191-192)
Somehow the Mantis did give approval for these chuachua-sized bugs to cut off his foot, but the fact that he was the only one who survived that mission makes it a relatively minor injury (although he nearly bled to death, and needed a new cloned body).

THE AKARA from GALAXY M104 Elena Danaan describes the Mantis as coming from another galaxy altogether, namely the Sombrero Galaxy M104, 28 million light years from Terra. They call themselves ‘Akara’.
“These beings…have their own ethical mindset but in their case what is noticeable is the absence of notions such as “bad” or “good”, their ethics code is rather based upon what is useful and logical, and what is not. Feelings are, in this species, very different from for instance in the humanoid species. This is the main reason why these peaceful beings will take part willingly, for some of them, into the Ciakahrr (14) and Orion Empires’ hybridization programs, which are violating basic rights regarding to our criteria, but not for the Akara “Mantis”….
…Based on a matriarchal hive-structured society, these insectoid beings exist from densities 3 up to 9….They communicate through telepathy….Their lower density cast are involved in programs for the Orion Alliance and the Grey Collectives, while the higher density ones do not and assist instead the Galactic Federation of Worlds in the rising of consciousness on Terra.
…The Akari are maser in the science of vibrational frequency and sonic technologies” (4, p.209)
Three kinds of Akari “Mantis” are distinguished: Green, white and black subspecies. In Elena Danaan’s second book you can get introduced to a Mantis called ‘Meisha’ (19).
SIMON PARKES It was Simon Parkes, who we now know because of his role in the Q-movement (15) and the Connecting Consciousness. His telegramaccount has over 180,000 followers (16). He also has a website where interesting developments can be read (17). In the recent article on Q I suggested to have the Disclosure movement shake hands with Q, and perhaps the time has come to integrate Simon Parkes as well in this family fighting against the Cabal.
In his earlier days Simon Parkes talked about his experiences as a child with the Mantids as well. He apparently was in contact with the green kind. The way he descibes the Mantis he met, fits exactly with the drawing from Elena Danaan above. Below is a part from an old interview which I found at bitchute (18).

ANTON ANFONOV AND STEPHEN CHUA During an interview with Dr. Salla in September 2023 (20), a Russian ET-researcher, Anton Anfanov talked about Mantid-species that appeared from an Inner Earth world in Northern Russia near the Norwegian border (21). In December 2023 I bought Elena Danaan’s book on Stephen Chua (22). In that book he describes a scene in which he was helped by Mantids who chased a few Maytre (23) away who kept on harassing him. Here’s an excerpt from (22):
“In the other place I was living in, someday I had this feeling somebody was trying to pull my heart out, or my soul out. If felt pulled out and when I looked up, there was this portal that opened, a large one, and there were three of them there. They were drawing the energy from me. I fought them of course. Suddenly there was this huge mass of energy coming through, from behind me, and it blasted them. The portal shut.
So there was somebody that protected me, then. I felt falling down back on the bed and I said to myself: “I want to remember”. Next thing, I am looking up at this Mantid. He was healing my chest. He was very friendly, a very kindly type of Mantid. He had these very long fingers that touched me. He told me that they were trying to steal my soul.” (22, p.36)
